Selling a pair of Meriden Silver plate bud vases. Each of the vase are decorated with a pair of squirrels facing each other holding some sort of flower. They are marked on the bottom with Meriden Silver Plate stamp and the number 0509? also stamped quadruple plate. They each have one flower bud broken off of the top. They have the original glass vases that go with them the glass vases have a etched flower pattern on them. The bottom tip of one vase is broken off but will still hold water. The silver plate part of the vases stand 4 inches tall and the base has a diameter of 3 inches. The over height of the vases is about 7 1/2 inches. Email me if you have any questions. Base measures 4 3/8"D. There is a more recent chip to one green leaf on one vase/bottle as shown in photos. As well as a very old repair to another green leaf, which is only visible from the back. It also appears that the stoppers differ slightly from each other also as shown in photos. Dating to the first half of the 18th century according to appraisal. Pair of Antique Portrait Pedestal 8-1/4" Royal Vienna Urn / Vase
A magnificent 19th century pair of Royal Vienna Portrait Urns/ Vases with lids. They have an ivory background accented with heavy gold trim. Each has two beautiful hand painted portrait scenes on the front of the top urn and on the front of the pedestal base. The portraits of classical ladies and man have fantastic color and detail. The portrait scenes are framed with raised small beading and ornate designs. There are different shapes also framed in the raised gold beading. In cobalt blue and dark mauve covered with gold flowers and rosettes. There is a light gold small flowered pattern on the ivory background. The urns have ornate open handles. The top urns are connected to pedestals with original screws. The inside edges of the pedestal bases are marked"Royal Vienna Patent 22983. England" The Urns/vases have fine spider webbed ... moreglaze crazing all over the porcelain as would be expected of porcelain this age. There is no glaze flaking. There is some fading in the gold pattern. One of the lid has very small nick as you can see on photo. The top small lidded handles show they may have been repaired and reattached or this may be a factory defect being the age of the pieces-none of the anomalies deter from the beauty and uniqueness. Pair Antique 1810-1840 Bone China 3'' Vase w/ White Rose Gold Trim Lavendar Base
This is a Pair of 1810-1840 English 3' Tall Bone China Vases. I took these to the Antique Roadshow. When they were here in Tampa a while back, and was told that these from the time period of 1810-1840; and from England. They determined this from the style and the lack of a bone china stamp or marker's mark and the presence of imperfections, within each vase, and subtle difference between the two. I however was not lucky enough to be selected to have an entire history pulled on these; so I did not find out the maker, but was told they were worth at least $125-$150, even if they were from a less sought after maker. These are beautiful and in Excellent, Near Mint, Condition; with a delicate carved white rose placed on the front of each vase, trimmed in gold, and with the front of each vase's base painted a lavender hue. On the bottom ... moreof each is the numbers 1822, carved into the china; this was mostly likely the style number, not the year it was made. On the one it is hard to see the number 1 on it; but it is there; the maker just did not cut it as deep in the one, as it did in the other. Pair Antique 800 Silver Figural Vase Holders Alle de Haas Puttis Cherubs Epergne
This auction is for a beautiful matched pair of antique 800 silver vase holders by Dutch silversmith Alle de Haas. The frames have twisted and scrolled sections with tiny applied cherubs or puttis and floral swags around the center and footed bases. These were originally made to hold tapered vases or epergnes. Both have the AH1 mark for Alle de Haas along with indiscernible incised marks which are presumably the silver marks. There is one tiny repair behind a single cherub(see last picture) and there is age-related patina to the silver. But these are otherwise in very good condition for their intricacy and age. Each measures approximately 4 3/4" tall and 3" wide from foot to foot.

You are bidding on a gorgeous pair of two Milk Glass Jack in the Pulpit Vases with Ruffled Cranberry Rim and Silver Crest. The bowls are Hand painted with an amazing floral setting. Fenton made similar products in their peach crest line. But the Pontil disqualifies Fenton as maker. I suppose to be made around 1870s in North America by Mt. Washington. Arts Crafts Mission Era Matte Green Art Deco Beetle Pottery Vase Pair Antique
I have collected pottery for years. I purchased these vases together over twenty five years ago at a very old estate sale. Early 1900 to 1920's. They have a good heavy weight to them. Nice feel to the glaze. I have never seen another pair. I do not know the maker. Beetles decorate go around the entire vase. I guarantee they are old. No chips or cracks. It has crazing. I am putting a very low opening bid. Good Luck. 8.5" tall by 5" wide mouth.
