Nice cut glass syrup pitcher measures 4 1/2 tall. Lid marked as sterling silver with several hallmarks that I don't know how to decipher. Looks like there ... moreis another one of these for sale that appears identical although the hallmarks on that one look to be different. I don't see any after production scratches and have tried to show a very micro nick on one of the panel edges. There is a horizontal line that I have tried to show that is smooth and on the surface and appears to be a manufacturing original imperfection. You can see that the cut glass leaf, when it was ground into the glass, wiped out the surface defect and the line is gone. If you have any questions, please ask. Thanks

Antique Nickel Plated over Copper 1890's Lidded Syrup Pitcher.
Antique Nickel Plated over Copper 1890's Lidded Syrup Pitcher. ATTENTION I ship ALL fragile things PRIORITY MAIL INSURED ONLY which I offer at cost. It is more expensive but worth it for your and my protection as EXPERIENCE has shown this to be the safest way to ship fragile items. The cost between Priority and Parcel Post under 5 pounds is insignificant. If over 10 pounds I generally ship UPS as safest way to go. Additionally I pack and wrap things very well to insure safe arrival. This is for a very old nickel plated copper hinge lidded pitcher. It is in outstanding condition with hardly any wear at all. The nicest condition of this sort of thing I have ever found in the last 40 or so years. I had to scratch some nickel off of the bottom on the edge to determine for sure that it was indeed copper. See the second photo. Outstanding condition ... morewith lots of style of that era of design which is late 19th century. It measures 5" high and 4" in diameter on the bottom. Thanks for looking and good luck! The shipping weight is 1 pound Priority shipping and includes FREE insurance. There ARE NO charges for packing and wrapping but are always just the USPS charges. If I miss the weight it comes out of MY pocket not yours. People STILL keep hitting me down in on the shipping in feedback which is a mystery to me as I OFTEN ship Priority which is a bit more expensive but on fragile items much more likely to arrive in one piece. THESE COSTS ARE FOR YOUR PROTECTION! Please understand that. This item may weigh out as much as 15 ounces less than the indicated weight BUT the USPS rounds UP the weight to the greatest pound over that additional ounce. This is true whether Priority or Parcel Post- this is NOT my doing. I spend a lot on bubble wrap and am glad to offer it for FREE but am at a loss as to why I am being consistently down rated on the cost of the postage and handling which I have NO control over. International buyers must pay with Pay Pal. Please note that all Internationally shipped packages will go out Pr

ANTIQUE EAPG U. S. GLASS CO. PORTLAND MOLASSES CAN SYRUP PITCHER Description: This pitcher is from an Estate. The pitcher is very heavy. There are some fine scratches and bubbles in the glass. The lid works well and has some wear to the finish of the lid. The inside of the neck opening to the pitcher is somewhat rough. We are not sure if that is normal for this EAPG. There is a slight residue in the bottom of the pitcher. We believe this is the 16 oz. size. Antique - Vintage Butterscotch Bakelite Handle 1932 Honey Syrup Glass Pitcher
Check out my! I have this Charming 1932 Antique- Vintage Butterscotch Bakelite Glass Syrup- Honey Pitcher. I've read that they work great for dispensing Honey also. It has a nice slide feature to prevent dripping. Which works very well! The mechanism works great! I've tried to find who the maker is and I haven't had any luck, maybe someone out there can let me know? Since I originally listed this, a kind Ebayer sent me this information. Their info seemed to go along with what I'd found out, only they knew more than I do about it. So here is what they sent to me* The original patent application(No. US 488566) was filed on Oct. 14.1930. Patent number 1884840 was issued on Oct 25, 1932. The Inventor is listed as Ralph Hudson Pershall and the Assignee was Sanicut Manufacturing Company. The item is described as a dispenser of various ... moresubstances, such as liquids, powders, granulates(verbatim from the original U.S. Patent Document) The patent is for the lid on does not address the glass body. I know from what I've researched that the PAT. NO. Dates it to 1932. The underside of the Chrome& Steel Dispenser says PAT.NO. 1.884,840 OTHERS PEND. The top screws onto the Glass Pitcher and I did not see any chips or cracks. On the bottom is what I've read is a line beside the Star-Like Design and that's what is called a"mold line" not a crack. Which is something that occurs while being made. The Top Works Very Well, it even has a Nifty Spiral-Like Design on the area you Press down on to open it up.This is a great piece of Vintage Kitchenware. Please visit my Store'Poppys Family Treasures' Theres everything& more. I have so much to add. Thank you! poppy: No Returns

RARE ANTIQUE SILVER PLATE SYRUP PITCHER GOTHAM SILVER CO. ROGERS & BROS. #250
Fascinating and rarely seen antique silverplated one-piece syrup pitcher and drip plate. It is ornately appointed and is made with exquisite craftsmanship. The unique features of this piece include a hammered spout. Etching, embossing, and an ornamental bird's head on it's lid. It has a"dual" hallmark on the bottom. First, an encircled"R&B" which was a trademark of Rogers& Bro. The R&B line was considered second quality, selling for less money than their premium grade of silver, hence"silverplate" Secondly, it reads: GOTHAM SILVERPLATE CO. engraved around the outer edge of"R&B" The item number of this piece is#250. GOTHAM" is not misspelled to be"GORHAM" The Gotham Silver Company was established in 1920 and was known for making items for the hospitality side of ... morethe industry such as restaurants, hotels, and other institutions, such as the U.S. Navy. Hallmarking during this time was all over the place. Often manufacturers would buy items from other manufacturers and slap their own name on it. A perfect example of this was with Havilland China, where they would put some Flagship Department Store's own name on the bottom. This one-piece rarity is in great condition, having minor scratching use and a"dimple" dent close to it's spout. The bottom measures approx. 5" in diameter, while the entire piece stands approx. 6 1/4" high.

Antique c.1880s Victorian Silverplate Wilcox SYRUP PITCHER Quadruple Jug Cream
Antique Victorian Silverplate WILCOX Syrup Pitcher Quadruple c.1880s Jug Cream click picture to enlarge Description Measures about 7 3/8" tall and about 4 1/2" or so wide. Hinged lid. The exterior spout is decorative. The liquid pours from the interior spout to prevent syrup from dripping on the exterior. I believe. Brite-cut floral motif to each side of cartouche. The silverplate on the center portion is the more stain look of the era, while the top, base and handle are the brighter/shinier finish. Rare Antique Jadeite Mt Washington Green Glass Syrup Honey Maple Pitcher
Such a special piece. Extremely rare and beautifully preserved. Jadeite in color but this piece is quite old. Pewter top functions wonderfully by pressing down with your thumb to pour out maple syrup onto a stack of homemade blueberry pancakes. What a stunner this would be to add to your table, or collection or photo shoot! This glass pitcher was made in a three piece blow mold with a hand applied handle and top. Raised dots and floral designs decorate the piece. In very good condition but I did notice a hairline that runs less than 3" on one side please see pic. No chips! ANTIQUE HAND BLOWN ETCHED GLASS PITCHER JUG SYRUP DECANTER APPLIED HANDLE

Beautiful Antique Cut Glass & Silverplate Syrup Pitcher with Applied handle
Beautiful antique cut glass and silver plated syrup pitcher. Applied handle. Nice deep cuts and etchings make this a beautiful piece and the silver plated top just sets this piece off! From an estate auction it appears the previous owner applied some sort of tape around the interior of the lid. Since the lid does not screw on I believe she added the tape to secure the fit for the lid. No chips can be felt or seen and certainly no cracks. Please inspect all pics carefully! Thanks so much for looking and happy bidding:

VTG/ANTIQUE ETCHED WATERMELON GLASS SYRUP PITCHER - TIFFIN? - NEAR MINT
What a magnificant and pretty syrup pitcher(I think) in watermelon glass and it is also etched. It has a green applied handle and green lid that I believe may be vaseline glass. Even under ordinary light it has a glow to it. The pitcher itself is pink. I think it was likely made by Tiffin but I am not certain of that. It is in beautiful condition-no chips or cracks or cloudiness. Etc. The glass has a wonderful shine. I think it is a syrup pitcher but I suppose it could be another type of pitcher with a lid. I would consider it to be in near mint condition. There is a slight detection of wear on the very bottom, to be expected when it was placed on an surface but that is ever so slight. It measures about 6 inches tall. The etching is a flower in the center that looks like perhaps a daisy with a strand of leaves on either side. You should not ... morebe disappointed in this rare little pitcher.

Victorian Era Inverted Thumbprint Cranberry Syrup Pitcher I am excited to offer for your consideration this antique syrup pitcher. I am not sure of the maker. The lid and spout are metal. I am not an expert in metals, so I am not sure of what metal it is made of(possibly pewter) The syrup pitcher is about 6 1/2" tall, and measures about 4 1/2" including the handle. There appears to be some hard water staining on the inside of the collar style base. This piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or breaks. VINTAGE ANTIQUE AMERICAN BISQUE CHUBBY PIG WITH BOW CREAMER or SYRUP PITCHER
This pig pitcher has a nearly invisible hairline crack at the place where the handle joins the body. I didn't notice this when I bought it and it's underneath the handle and was started with a pencil point sized nick in the glaze. This is only a surface crack and chip and there is no danger of it being weakened to the point that you can't use this for everyday if you want to. Other than that flaw. This is an outstanding clean pitcher and has no crazing or chips anywhere else on the body. The inside needs a good scrubbing. There is natural spotting and roughneww to the glaze which is not unusual in a crudely made pice like this. There isn't any red or black paint loss, which is quite important! This cute creamer is quite large and could be used for a flower holder or syrup or any other beverage container. Not just for cream. ... moreIf you collect pigs, this is a MUST HAVE! It's from the late 40's or early 50's and was made by the American Bisque Company. It stands 5" tall and has a base of 5 1/2" X 4" The amount listed here is simply an estimate and very seldom is it increased. And then only for real distance, weight of the package and insurance. A corrected invoice will be sent for these purposes if necessary. Payment is due within three days of the auction ending time. Thanks for looking and good luck always!

Antique Stoneware Syrup Pitcher BENNETT'S 1873
Up for bid is an antique stoneware syrup pitcher. Stamped BENNETT'S PATENT. JAN. 23. 1873. Decorative pewter( or metal lid covers the spout with drip edge. There is overall crazing. As shown in the photos, there is a chip on the base, a crack on the top edge and a crack at the top of the handle; this last one looks like a manufacturing defect because, when magnified, it appears that the clear glaze goes into the crack. Pretty floral design with handpainted accents. It measures 8" high including the lid. Please email any questions about this item, its condition, payment options, or shipping before bidding because all sales are final. Thanks for looking! ANTIQUE BRISTOL GLASS HANDPAINTED SYRUP PITCHER
This auction is for a heavy milk colored glass pitcher that I believe is a Bristol glass syrup pitcher made in the late 1800's. It has no cracks. Chips or crazing. The hand painted water lily on water with catails are light as though they may be slightly faded. There is a patent date on the metal lid, which says. Pat Apr 26 81 and the second row says Mar 22 82. That would be 1882. The pitcher is 6 1/2" tall and the width at the widest point is 4 1/2" The bottom of the pitcher has a painted#4. The inside of the lid, though roughly cut has no chips or cracks. ANTIQUE SILVER PLATE Aesthetic Victorian MAPLE SYRUP PITCHER Ivy On Vine AS IS
ANTIQUE 19th C Aesthetic Movement VICTORIAN SILVER PLATE Syrup Decanter/Pitcher NO MAKERS MARK Dated 1865 Possibly SHEFFIELD Please note Flaws Approximate dimensions: 7 3/4 H" with Lid" 4 1/2" W handle X 11 1/4" Circumference of belly Believe to be English and maybe SHEFFIELD based on online images. Please refer photos& ask questions. Marked with words"Patented Oct 24. 1865 66" PLEASE NOTE: AS IS" Antique condition Being sold for display use only! Very old 19th Century item with damage. Used with wear and flaws. Finish shows scratches. Dark tarnish, small dings and dents. Note scratches, dark marks, tarnish, and small dings. I did try to enlarge several of my photos and I avoided the flash because of glare it produced. I will not polish and will let that up to the buyer. Design is ornate with tiny details ... moreof three part leaves in etched line relief. Somebody said it is"Ivy on the Vine"and the leaf motif goes around both sides. The interior of lid, top(spout neck) and the underneath bottom are still shiny. Handle is very gracefully curved and securely attached. The lid has detached on the lip back edge of the top and has a ding on rim edge. The hinge is straight and doesn't show damage and that surface is rather smooth so I think it could possibly be repaired by a jeweler. The finial on the top of lid looks like a stylized"fleur-de-lis" finial. Even with these issues it still fits nicely on the pitcher. I did toy with the idea of having this repaired to use as a serving piece. I also was approached by an artist who makes small tabletop fountains and bird feeders from antique silverplate. but I think it should go to a collector. My grandmother used it for maple syrup when she served crepes& pancakes AND only REAL Canadian Maple syrup would do for her family! She and I shared of love of horses and a portion is going to support OTTBs. Very dainty and pretty. It really is nicer in person. BUT AGAIN please be comfortable with the flaws I have mentioned.
