Within concentric borders, which shows through from beneath the translucent enamel. The underside of the lid is gilded. This is clearly hallmarked with the lion passant sterling silver mark, the anchor town mark for Birmingham, and the date letter'F' for 1930. The lid fits onto its original ten-sided crystal glass body. This measures 8.2 cm in height and 4.0 cm in width. The silver lid weighs 12 grams or 0.38 troy ounces. The total weight is 85 grams. The condition is generally excellent. The glass is faceted and is in very good condition with just a couple of tiny nicks. It has a silver hinged lid in very good condition which opens to reveal the vinaigrette end and the other end unscrews and is where you keep the perfume. Lot of two antique perfume bottles and a jewelary box
I have a lot of two beautiful cut glass perfume bottles. I believe they are vintage. One bottle( blue bottle says#44) has number on both stopper and the rim. The other bottle(yellow bottle has#5) has a number on its rim only. Both are in excellent condition except the blue bottle has a minor chip on the base you really have to look very carefully for it to see it. Both bottles have very nice design on it. I also have a jewelry box in the same lot it is a clear glass metal box not as old as the bottles. Look at the pictures carefully to see the numbers on the bottle. The paper sticker label has taken some knocks, but what is left is preserved well. You can see it reads, Royal Abstract- Registered 1866" On the borders of the triangle it says, Perfume Trademark The Eastman Bro Co" There is a blank ribbon area under the word"Extract" that could be for someone to write their name. This is what they call a lay down bottle. Even though it has a flat bottom and it does stand very well. It is too risky to leave up, so lay it ... moredown. It has an interesting and unique shape design that was quite original in its day. There are no breaks, cracks, or chips. While I was taking these photos, I found a period cork for it from one of my other old bottles. This is a blown in mold miniature bottle. Sorry. The bottom has no pontil mark. It is smooth and slightly concave. One one side of the bottom there is a light spot where the glass has a"pull away" mark. Time has smoothed it down. No rough edges. This is a stunning turquoise murano controlled bubble perfume bottle with stopper. This lovely gem is 4 3/4" tall to the top of the stopper and 3" in diameter at widest points. On Each side is two delicate flowers with controlled bubbles lightly splattered near or close to the center of the flowers. Near the base it is spattered with greenish yellow. The stopper is crystal. Vintage Antique Flower Drop Perfume Set Rieger's Wood Box 3 Tiny Glass Perfumes
Very old set of tiny perfume bottles in a green hinged wooden box. The box is marked Rieger's Flower Drops and has spaces for 4 tiny bottles. Three are still intact. The box measures 3 1/4 inches by 1 1/2 inch by 3/4 inch. Each of the 3 tiny flasks measure 1 1/8 inch long. The perfume dauber has a faceted top and a ground stopper. The dauber measures 1 inch long and the flask measures 3/4 inch long. Each of the perfumes fit snugly in the box. The top of the box has a cotton lining to keep the glass stoppers safe. Two of the 3 perfumes come apart very easily. The 3rd will probably have to be soaked in order for it to be opened with out damaging the flask or the stopper. The box's top is hinged to the bottom. Antique French Baccarat Cut Glass Perfume Bottle-ca.1900's /1800's?
HI. UP FOR AUCTION we have a Stunning Antique French Baccarat Cut Glass Perfume Bottle. The bottle is 10-sided with 5 horizontal rings cut around the cylinder. Plus each of the 10 sides are faceted. Quite complicated. Each horizontal cut had gold leafing which is mostly faded away, depends on how the light catches the bottle. There is also a star or snowflake motif going around the center facets of the bottle. Some are more worn than others. There is a small ground indentation on the bottom of the bottle. I believe a pontil mark which was ground down so the bottle would sit flat. A small chip on the end of the stopper. The size of the bottle is 5 1/2" to the top of the stopper. 4" to the top of the bottle lip. And the bottle is 1 3/4" wide. Check out the pictures and good luck. Stunning Antique Set Perfume Bottles mirrored travel case rare
This listing is for an incredible. Very old and very rare set of 2(one stopper is not original) perfume bottles, in a beveled glass display case with a mirror behind them. It has a carry handle and the latch opens the glass which swings down to give access to the perfume bottles. The latch, carry handle and trim around the glass is silver colored, possibly nickle. The case is in very good condition. The purple velvet covering is worn and the cloth the bottles sit on is faded. The bottles match and there are a few small chiggers around the top edge where the stopper goes in. I do not see any imperfections in the bottles. The case is 5 1/2 inch high. Base is 3 1/2 inch deep, width is 4 3/4 inch, the top tapers to 1 3/4 inch. This will make a very appealing addition to any perfume collection. I have not seen any others like it. This was bought from a storage unit from I assume an antiques dealer. I really don't know much about this. So my information is based on the sticker that the previous owner had on it and some research of my own. It is in fantastic shape. The only damage I see on it is a small chip on the top rim. This is an antique late 1800's to early 1900's perfume/cologne/tonic/barber bottle with a metal dabber top. The glass is a beautiful textured and decorated artful piece. In 1896 Rallet was purchased by Chiris of Grasse, France. When Rallet's Russian assets were nationalized in 1917, the company was reestablished in France. In 1920, Rallet's technical director, Ernest Beaux, created a series of perfumes for Gabrielle Chanel, one of which was No.5. In 1926 Rallet was sold to François Coty" Today. Bouquet de Catherine. Unusual Antique Blue Glass Double ended Perfume or scent bottle
Just out of a local house is this unusual double ended bottle. We beleive it is an old perfume bottle as it came with a collection of other antique perfume bottles. It has two openings. One on each end, an octagonal center section, and is an interesting teal blue color. It measures 2 7/8 inches long. 1 5/8 inches wide, and 9/16 inches deep. The bottle is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Would make a nice addition to any collection. Guaranteed old and as described. Flat shipping quote is for contiguous 48 states.
