Antique Pair Of Art Nouveau, Volupte' Patented, Green Perfume & Atomizer Bottle
Ready for auction a matching pair of unmarked. Art Nouveau, Patented by Volupte' Perfume& Atomizer Bottles. They were purchased, by me in the 1960's, from an avid Antique Perfume Bottle collector. The same person that sold me many marked"DeVilbiss' perfume bottles. This pair have the same design. The Atomizer measures: 6.75" High and the Perfume measures: 6.50" High. Both are 2.25" across the bottom. They are in a deep green color with black Art Nouveau Design on them. They are both in very good condition with No chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. This has an amber colored floral embossed stopper with a ribbed bottle bordered with beading(see photos below) The bottom is marked. Made in France& it measures approx. 4" tall with stopper. This is in great conditon with only a couple of very tiny nicks to inside of rim(hard to see without a magnifier) My research revealed a U.S. Patent was filed for the bottle in 1929 and at one time this held the Valois fragrance, PETITE FLEURS. It is a lovely opaque opaline white and is hand blown and has a partially ground pontil. Marked on bottom of bottle 64. It has its original dauber. Beautifully intact with what could be its original cotton. The bottle has no damage or repairs, it does show wear and scuffing on bottom consistent with age and use. The stopper is ground and measures 5 1/8" The bottle without stopper in is app. 4 7/8" with stopper stands 6" tall and 2 3/4" across bottom of bottle. These are tallest and widest points.

I don't usually say rare. But this is a great and hard to find bottle from the 1920's. It stands about 4 3/4" tall and still has the Schiaparelli New York label on the bottom, as well as lace trim, and PART of the signed tape measure across the mannequin's bodice. It is empty but still has an intense perfumy aroma. I have not attempted to remove the stopper.You can see, I think, that several of the flowers in the back are mostly broken off. Antique 1920s Art Deco Sterling Silver Perfume Flask(or Scent Bottle) The Wand Still Holds a Trace of the Original Fragrance! Style and Charm! Size: From the top of the clasp to the bottom of the flask is approximately 12 inches. From the top of the bale(the loop that holds the chain) to the bottom of the flask is 2 inches. From the cap on the top of the flask to the bottom of the flask is 1 and 3/4 inches. The lid unscrews to show a 1 inch treaded silver wand that still holds traces of its original fragrance. And no. We are not perfume experts and cannot identify it! Markings and Other Details: This charming necklace is stamped 925 on the inside of the bale. There is also a hallmark. But we cannot make that out. Rare Pair Antique Cut Glass & Sterling Silver Perfume Bottles - Cranberry - 1896
So rare to come across a pair of matching perfume bottles. This elegant pair are probably the most sought-after colour, Cranberry graduating down to a clearer glass at the base. The screw-top lids are made from English sterling silver, hallmarked for Birmingham 1896, making these true Victorian examples. The makers mark is also present CM for the silversmith, Charles Mappin. The top of the lid has a vacant circular cartouche which could be engraved by your silversmith if you wished to personalize it. Excellent condition, measuring 6 1/2" tall x 2 3/4" max. Vintage Antique? Silver Tone Small Ornate Flower Perfume Bottle - Glass Stopper
I don't really know anything about this piece. It appears to be a small metal perfume bottle with a glass stopper. There is a raised design on it that has flowers and leaves at the top and just some pretty designs towards the bottom half. I cannot get the top off and would be scared of breaking it to try too hard. So I cannot tell you what's inside, but it doesn't slosh or anything. I do not know if it is sterling silver or just a silver tone metal. It could be marked on the rim, but since I cannot get the top off, It does show some patina. And I wonder if at some time it had some kind of decorative cap over the glass stopper. It is fairly heavy and measures about 2 1/4 inches high. Seems to be in pretty good shape. Thanks for looking. Antique Singed Hawkes Etched Crystal Perfume Bottle Art Deco Style
This is another nice item I'm selling for a local estate. It is an antique signed Hawkes etched crystal perfume bottle with ground stopper. It stands about 5" tall with the stopper and is in excellent condition. The floral and leaf etching is in the Art Deco style. The bottom is signed"Hawkes" I had a difficult time getting a picture of it. But it is quite clear. There are a few surface scratches on the bottom of the bottle from being moved around over the years. There are also some very small dings on the stopper from going in and out of the bottle. However, there are no cracks, breaks or repairs.

The bottom part of her gown is a baby blue colour with layers near the bottom of her gown. It is sleeveless& has a fancy ruffly lace collar. She has short hair with rows& rows of curls. Her left arm is a"away" she returns her hand to her shoulder. Her elbows are"away" in her right hand she clutches a freshly picked rose with its green leaf still attached. a ringlet of her hair in a sweet& coy manner. Her head is slightly tilted to the right. She has a sweet face with rosy cheeks. Red lips& dark eyes. Photo 4. Her top lifts off to reveal a cork& I am guessing one would tip the bottle for its scent. P hotos 9& 10. Incised on the bottom is her model ... morenumber"7649. I think. I marked it with a pencil so one could read it easier. Last photo. She is finely detailed for such a wee model. Her fingers. From the Estate of a collector of fine antiques. This Victorian Era Perfume Bottle Display Case has two hinged doors that open to show a mirrored centerpiece. The perfume bottle sits in place surrounded with silk. The doors have silk panels with a beautiful floral motif. The bottle is original to the display case. And is cut glass with a ground stopper. The base looks like it has a burgundy leather piece on it, and three little metal legs. Both door hinges are in good condition. The clasp is missing a piece that holds it shut. The gold velvet covering shows age and shedding. One of the silk floral scenes has a line of melting. The mirrors have clouded over from age. It has a pear shaped body with a diamond pattern in the glass down the middle. The bottom is cut flat& polished. No chips. Cracks or repairs found. There is one tiny, perfect circle or divet in the glass near the bottom, see photo. I think this is likely a tool mark or a glass defect since it does not look like a chip. With the deep red glass it is almost impossible to see unless the light shines on it just right but mentioned for accuracy. The brass cap is in good condition with no dents. The hinge is intact and the cap opens and closed as it should. The finger chain is intact also and has an unusual brass chain made of facted brass beads wqhich are linked together. Up for auction is an unusual antique Stiegel type three sided perfume bottle or decanter with hand applied enamel scenes reminiscent of Pennsylvania Dutch farm life. This bottle has never been used. And has been stored in a cabinet at my family's Maryland farmhouse for generations. It cleaned up beautifully; the thick layer of dust must have kept the colors from fading. This old piece is very heavy, and makes a lovely noise like fine crystal when tapped. The stopper is very unique, with a large, controlled release bubble at its core. There is a gold"8" on the base. Vintage Antique Guerlain Perfume Bottle Paris France Baccarat
Height: 3 7/8 inches Width: 2 inches(at the base) Length: 1 inch(at the base) Weight: 3.9 oz This lovely perfume bottle was manufactured in France for Guerlain by Baccarat. It belonged to my great grandmother. And has been kept in our smoke-free, pet-free house for decades. The tapered glass stopper fits perfectly in the bottle's opening. The stopper has a slight chip in the surface that is extremely difficult to capture by photo due to light reflection and refraction. The chip is very hard to see if you are not looking for it. Antique French Ormolu Filigree Crystal Perfume Boudoir Bottles
Made in France. Vintage or Antique. Four individual diamond shaped thick glass bottles all housed in a gilt ormolu filigree frame. Each bottle has removable filigree sleeve and cut crystal stopper. The diamond shaped housing has detailed raised vine flowers draping. The detail of the housing is reflected on each bottles removable collar. The set measures approximately 5"H x 6"L x 4"W. Each individual glass bottle is about 2.5"L x 1.5"W. One glass bottle is damaged at the top where the stopper sits. But still holds the crystal stopper and is not noticeable as it is covered by the sleeve. The same bottle stopper was broke at base of the faceted cut at neck of stopper. Looks like it was glued back together. The bottle and stopper still stand uniform without fail with the other bottles. Pictured in pic. 5& 6. The ... morefiligree case is stamped on bottom in 2 places. Both say FRANCE one in a long oval circle and one in a circle with the letters forming an inside circle.
