Up for bid is this vintage. Limoges Porcelain Antique Perfume Bottle from France. This adorable perfume bottle has pictures on one side of it of the French Renaissance i believe. This is Aqua blue in color with gold trim around the bottom and tiny gold painted flowers around the rest of the bottle. This measures ABOUT 3 3/4" tall to top of tubing and the bottle alone 2" and is 1 3/8" diameter at base and about 1 3/4"diameter at belly of bottle. These are not perfect but gives you an idea. It is in great condition for an antique with no cracks or chips in the glass. The atomizer is hard inside and is somewhat flat but maybe a replacement could be gotten. Antique Compact Atomizer Perfume Bottle Blue Cut Crystal "Marny France"
This is just about the neatest little perfume bottle I've ever seen. I don't know much about it. It took me a while to figure out how the top went up. Push down and turn to the left and it pops right up. There is a cap that screws onto the spout that is attached to a chain. All the parts inside and out are there and seem to be in working order. It is marked France and Marny on the rim you can see in photos nine and 10. It has been used you can see in the photos the wear on the top. There are a couple little ding marks on the metal, and around the bottom there is one little chip I can almost see in a blue glass part, but you have to look real close. It is approximately 3 1/8 inches tall. I thought it might go to an old traveling set because of the way it is made. Anyway it's a very cool piece. Antique SML Atomizer& Wilcox Sterling Silver Cut Crystal Glass Perfume Bottles
Up for auction are these two beautiful vintage/antique perfume items. Note the size. These are taller than average. Polishing of the sterling left to the discretion of the new owner. Just light debris inside the bottles, I didn't try to wash them out. atomizer and bottle. About 6 3/4" tall. The sterling silver top is stamped, S.M.L. Sterling Silver" possibly S.M.I. In lovely condition, with just the smallest of fleabites on the bottom edge. tall cut crystal round and tapered perfume bottle. About 10 1/4" tall, the silver top is stamped"Sterling" followed by the ornate Wilcox logo. This American company from Connecticut was"primarily a silverplate manufacturer. Produced a line of sterling holloware in the mid-20th century. The sterling silver part has come apart from the glass stopper(and the old holding cement ... morematerial shakes around in the top) There are a couple of dings in the hollow silver finial, and use marks on the silver. This is a beautiful bottle and stand. The base is marked with Made and Guaranteed by M B Co 291 USA, I was told the stands for Meriden Silver co, and that this company produced limited edition silver and silver plate items that they numbered so perhaps that is what the 291 is? IT has initials K L W engraved on the edge of the top, this has been a favorite in my collection for years, I have to down size so I have to let some go. I want to point out the atomizer hardware is rare to find with the acorn top metal gold finish. The color is a true pink, the color is smelted into the glass during the smelting process. Piece stands 4 1/4" from the base to the top of the brass atomizer. The bottle by its self stands 2 1/2" in height. The opening of the bottle measures 3/4" outer rim edge to outer rim edge. The bottom measures 1 1/2" The atomizer stands 1 3/4" in height. The atomizer squeeze measures 1 7/8" x 1 3/8" The plastic tube inside measures 2 1/4" in length. Piece is in good antique ... morecondition. I have for auction this lovely art deco era white satin glass perfume atomizer bottle with bulb. The bulb remains in very good condition but has hardened. Overall condition is excellent with no issues; look over the photos as they are an important part of the description. A few minor spots on the glass; I haven't attempted to clean it. Floral decoration appears to be painted but could be a decal. I could find no identifying marks so I don't know the maker. The bottle measures 3 3/4" high. About 3-1/2" high, am not sure of the age or country of manufacture. Flower at the top appears to be celluloid(am no expert) and leaves behind it gold plated or washed. With exception of of the atomizer rest of bottle in good shape in need of good cleaning. Residual perfume or other liquid dried inside bottle. The bottle is made of dark green glass with enamel-painted satin glass sides featuring clear cut windows. The top of the perfume bottle is made of brass with nickel plating and it has three emerald jewels inset into the metal. The tip of the perfume bottle is also adourned with a single emerald jewel. The bulb for the atomizer is missing. But these can be found and attached if desired. They often deteriorated through the years and broke apart. The bottle stands approximately 4 5/8" tall, and the top still easily unscrews to add perfume. Item Condition: The overall condition of the bottle is excellent. It is extremely clean and it has no chips. ... moreCracks, or repaired areas except for a 1/2" chip to the foot of the bottle and a small flake to a flower petal on the side of the bottle. The color is extremely strong and the painted details have minimal loss with most of it being to the fine beaded details around the clear cut windows. The bottle looks Black until held up to the light. When you can see that it is actually very DARK Purple. All original. The paintings and enamel are in excellent condition. Very little paint loss. The metal syphon tube is intact. I believe this is a Biedermeier bottle from the early 1900s. There is a label on the bottom. But it is illegible.
