The top is either silver or silverplate, there is no hallmark so I'm not sure. Not sure what type of stopper this had. I don't see any chips, but it is hard to tell because of the pattern. Antique Cut Glass Sterling Top Perfume Bottle with red stone center
8 photos posted. Pretty antique lay down(or stand up) perfume bottle. The glass vial is cut in a rib pattern bordered by a cross hatch design at the bottom and the top. The glass is in excellent antique condition showing only a faint trace of fogging and a tiny nibble on one of the ribs. On a scale of 0 to 10 I'd give it a 9.5 The flip top is marked sterling under the hinge which is in perfect shape. The cap snaps on tightly. It has an octogon shape and a red pointy stone in the center. I assume it is glass. The point is still intact. No chip there. But the inside stopper is lost. The sterling is quite heavy, so there are no dents. It is monogrammed with the initials dM.L. Dimensions: 3 3/8" long and almost 3/4" across. The item comes from a smoke-free home but I have a cat. An original antique circa 1860's Venetian Aventurine Glass perfume/ scent bottle which measures approximately 2 3/4" tall to the top of the stopper. The bottles body is made up swirled opaque white and green/ blue glass with inclusions of silver flecks while the neck is decorated with a thin layer of gold inclusion glass(its not gold paint) over a opaque white base. The stopper is made of black or very dense amethyst glass and is attached via a small chain about the neck. Condition- there are some tiny nicks to the thin gold inclusion glass covering the neck while the body has some crazing which occurred in the making in the annealing oven as the metals in the glass cooled at a different rate than did the glass which is typical. Fine Antique 1800's Enameled Cranberry Cut Glass Perfume Bottle Poss. Bohemian
Just out of a local house is this fine antique perfume bottle. It has a lyra shaped body made of cut cranberry glass that was nicely enameled. It has an ornate hinged top. Similar examples are documented as 19th century Bohemian. The bottle measures 3 1/16 inches long. 1 3/16 inches wide. And 5/8 inches deep. It is in very good condition. Some of the enameling is worn, it is missing its stopper, and it has some slight chips around the bottom. See photos. Would make a nice addition to any collection. Guaranteed old and as described.

Antique Pre-1900 Antique French Gold Filigree Porcelain & Glass Perfume Bottle
This is a great little Antique Pre-1900 Miniature French perfume bottle. Great quality with much gold filigree embellishments and enamel work. Porcelain front surrounded by gold filigree and has what looks like coral jewels on top and front. So much detail on this little bottle. It's hard to describe. The bottle has a stopper which is tight and don't want to wrench it open and possibly break anything. Has a glass dabber attached to inside of cap which is in place. This clear glass bottle is very old and looks like the contents have evaporated from the bottle leaving a brown haze inside. Exterior grime from age and will leave it up to the buyer to give it a good clean or leave it alone to display it's age. This stately piece has 8 cut facet flutes and a wheel engraved Bow Garland decoration on two sides. The upper shoulder is covered with a gilded sterling silver or coin silver heavy pierced repousse collar of approximately ... more2" wide, and it is finished with a silver cap. There are two hallmarks on the cap, but we could not see them well. One is worn smooth and the other appears to be the lower portion of a Fleur-de-lys with an"H" see photos#11& 12)The metal has been tested positive for high grade silver. The cut flutes are in excellent condition which is unusual for this type of bottle. We believe this vanity bottle to date from the mid-Victorian Era 1850s-1899? But this is only a quess from our experience. The bottle measures 11 3/4" high and about 2 3/4" diameter across the base. There may have been an inner glass stopper which is now missing under the silver cap. This can easily be replaced. Excellent condition to both the glass and silver. No chips, cracks or stains to glass. A few small shallow dents to cap, but hardly noticeable. Up for auction is a vintage antique sterling cased glass perfume bottle recently found in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. It is found in good condition in a spring loaded case with a script monogram of EFE. This piece is marked STERLING on the base- and near the cap. The only condition issue is that we cannot get the glass stopper off and did not want to force the issue. This piece measures approx. 2 3/8" x 1/2" We cannot find any manufacturer marks. Antique Glass English Vasa Murrhina Perfume with Silver Mica.
This is a beautifull example of early Victorian Art Glass. The pictures do not do justice to this piece. When held to the light. It's spectacular. The colors are a vibrant mix of Ruby and White Opal flakes and Silver Mica marvered in clear crystal. Then cased in a light Amber color glass and blown into a Melon shaped mould. This type of early construction was primarily used by Stevens& Williams and Webb in England but it's hard to say for sure who made it. The stopper is original and fits perfectly snug. Made c. 1900 it's well over 100 years old. It measures 5" tall. The stopper shows gilding around the neck and there is ware of the gilding on the ball of the stopper after many years of use. Here for your consideration is an antique ART DECO Art Glass Cut Glass crystal perfume bottle and dauber. This measures a total of 6" tall with a base measurement of 3 1/4" x 1 1/2" It is rhombus in shape with faceted edges. The flaring dauber compliments the design. This has a cut sunburst or starburst pattern. Both the top of the dauber. Top of the perfume and bottom of the perfume are ground smooth. The inside of the perfume and the part of the dauber that sits inside are also ground. This is in good condition with wear reflective of age and use. There is a nip on the upper corner of the dauber but nothing that distracts from the piece. The perfume has a shallow chip on one side and a few nips to the edge facets and upper rim as well as one on the inside of the upper rim. Really sweet antique miniature chatelaine perfume bottle measuring about 2 1/8" long and all in very good condition for its age. RARE Viard figural art glass Antique perfume bottle Gai Paris by T. Jones
A true rarity. This item was made roughly 100 years ago for a prestigious but less well known Parisian fashion& accessories house of the teens& 20's. It is highly doubtful that more than a few hundred of these were even originally produced& the few that have survived are rarely in this condition. This presentation has sold as low as 3-5 thousand for bottles with stuck stopper. Or other damage& the patina faded away. The design of this masterpiece of the art glass world is attributed to Julien Viard& possibly. Most likely produced by Depinoix glassworks. The 2-3 dimensional moulding of landscapes& figures etc was something pioneered by Viard. Lalique& a handful of their contemporaries. The bottle is@ 3+1/2 inches tall without the stopper in place a tad over 4 inches with it in place. 113 hand engraved on end ... moreof stopper tongue& base of bottle. The bottle is richly& highly decorated with the most beautiful intricate detaile glass moldings I've ever seen. Scenes of the Moulin Rouge. L'Arc de Triomphe, Les Bois Parisien, stopper is highly detailed with"Carnival" accessories ie. tambourine, eye mask, ribbons, etc. One absolutely tiny flake on the side edge of stopper. Almost invisible but it's there. It is in a recessed area, so you can only see it under a loop. Otherwise this is a stunningly well preserved example of one of the most significant French Art Glass perfume presentations ever created. Own it. An original antique circa 1850-60's 3 7/8" tall cut glass perfume bottle with a sterling silver cap. The bottle is cut with oval on each side and with ornate curves to its sides and even the base has been cut with a sort of arch to it. The top is made of sterling silver and is original to the bottle. Condition there is some denting to the sterling cap as shown. The bottle has some dirt on the interior which I believe will clean out as I do not believe it is stain. Bottle is completely fresh to the market from the estate of an old time collector. Antique Sterling Silver Old Reynolds Angels Covered Glass Perfume Bottle. This piece dates to around 1900. It is English and it is marked with the hallmarks of the maker on the sterling silver cover. This piece measures 3 1/2" high to the top of the cover and it is 1 1/8" in diameter. The cover shows five angels in the clouds. The glass is a cane pattern. The condition of this piece is very good however there are a few minor dents in the silver around the edge. Nice little perfume bottle. There are no cracks in the silver cover. Up for auction is a small vanity glass tray with an old piece of lace inserted inside. The tray has a brass rim ornately designed with a floral motif(see pic) Due to age. This piece needs some cleaning and there has been yellowing as shown. This tray measures approximately 8” in diameter and 9 ¼” from handle to handle. It is also has small brass feet. hi. this is a rare antique Victorian miniature perfume etui vitrine. heavy beveled lass on top and the front and wonderful blue and gold velvet on the box with brass rings on each side and a brass doorknob to open the door. Antique glass perfume bottle, hallmarked Edwardian silver, London 1912
Antique glass. Perfume bottle, hallmarked Edwardian silver, 1912 thereabouts. This glass perfume bottle has a handpainted enamel lid of a Georgian Lady who is wearing what looks like a green silk shawl with an outline of freshly painted beads and two pink flowers in the middle. Her dress is Jacobean in style with pink and white stripes. There is a white ruffel of white silk that hangs down from the two pink flowers. She is wearing her hair in a bouffant which is quite fitting to the era. A light blue shade setting can be seen behind the Lady's face. The lid is sterling silver and the hallmarks inside the lid are of the letter K. The Lion passant guardant and the leopard's head; the maker's mark is that of P&S. These are all hallmarks to show the authenticity of the piece. The silver lid is slightly out of shape and has several ... moredints in it. This in no way subtracts from the overall beauty of the piece. In the painting there is one large crack at the bottom of the lid, one small crack at the top left of the bottle and a small black line in the Lady's light blond hair. The glass perfume bottle itself is in a remarkable condition for its age. It has only a few surface tiny scraches and several air bubbles in the glass. Overall. It is quite large in size measuring just over 15cm in length and just over 3cm in width. A gorgeous perfume bottle for the discerning collector. DESCRIPTION This is a very beautiful. Unique and old FRENCH ART GLASS c. 1900 perfume bottle. The bottle has a marvelous blue satin cased glass with a fancy enamelorchid flower and clear glass stopper. The bottle has a very elegant and extravagant feel to it. The bottom has the number 1, J 920. It measures 6 3/4" tall, 3" long and 2 1/4" wide. The perfume bottle has little worn white color on orchid and stopper has very small chip on the oart that goes inside. 0.11.
