The 5 cordials are amazing and measure 3 3/8” tall. Only one has damage, a rim chip which you can clearly see in the last photo. The decanter measures 9 1/2” to the top of the faceted stopper. I don’t know if the stopper is original but it fits nicely. The height to the rim is 7 1/2”. The inside has some spotting but I haven’t tried to clean it. The technique used to create these beauties is called cut to clear. Clear glass has a color glass over it. Then skilled craftspeople carefully cut away the color (in this example it’s Amber) to create designs.

This is one of two antique decanters that we got locally. The person we got them from told us that they were antique barber bottles. But you be the judge. This one is blown COBALT glass with hand painted gold accents and two frosted glass center sections. It measures 13 1/2" tall and the base has a diameter of 2 3/4" There are two small shallow chips to the rim of the bottle. Otherwise it is in excellent condition. Here is a really beautiful antique! Here is a German Decanter Glass Bottle from around 1900? It measures about 7.5" tall. This was bought from a storage unit from I assume an antiques dealer. I really don't know much about this. So my information is based on the sticker that the previous owner had on it and some research of my own. It is in fantastic shape. The only damage I see are a few chips on the underside of the stopper that goes into the glass. Actually I almost cant see them. I can mostly feel these few with my finger. I almost missed it myself. Really stunning piece! The green details appear to be painted on. The pictures should tell the rest of the story. All in all great display piece! Wonderful Antique Liqueur Decanter with Glass
Up for auction is a unique vintage liqueur decanter. The front and back design is identical. It shows a man driving an old car with a lady sitting in the back holding her glasses. It reads"1901 Mercedes. On the bottom it is numbered. 2/337 Japan. The colors are blue, brown and off white. The cork and spout are intact. It doesn't look like it's been used. Antique Signed Heisey Glass Syrup Decanter/Pitcher ~ Deep Etching ~ Silver Lid
This is a beautiful example of hand pressed. Fire polished Heisey Glass. Glass syrup decanter with silver lid. Fine and delicate looking design etched into glass at varying depths. A floral design with starburst elements and the continuous geometric patterns give it a modern look. But it is an earlier piece. It is marked with Heisey Glass Company trademark. The diameter nd containing the H on either side of the spout. The silver lid is marked'Pat'd April 5. 1910' The lid fits tight but easily removed for filling or cleaning. The lid has a spring spout. It is a very attractive piece. Usable and collectible. On close inspection there are light scratches/blemishes& bubbles. They appear to be primarily fro manufacture. It is difficult to see. Unique, gourgeous amber ribbed glass decanter in very good condition. Standing 22" tall, there is raised glass that partions the decanter into 12 sections. There are no markings on this beautiful sculpture. The stopper has a flaw that occurred during creation and the bottle has"flaws" that were produced at the same time as you can see in the pictures. They are not cracks or chips caused by handling. There is a piece of glass inside the stopper that is finished one inch below the top of the stopper. The large stopper measures 7" and is also partioned by raised glass into 11 sections. The decanter without the stopper measures 15 3/4" the neck of the bottle is 1 1/2" ... moreand the base is 5" creating a nicely sculptured glass body. This is a stunning 6 piece decanter set. The whole set is made of amber glass that has been hand blown and then cut with a hummingbird and fl oral pattern of roses. The b ottom of the large piece has been polished where the pontil mark was a nd the stopper was as well. The decanter has an applied amber glass handle. This set comes with FIVE matching wine glasses cut with the same pattern. The height of the decanter measures 15.5 inches tall and the height of the wine stems measures 5.75 inches tall. This entire grouping is in wonderful condition and does not have any chips or cracks- I don't think it really looks to have been used much if at all. A wonderful estate find. Up for bids is this gorgeous vintage French art glass decanter with matching glasses. They are a frosted pink with other colored"oil spot" decoration. These were a present in the 40's. But could actually be much older if they were not new when gifted. The quality is superb, and the person I am selling this for told me it had a metal collar tag with the maker, but it was lost when he packed up his parents things. It reminds me of Lalique, but could be any quality French maker. The decanter is 5 1/2" 7 1/2" counting the stopper) and 2 1/2" diameter. I believe this to be a congnac decanter. The cups are 2" high, and have a 1" diameter. They each hold a shot or two. All pieces are marked France, and there is no damage to any of the pieces. Gorgeous Antique ABP 8.25" DORFLINGER Cut Glass Crystal Carafe Decanter Vase
Another fantastic piece from the legendary house of Dorflinger in the beautiful Marlboro pattern. I'm not sure whether this is a carafe. Or a decanter, or a vase. If somebody knows for sure which it is, you could clue me in. I do know that the condition of this piece is superb. There are absolutely no cracks, chips, breaks, repairs, and very minor scuffing on the bottom. I can't even find a single chip on the tiny teeth of the fluting. My mother collected Dorflinger extensively and several of her pieces are on permanent display at the museum in Honesdale. None of her other pieces exceeded this one in condition and brilliance. Glass pressed cruet antique vintage clear stoppered 5-1/4" tall. This pressed glass cruet shows three mold lines. It is 5-1/4" high. The base is 2-3/8" The handle projects out 1-1/4" from the neck. Condition: there is a chip out of the handle. Some bubbles in the glass, and a few marks that look like wavy lines on the inside of the cruet. Most interesting, there is a vertical cut in the middle of the spout clear through rom the top of the spout to the bottom. What else could it be but a manufacturing defect? There are also some chips in the bottom of the stopper that do not show. Damaged areas are in red rectangles. Both bottle and stopper are trimmed with gold. There is no mark on the flask, but it's definitely old, and I think it might be Wave Crest. The decanter stands 7 1/2 inches(19.1cm) tall to the rim. Antique Glass Pitcher Wine Decanter Deep Blue-Green Open Pontil - Pre-1900
For your consideration, A Very Rare Deep Blue-Green Antique Pitcher/ Wine Decanter. This pitcher has been hand-blown in a swirl twist pattern. There are many air bubbles and impurities trapped all throughout the glass. There are also glass swirls in a darker color. The pitcher features an open pontil white in color. This is a large pitcher; it measures 11.5” in height and about 7” in diameter. I am not sure about exact age. But it’s most likely pre-1900. Please do your own research before bidding. BONUS PIECE! A nice small green glass tumbler made in the same style and era. But in a different glass color. Note that there is a very small crack on the rim as can be seen on the last picture. The piece is probably from Pittsburgh in origin and is the type used in saloons and on riverboats in the early to mid 1800's. Close-up of the stopper so you can see the tiny micro nick in the side and the bubble(larger) which is inside the stopper- stopper is hand numbered 23. Star cut on the bottom. Handle and spout in sterling are so lovely in their simplicity- marked as shown with a crescent moon. Crown 800 and perhaps a unicorn or horse. I think this is the mark for Gebruder Kuhn. This is an antique hand engraved wine decantor set. It is 3 total pieces including the bottle. Glass and plate. The pieces are in good condition with only normal wear and tear on the bottom(from where the pieces are placed) This is a unique and beautiful set! The art work on them is beautifully crafted with the design of grapes and leaves. Makes a great addition to any collection! It is approx. 9 inches tall. Antique Cut Glass Port Decanter & 4 Glasses Sterling Silver Superb Egypt Marked
Lovely antique what I'm thinking is Egyptian cut crystal& Sterling Silver decanter w/ petite matching glasses. My client's father was from Egypt- I've listed a number of pieces of Sterling these last couple of months all coming out of this estate- and correct me if I'm wrong once you've previewed the mark- it is a sort of knife/sword over the letters"EC" from what I can tell and on the other side there is a small"C" The decanter is just gorgeous- forgive me/the photos as I washed it and what you see is just the water inside as it hadn't dried yet: It is cut crystal w/ floral etchings. The Sterling Silver band is marked. See pics. It stands 6 3/4" tall, the little glasses stand 2" tall. There are NO chips, NO breaks. The silver on the decanter has just a couple small areas of the most ... moreminor denting, see pics, otherwise, nothing to apologize for! Antique Egermann Glass Ruby Decanter Stopper Only Bohemian Czech
WELCOME TO MY SITE* Up for auction is this Egermann Ruby Glass Decanter Stopper. It has etching near the top. That is engraved using a copper wheel. I had purchased two matching decanters, at an auction and while taking pictures of one(I was keeping one and selling one) I knocked the decanter off the table and onto the floor. Therefore I only have the stopper available. The stopper is 3 3/8 inches high. The top is 1 3/4 inches in diameter and the ground base is 1 inch in diameter(it does taper to approximately 1 3/16 of an inch) There are scratches near the top of the stopper and the ground edge does have some flea bites. Please refer to pictures for bidding purposes as these are also part of the description. Contact me if additional pictures are needed. Please. Keep in mind that I zoom in and crop my pictures to make them larger on eBay, ... moreso that bidding decisions can be made. I pack breakable items in larger boxes. Very Fine Antique American Brilliant Zipper Cut Glass Vase and Decanter Cruet
Presented is a very fine antique American Brilliant Cut vase and lovely cruet decanter. Both of these beautiful pieces are so finely cut and just beautiful. The vase is remarkably heavy for the size. Both pieces are cut with the same pattern- zipper cut" The vase measures 10" tall and the cruet measures 7.5" tall. Both pieces display beautifully and have no major chips or cracks that I can see. You can find a tiny flea bite here and there if you look closely. These pieces date to the early 1900's or possibly earlier. There are no marks. They both show a good amount of wear on the bottom. I am selling both pieces for one price. They are a handsome pair and would look stunning in any china closet or collection. Please ask any additional questions you might have.
