The decanter stands over a foot tall and I am guessing it is near a gallon size or close to. Design: The design features a Repoussed Motif decoration of Victorian scrolls or paisley and has been intricately designed all over the top of the Sterling. The Buckle is secure and has a gorgeous Shield like style to it. The Body of the Decanter is hand Blown Green Glass in excellent condition no chips or cracks. The Wicker is tight stain and dent free and in wonderful condition except one break on a wicker weave. see below& picture for 1 issue on the Decanter) Hallmarks:The Sterling top is hallmarked in 4 places Birmingham( city mark) Lion passant( assayer's mark) representing ... moresterling silver(925) And marked B for the year 1896. A pinch bottle is much scarcer and is typically smaller than the usual quart size or larger decanter styleback bar bottles. VINTAGE/ANTIQUE GLASS DECANTER WITH SILVERPLATED STOPPER LID
This simple and elegant decanter is clear bulbous glass with a pour spout. The glass has thin horizontal lines that appear when looking at the decanter from some angles and can be seen in some of the photo's. The silverplated brass lid has a section cut out to allow for pouring without removing the lid. The lid has an ornate finial that has been pinned to the inside of the lid and there is one small air hole next to the finial. The silverplating is. All but gone, from the lid, there is tarnish and light pitting. I cannot find any flaws with the glass decanter. The decanter measures, 9.5" tall, to the spout X 5.5" dia. bottom. The lid is approx. 4" long, from the tip of the finial. Unfortunately, I have not found any marks to either piece, nor another like it, yet. Please, ask any questions you may have, thank you.

this is a stunning antique hand blown green glass demi john bottle. it is an obscure rare design and has an offset curved neck. the bottle's wide body is also larger on one side giving it a very desirable look. it is beautifully blown from very thick heavy glass. also the neck was not attached it was blown along with the bottle. the bottom recesses a tiny bit inside the bottle to be able to sit on a surface. the excess at the bottom from being hand blown is sanded off. it has a great color and minimal bubbling. it is in great shape and measures 11 3/4 by 10 1/2 inches and very heavy. This was found at a high-end estate auction. Here is a stunning vintage Arts& Crafts style decanter made with hand blown pinched glass. The shoulders of this decanter are decorated with an amazing overlay in copper(my guess is copper. See photos) in a leaf design that is VERY arts and crafts style. The copper is accented on each of the four corners with"berries" of(probably) pewter. The round head of the ground glass stopper is also overlaid in copper, and DENMARK is embossed in this area. This artistic piece is rare. Unusual, and totally a show-stopper. The condition is excellent, no cracks or chips or dents or problems. I have left the metal as I found it, with its natural patina, the buyer can polish or clean as desired. 11-3/4" tall with stopper in place. The base is about 3-1/8" square.

Antique Glass Three Ringed Decanter - Ring Neck Back Bar Bottle 12" Tall
Antique ring neck decanter is in great condition. No chips, cracks or breaks and stands approx 12" tall x 4 1/2" wide. Inside could use a little rinsing and the bottom has typical scuff wear. Nice old bottle. I was contacted by a very helpful EBay who identified this decanter as what is commonly referred to as a"Back Bar" bottle. They typically were made of thicker glass. Had very thick, strong, lips, known as a"bar lip. Both thicker glass and a bar lip aided in them not breaking easily, from the amount of use many of them were subjected to. It was also be pointed out that the stopper is not original as it doesn't go all the way down and is slightly raised at the top of the neck. We appreciate hearing from such helpful EBayers! Stunning Tall Antique Glass Decanter 25" Austrian Crystal Molded Hand-Cut
Incredible Austrian glass decanter. Over 2 feet tall! My guess is that it's molded glass, with hand-cut crosshatching and details. The previous owners said it was from Austria. Looks like it was made 1920-1940's. Approximately 6" wide at its widest. So beautiful and elegant. There is some hand water staining inside, I washed it recently with some vinegar but haven't tried to scrub the white traces of the hard water from the inside, I think it either needs scrubbing or to sit with vinegar inside for several days. I'm moving and won't be permanently settled for a while so I don't want to carry this around with me and risk damage, it's an incredible piece, I've never seen a decanter so tall! There are normal scratches to the base. There is a star like flaw in the side of the decanter. This is a large and stunning antique glass decanter. It has a ground glass stopper and an applied handle. The body has a combination of stars. Fans, a row of thumbprints and ridges up the neck. Here is an old western back bar bottle lettered: Avalon Bourbon. Back bar bottles were used in old saloons to hold“ the good stuff” Premium whiskey or liquors were bought in bulk. Shipped in barrels then pored into fancy glass bottles. There bottles were usually displayed on a shelf or cabinet behind the bar. This is where“back bar” bottles came from. No Chips or cracks. Antique French Louis XVI Minerva Sterling Silver Cut Glass Liqour Decanter with insert This stunning piece of art is Decortated in Louis XVI Ribbons and Reed Motif. Rosebuds. Roses and Ribbons are etchted into the decanter. The base has a 24 point star-burst. The French Minerva Goddess(950) as well as the markers mark'ARD) with a bishop Cross and a J on the bottom' are on both the decanter and the insert. The silversmith is Joseph Crossard(a cross and ARD for Crossard) was active from 1900-1920 located at 36 Ruede Montmorency in Paris. It stands 5.5" tall 4.24 wide and the base is 2.5/5"s It weighs 478 grams or 16.9 oz or just over 1lb. I believe it is cut crystal but I have seen his works state cut crystal and cut glass. The tone of the glass sound like crystal to me. If so it is very thick crystal/glass. 2 Liquor Decanter Carafes Glass Federal Law Prohibits Art Deco Antique
Selling a beautiful pair of antique Liquor Decanters Carafes of Cut Glass- marked on bottom with"Federal Law Prohibits the Sale or Reuse of This Bottle" making it most likely to have been made between 1935 and 1964. From online- This marking was required on all liquor bottles sold within the United States that were made between 1935 and 1964. However. I believe some bottles that date up to the early 1970s have also been seen with this warning embossed on them. Since hundreds or thousands of bottle molds would have been in active use circa 1964 when the phrase requirement was phased out, it would have been highly expensive, time-consuming and basically pointless to re-tool all the molds to“erase” the warning. Thus it is certain that some bottles continued to carry the phrase for some time after 1964. These have a matching diamond ... morecut pattern with matching lids- tops- the stopper is actually glass surrounded by a strip of cork. I believe the FIST may have come from an old decanter or cruet? The etched or cut crystal bottle is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks. ANTIQUE SILVERPLATE 6 BOTTLE ETCHED GLASS CASTOR CONDIMENT DECANTER CRUET SET
This is an antique castor set with six etched glass bottles and an ornate revolving silver plated stand. The stand is not marked by a manufacturer. The stand has a beautiful lattice and floral design and appears in very nice condition but does need to be polished. There are six bottles. Varying in size and shape. Five of the six bottles have fluted pour spout edges. One is plain. Far left in photo 4) One bottle and stopper have been replaced and do not match the rest. The five bottles that do match have an etched design. Probably done by hand. The design is the same. But varies in size, etc. The replacement bottle has a'dot' design on the glass and the top of this one is chipped on both sides of the fluted edge. One of the 5 matching stoppers has damage at the bottom. But still works fine and does not show when in the bottle. All ... moreof the bottles and stoppers have visible bubbles inside and they also need to be cleaned. The stand is an impressive 15 1/2 inches tall and the revolving tray is about 7 1/2 inches in diameter. The bottles. With stoppers, vary from about 8 to 10 inches tall and all have about a 1 1/2 inch diameter on the bottoms. This would be a stunning set all cleaned up. I have seen these exact bottles sold separately here on eBay. So I do not think it would be terribly difficult to replace the mismatched one with one that does match. Nice vintage condition. I do not wash or prepare items for sale. I offer them to you as I found them. I acquire my items at estate sales. And unless otherwise stated should be expected in good vintage condition. These items are not new. Have been used, and probably in storage for an extended period of time. I do not know the histories of each item. I do not know if they were exposed to smoke or pets. Antique Amber Glass Rooster/Chicken Liquor Bottle/Decanter-c. 1890's-FREE SHIP
Hello& Welcome, Here's a beautiful. Old amber colored bottle/decanter in the shape of a Rooster getting ready to crow that I imagine had liquor in it at one time. This old bottle was made between 1880& 1890. It's in great condition for its age but it does have a few imperfections which are due to the mold the glass was blown into. They look like scratches/hairline cracks but they're not, it will hold your favorite beverage as it does not leak. This was how the glass came out of the mold. The body was blown into a mold and then the lip was applied afterwards. You may be able to see the seam line that end about 1/2" from the top. This is where the lip was applied to the body. This is a great bottle for being 123+ years old. The detail on this rooster are fantastic, which I hope show adequately in the photo's. The silver overlay depicts a courting couple on the shoulders of the decanter. As well as a courting couple and a shepherd with his sheep on the neck of the decanter. There are flowers and trees and ornate framing- very pretty. I don't think the stopper is original to this ornate pinch decanter, and the bottom shows some wear.
