It does glow green under the black light, unfortunately we could not get good pics as we need a more powerful light. We could only narrow this piece down to a few possible makers. Tiffin, Fostoria, Heisey, and Cambridge were the only ones with very similar patterns. However we could not confirm which may had made this piece. It is in Excellent condition with no chips. Up for your consideration is this antique Victorian early 1900's collectible candle holder. It is made of bronze and floral motif hand painted glass. The candle holder has a tremendous amount of intricate detail including lion paw feet. Acanthus leaf and scroll motifs. The glass stem appears to be blown glass with hand painted flowers on the outside. This is a very rare. it is Cast Iron and machine screwed. It is 14" long and wing span is 17" The glass is formed around the cast iron. It may have been blown that way. The glass has NO cracks but paint has come off as seen. The candle holder rotates according to how holder is mounted. If mounted on wall or just set on table. The holder automatically pivots to accommodate position. There is nothing at all wrong with this except for the paint which it may ruin its value if painted. It holds just a normal t-cup candle.
