Lot of 15 Antique Glass Medicine and Household Bottles/Jars - 100 Years Old
This auction is for a Lot of 15 Antique Glass Medicine and Household Bottles that were used around 1850 to right before 1920. With all having some pretty bubbles. Making a great display or be used for crafts. They measure from 5 1/2" to 7 1/4" tall and have have very thick and wavy glass. They have been soaked over night and gently washed to check for cracks. And will come cleaner with soapy water and some small brushes. These bottles were dug. reclaimed! so may contain some minor scratches, chips, dirt, and cloudiness, which can be treated with baby oil, thin coat, inside and out. This process moisturizes the bottles and leaves a nice shine. Any leftover rust can be removed with very cheap toilet bowl cleaner. I am trying a new packaging process using recycled paper. Up for sale is a hard to find circa 1930 Canada Dry Ginger Ale Orange Soda Carnival Glass Bottle. Item has no chips or cracks. One side is very clean and displays wonderfully. But the other parts of the bottle show some dirt. Might can be cleaned. You'll also get 3 Coke bottles. Each shows some dirt. Antique Cranberry Glass Barber's Bottles set of 3
For auction is a beautiful set of three antique barber bottles. Two with what appear to be original stoppers. Looks to be hand blown in viewing the pontils. Largest one measures 7 1/4" X 4" diameter(9 1/2" with stopper; smaller ones measure 5 1/2" X 3 1/2" diameter(7 3/4" with stopper) Only one of the smaller bottles has a stopper. There is wear to the gilt in spots; one smaller bottle has only traces of gilt. In all, a very nice set with age!

Two Antique LeVarn's Label Under Glass Barber Bottles Shampoo & Hair Tonic
2 Antique LeVarn's Barber Bottles Description This auction is for two antique(circa 1900) LeVarn's barber's bottles. One is for Golden Wash Shampoo and the other is for Rose Hair-Tonic and Dandruff Cure. Both have labels under curved glass on the front of the bottles. The bottles were manufactured by the Mettowee Toilet Specialty Co. of Granville. New York. The Shampoo has an almost indiscernible"L"shaped crack in the glass over the label and some opaque drips under the label which are hard and look like glue? The Hair-Tonic bottle has more serious cracks in the glass over the label with what looks like a definite point of impact. The glass over the labels are still very much intact and in no real danger of falling off. In as much as these bottles were probably thrown away, the fact that there are survivors is quite ... morerare. The shampoo bottle also has a spot of rust inside(see pic) They both still display nicely. Both bottles stand 7 1/2" high and are 2 1/2" wide towards the bottom.

Just gorgeous estate found matching pair of c1930s to 1940s crystal glas perfume bottles. These bottles are lovely and each measures about 6" tall with deeply cut floral design work. They are both quite visually nice but one is better than the other. Pair Antique Controlled Bubble Glass Perfume Bottles w/Stoppers Czechoslovakia
This pair of perfume bottles has a patterned bubble design cased within the glass. The bottle are in good condition. Are marked"Czechoslovakia" and have stoppers. The bottles, with stoppers, measure 4 1/4" tall by 4" wide. The stoppers measure 2 5/8" wide. The bottles are uses, and need a good cleaning, but are in good shape. I see some roughness on one of the rims, from the previous owner's clumsy return of the stopper, but that is the only issue. I have reflected this in the last close-up photograph. Vintage Antique Apothecary Black Pressed Glass Bottles Jar Ground Stopper Beautiful thick black glass apothecary bottles. Stars in pewter are on three sides of the bottles. Ground frosted glass on the stopper and inside the neck. Both stoppers have a pewter color glass trim and the same on the top of the bottles. The bottles are the same size but one has a larger neck and stopper. There is a small chip on the frosted edge of the large stopper. The small stopper has a small(hardly visible) chip on the side and you can see that the pewter goes all the way through. Not painted on. They are 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" and 4-1/2" tall. I believe this is pressed or poured glass as I can see two seams starting on the necks of the bottle. No cracks or chips Please contact me with questions. The set comprising: 1 large shaker jar, 1 smaller tall shaker jar and 1 similar tall covered jar. The bottles with colorless crystal bases cut with lobed sides and rings around the tops of the two tall bottles, the top of each fitted with a silver rim and domed cover with ruffled bands and ball and post finial; two of the covers with pierced holes. 3 part mold with Pontil Rarity Specialty/Shelf Liquor Bottles Decanter Set These are the only specialty set bottles i've seen for this bottle style! A Collectors Unique Find! Bourbon Gin Liquor Tags that are extremely unique and unlike any of the current time periods. Approx. a Liter in volume size. With the stopper on top. The total height is approximately 250 mm(9.8425 inches) This is a specialty shelf liquor decanter set. Specialty bottles are the rarest additions of bottle makers since most were made and only for the expensive liquors since not sold in high productions due to expense. They are also known as Shelf Bottles. they were designed to be reused and for rare and special expensive liquors. The bottle has gorgeous imperfections from its mouth blown process. One bottle has a fracture in the rear neck but stops at the first patterns ... moreedge. The other decanter has No chips or cracks. It has mouth blown glass character that looks like but isn't a crack at all and can be felt from the inside as just a happening from the blown process. Crude seams. Especially on the bottom. Both have matching 3 part mold seams. The Liquor tags are especially rare as well and most likely made for only this specific specialty set. Only one decanter stopper. Has it's original cork These specialties age to be be Pre-1830s. late 18th century 1700's to early 19th century 1800's. Pre-1830s. The Pontil marks even appear to have been partially polished but they are clearly evident. Maker unknown since specialty/shelf bottles are of the rarest finds. possibly foreign. Iridescent Luster Antique Lot of 3 Glass Bottles 1901 Octogan and Wide Mouth
Lot of 3. Antique, iridescent glass bottles. All three have a luster look. The tallest bottle measures 7 1/4 inches tall, 2 1/4 inches wide by 1 3/4 inches thick. Has the words"Patent Aug 20, 1901" on the bottom of it. The octagon bottle measures 5 1/4 inches by 2 1/2 inches diameter but has no marks but still has the iridescent luster shine about it. The wide mouth jar measures 5 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches diameter. Has the words"Edy& Edy Foods" printed on the side of it. Has a small chip on the top rim, but I have not found another bottle like this one. All of these bottles are extremely old, coming from the very early 1900's. This auction is for a Lot of 10 Antique Glass Medicine Bottles that were used around 1850 to right before 1920. A few have some pretty bubbles. Making a great display or be used for crafts. They measure from 3 3/4" to 4 1/2" tall and have have very thick and wavy glass. They have been soaked over night and gently washed to check for cracks. And will come cleaner with soapy water and some small brushes. These bottles were dug. reclaimed! so may contain some minor scratches, chips, dirt, and cloudiness, which can be treated with baby oil, thin coat, inside and out. This process moisturizes the bottles and leaves a nice shine. Any leftover rust can be removed with very cheap toilet bowl cleaner. I am trying a new packaging process using recycled paper. Very old and crude glass making. The aqua bottle is marked L-912029 on underside and is curved for hip carrying. The clear bottle with cork stopper has no markings and appears to be extremely old in glass making form with lots of bubbling throughout. This is a very nice lot of 4 Glass Apothecary Jars with all glass stoppers. These are definately older glass(no seems. Tiny bubbles) but I can't say for sure they are antique. unfortunately the labels have been removed and there is a little bit of residue where they used to be. There are three 100 size and one 50 size. One of the 100s is not marked on the bottom the other two are makred 100 and I assume a makers mark(that I can't recognize) The smaller is also marked 50 with similar or same makers mark. These are in very good to excellent condition, one of the stoppers has a chip on the inside bottom of the stopper. The unmarked bottle's stopper is not a tight fit either. Up for sale are these Antique Liquor Bottles. Bottle#1 Black Glass.Turn Mold Possibly whisky bottle Fades towards top of the bottle, shows streaking and Whittling, Applied top, possibly sand pontil Measures 10 1/2 X 3 has a very large bubble in the body of the bubble. And some small bubbles that were twisted when the bottle was taken out of the mold. This bottle is so dark that it was very difficult to capture the depth and shading of this bottle wiin a photo. Bottle 2 Olive Green Wine Bottle: Turn Mold Applied Top. Shows rings on body and uneven molding on bottom. Base is deeply indented, showing age of bottle. Standout feature of this bottle is the extremely large bubble in the side, it is a miracle that this thin spot in the bottle has survived all these years. 9 3/4 X 2 1/2 Dug in the beautiful town of Pierce in Northern Idaho. Set of 2 Antique APOLLO Perfume Bottles, Encased Glass w/ Ornate Gilt Filigree
Gorgeous antique matching set of two APOLLO perfume glass bottles encased in ornate gilt ormolu trim. One is a flacon. The other is an atomizer. Bottles are crafted from glass and encased in gold gilt metal. Design is French-inspired, with flowers, garlands and bows. The glass is thick and very heavy, with an almost purple color to the atomizer, though not as obviously purple as what it looks like in the photos. There is a pontil mark on the bottom of flacon. The base of flacon is stamped"APOLLO. MADE IN USA" and the number 2887. Though the exact same pattern of metalwork, I cannot see a mark on the atomizer. Flacon is about 5" tall, base is 2-1/2" diameter. Atomizer is about 6-1/2" tall, also with a 2-1/2" diameter base. The pair date between 1909-22. They are both in overall good. Antique condition, although ... moreI haven't tried to clean them as I do not want to ruin the finish. I see no chips, cracks or damage to glass. Gilt has some areas with wear, especially near top where you'd hold the bottles, and a tiny bit of verdigris developing in base crevices. There are also some surface scratches, commensurate with loving use and age. The perfume bottle is missing dauber, and there is no tube/squeeze bulb for atomizer. Antique French Set of 4 Glass Perfume Scent Bottles in Neoclassical Ormolu Caddy
Very elegant French late 19th century set of four perfume bottles with cut glass stoppers in a neoclassical style gilt metal caddy. The metal work is in excellent condition throughout. Pictures show how the gold colour change between daylight and electric light. Three bottles have some damage. One with chip to the neck. One with small piece reglued to neck. Thankfully these blemishes are hidden under the filigree collars The third bottle with stuck broken stopper and with finial neatly reglued. The other stoppers have small chips to the ends. Up for bid are 2 Antique ink bottles from the 1900& 1920's era. Left one is hand blown in a mold with a hand finished lip and the oldest. Right one is machine made from the 1920's era. Both in good original condition with no cracks or stains. Left one has a chip on the inside lip edge and a little haze in the glass(close up picture shown) other one is clean and chip free. This is a pair of glass bottles in the shape of early 1930's classic era automobiles with the coupe body-style. The double-spare tires on the back constitute the bottle caps. They were sold as containers of Avon For Men. Sterling Six"Spicy" after-shave lotion. I'm guessing that they date from 30-50 years ago.
