PAIR ANTIQUE MID CENTURY SPANISH HOLLYWOOD REGENCY AMBER ART GLASS 3 WAY LAMP
We are pleased to offer this beautiful pair of Mid Century lamps. The lamps feature wrought iron frames and accents with large. Amber, crackled and textured art glass bodies. The lamps have a Spanish influence with hanging accent chains at the top of the glass bodies. The wrought iron bases feature a"thumb print" design which is also interesting. The glass is gorgeous with rough areas of texture. The lamps are 3 way and operate so that the top and night light can operate independently or together. The lamps are in very good condition with some minor wear to the base finish in just a couple of areas. This can be resolved with a touch up of black paint. The glass is free of chips, cracks, etc. The wiring is vintage/original but in good condition and the lamps are in working order. These are quite gorgeous! ANTIQUE ART & CRAFT PORCH.Bungalow LIGHT METAL & SLAG AMBER GLASS HANGING LAMP
This is a wonderful pair of vintage metal Mission Arts and Crafts style Porch/Bungalow lights. Not an expert on material but I did a magnet test& it DOES NOT adhere to the metal. These are ceiling hanging fixtures with stunning caramel-colored slag glass panels. The slag glass even has a gorgeous iridescence to it. The tops look like they are riveted. The light sockets inside are still intact& usable. The sockets feel& look like porcelain. The wiring is CLOTH original to the fixtures and is still intact. Was told at the estate sale lights were hanging in place and working just fine, however, you might want to have an electrician to check them over since it still has the antique cloth wiring. Both fixtures are in exceptionally good condition for the age. Appears to have been in their original location and hung there for many many ... moreyears. The textured amber glass I was told is original to the fixtures and ALL PANELS are in good condition with no cracks or breaks. I did notice one of the panels are inserted in reverse and probably hung that way unnoticed. Also the cap that hugs the ceiling is missing on one but should be an easy replacement. PAIR OF ANTIQUE ELECTRIC AMBER FLASH CUT GLASS MARBLE BRASS LAMPS
This is pair of antique amber flash cut glass lamps. The lamps are identical and stand straight up(unlike my picutre which was taken on an angle) The glass part of the lamp looks like the old oil lamps and was probably the same pattern and one of the first electric lights. Both are in excellent condition with no nicks. Crack, or crazing on the glass. The bottom of the lamps is marble and measures approximately 4 3/4 inches square. The lamps are about 15 inches high and the glass portion is 5 1/2 inches high and 5 1/4 inches across at the widest spot. These are a rare find in such excellent condition. This lovely bowl stands a full 11cm/4.5ins tall on an hourglass stem and has a foot measuring 7cm/3ins across with a smooth. Ground pontil. Welcome! Up for sale is this beautiful early 20th century Amber cut glass decanter with a diamond cut stopper! This decanter has so many unique details! I am not an authority on cut glass and I will do my best to describe this piece. First. The rim of the bottle is cut with 8 sides, the body has a unique shape in that it is like a diamond shape with 4 sides. The flowers, vines, and leaves are cut all the way around making indentations on 2 ends. I think the flowers are Poppies. There is 1 small flea nick at bottom of bottle but no other nicks, cracks or repairs, light scratches to bottom, these are seen better by the camera than the naked eye. The diamond cut stopper is in pretty nice condition but I do see a few bubbles and there are about 3 very small flea nicks. Antique PUNCH BOWL Blown Glass Amber
This is a beautiful set that my Mother's cousin received as a wedding gift. She was married in the 30's. It was wrapped in news print with the date of 1956. It is in very good condition with the exception of a small chip on the inside rim of the bowl. The set appears to be hand blown glass and is a beautiful Amber Color. Comes with 11 perfect glasses. The design is very unique. Unfortunately the ladle was broken. But the pieces fit together perfectly and could be glued for display, see the pictures. This is a small punch bowl 8 inches tall. Antique Amber Crystal Glass Hanging Parlour Lamp Hand Painted Floral Design Vintage Victorian era Lighting! We are pleased to offer for auction: A Lovely Victorian or Edwardian era Elegant Hand Painted Amber Glass Crystal Hanging Parlour Lamp The two Glass Lamp Shades each have a lovely Floral Pattern Design Hand Painted in white paint on the outside of the glass. All the way around each shade. The Chain. Wiring and Metal frame are all in very good condition! There is a very light hint of rust forming in the chamber where the bulb sits. This could be easily resolved with a little Steel Wool and some Oil. There is a small chip(3/8" wide) on the bottom rim edge of the top/larger shade. This does not show when the lamp is together. Otherwise the shades are in excellent condition! This lamp was originally an oil lamp. It has been converted ... moreto electric! The lamp shades did have"Cranberry" Flashing on the insides. Cranberry is a blend of Ruby Red and Gold. The Cranberry flashing became dried, and completely washed off. The glass is Medium Amber color. We have included some photos taken with a RED Light Blub in the lamp. Without the red bulb the lamp emits a soft Amber color. The lamp is overall in excellent condition. And works perfectly! It measures: Top Shade 11" wide X 9" high Bottom Shade 6 1/2" wide X 8" high Overall Height" 20" The chain and cord are approximately 110" long and are both in very good usable condition. The cord appears to be from approximately the 50's or 60's. It appears to be without flaws. You still might want to update it to a modern cord and plug. I do not claim to be an expert on anything. I purchased this pitcher at an estate sale. In my novice opinion it is amber blown glass with an applied handle. It is an old piece.I think the pattern in the neck is neoclassical but do not know the dates of the pitcher. It is beautiful. It is in very good condition with no cracks to glass or silver. It is marked Sterling/ Copyright/ D in a vase or jug( I do not know mark) The sterling is applied or covers the inside and outside of the neck of the pitcher and also where one's thumb might rest on the handle when pouring. I do not know if the amber glass is blown but I think it is. The pitcher is a little over 8" tall. and with handle it is about 8" wide. Antique Barbour Quadruple Silver Plate and Amber Glass Pickle Castor With Tongs
This is an elegant pickle castor with tongs that I have had since the 70's. The silver plated base is marked"Barbour Silver Co. quadruple. 2309" The base is adorned with a fine embossing. The header has stylistic flowers or leaves and a large flower at the top center. A leaf and bud design hold the tongs. There is very slight wear of the silver on the lid edge, which is topped by a decorated knob. There are no dents or scratches or dings in the silver base. The tongs are decorated with a flower and a bow and the claws at the end. They are only slightly tarnished. The amber glass is thick glass with"V"s of smooth glass at the top and inverted"V"s of smooth glass at the bottom. Between the"V"s are daisies and buttons. The heavy sterling overlay is in the form of a fly fishing rod crossed with a fishing net and below that is spelled out Good Bait. Top center is a crest with a monogramed D. The Amber glass is very clean and has great color. The edge of the screw top lid is marked sterling and near the base there is a number 6 and some other writing too faint to read. It measures about 5 1/2" tall. There is a very minor almost imperceptible break in one link of the net but the sterling is tight to the glass and difficult to see without magnification. Here is a wonderful very unique looking vintage or antique blown glass vase. It is a dark amber brown color with pulled top rim. It has applied thin threads around the neck area and small blobs of glass. The bottom has a broken pontil scar mark. This vase looks fairly old. It has some soiling on the inside. There is some rub marks in the upper area and there looks to be a couple spots of missing thread, but the line is still there so it doesn't really look that bad.
