Each drawer has the 1892 and 1894 patent date on them.The Library Bureau Sole Makers Company was in business from the early 1880s to about 1925.I guess the library in the 1890s had to be the only gateway to the world and the hands that were in these drawers.Very nice old patina and there are a few issues but not major and easily addressed and fixable with low expense.There is a piece along the right rear back panel which is not really visible from the front.A couple drawers have some cracks and one has a piece of the rear panel gone but every issue is repairable and I have not altered or repaired anything so you are dealing with the original item.No screws or glue added but it could use some skill to keep it original.There was tape used on the exterior over the years and those are the shadows you see in the photographs.The shadow of the ring on the top was put there by the original librarian so I had a place to put my coffee cup.It is a really cool piece and soundly built.Another 100 years is no problem with this guy. Rvey inch is hand carved with flowers scrolls and vines. The three bottom drawers have the handles carved into the flower design. Measures to the highest point 81" The depth from front of bottom leg to back of bottom legs 17"From the area of the bottom of the top to the top of the top goes on measures 37" So you can remove the top and two glass shelves for easier transport. Brass dooe closures in the eastlake style handle pulls with two brass closure to hold door shut. The two glass shelves are not adjustable-measures 12-1/2" from the base of the inside of the cabinet to the top of the bottom glass shelve as does the second glass shelve. Antique ART DECO Oak Leaded Stained Glass Curio Cabinet w/ Ivory Key Inserts
You are bidding on an ART DECO Curio. Display case that has many specialized and individual intended uses. The case came from a smoke free home and has been the safe keeping of an extensive toy soldier collection for many years. The safe keeping is strongly due to a dual locking case. The piece is in excellent condition, with the occasional scratch and scrape from a misguided chair or sweeper. The Ivory pieces surrounding the key holes are yellowing and that comes from age. The piece measures 49"H x 30"W 11.5" D. The glass shelves are individually wrapped for protection and that is the reason for not showing the glass. There are 5 shelves and two of the five have two pieces of glass as the shelf. The only flaw that I found with the piece is a missing metal foot on the rear left. Key warks great, no broken, loose or missing ... moreglass panes and all hinges are solid, The piece has 3 hinges per door, which shows good craftsmanship. Disclosure: At one time my wife cover the inside of the cabinet with pink paper. But the back panel was turned around to see the wood. Just letting you know. This is a Regional Auction. Late 1800's Oak and Marble Top Butlers Cabinet of European Origin- Rare. Rare, Rare! This amazing piece of furniture is absolutely stunning. All original, hand crafted, hand cut dove tail construction throughout the solid dark oak wood. Many unique hand carved designs throughout that gives the piece a lot of character. Original door pulls and marble top. I believe everything is original with no refinishing or restoration. Marble tip is in perfect condition with chips or cracks anywhere. As you can see in the pictures, it has many storage areas with multiple doors and drawers. This piece is massive and very heavy. It measures 8 feet 4" tall, 70 1/2" wide and 27" deep. It does come apart for transportation into 4 pieces: the base, the marble top, the center gallary, and the entire top piece. If height is a problem, you could ... moreleave the center gallery piece off and place the entire top piece directly on top of the marble- that would save a little over a foot in height. There are very few pieces like this still around. They were not mass produced; in fact pieces like this were commissioned by the wealthy to be built for their large homes. Hello, I know nothing about this wooden cabinet. I am guessing it is a spice cabinet. I am guessing it is considerably old based upon the door handles. However. The door handles are gone now. One was loose, I tried fixing it and broke the handle. So you will have to provide new handles. Though I have the old ones, but the screw broke off in one of them. Antique Solid (Painted) Oak Wash Stand With Swivel Mirror
I get most of my items at estate auctions and sell them in an"as found" condition. I do no repairs. Alterations and very little cleaning. This is done in the belief that most buyers prefer to receive them as original as possible. Because the items I sell can come from anywhere. I can't guarantee they all come from smoke free environments. DESCRIPTION: Although the swivel mirror has obviously been a part of the wash stand for a very long time. I don't think it was originally a part of the piece. I'm not sure about that but most wash stands I've seen of this type simply have a towel bar where the mirror is located. The existing towel bar is original but the mirror was simply added to make the stand more functional as a dresser. Except for that and the paint the piece appears to be completely original with all of it's ... morehardwar and it still has it's original porcelain casters. It is solid oak but will need to be stripped to be beautiful again. It is about 30" in length, 15 1/4" in depth and about 29" in height. It is about 63 1/4" in height to the top of the mirror. I call this a new ant ique CORNER CUPBOARD made out of solid wood. Some recycled. It is painted a Cream over Blue color with Old Fashioned Milk Paint. Then had a light stain and wax applied. It is an old distressed crackled peeling finish. Overall height is 89" The bottom cabinet is 43" wide by 33 tall by 23" deep. The top is 43" wide by 56"tall by 21" deep. It also has some old cut nails. It is one of a kind. This is craftsman quality and looks authentic. I've had people in the store who think they are old until I tell them they are new. Marks, dings, finish loss, a crack here or there, and the one side does have a black substance(looks to be old glue from some type of label) on it, as seen in the picture. The pulls appear to be old cut wood thread spools, 2 are from the old Berksire& Beckett Silk Co, one has some type of"Clark" label worn off& the 4th is unmarked. Veneers became popular in the late 17th and early 18th centuries as an economical way to adorn furniture with rare and expensive woods. Thin layers of individual wood patterns are cut and glued to a less expensive core. The first veneers were hand cut and fairly thick. Up to 1/8 inch. Antique / Vintage Wall Mount Cherry Wooden Map Case
This is a Large Antique/ Vintage Wall Mounted Wooden Map Case. The wood has the warm glow and color that characterizes cherry and we believe the case is predominently made from cherry. But we are not experts on woods and we do not know for certain. There is possible use of secondary woods, and a small repair at each end of the front panel that appears to have been made with small pieces of walnut. The case appears to be quite old but we do not have a specific age attribution as to whether it is antique or just vintage. The only provenance we have is that the person we bought it from purchased it in Minnesota. The map case is a truly beautiful old piece for use simply as part of your decor. Or it could additionally be repurposed for a variety of uses. It be a wonderful display piece for an antique themed restaurant, hotel or lodge lobby, cabin, ... moreor log home. The case is 59" long. Nearly six feet, and the main gallery photo illustrates the large size of the case displayed on one of our fireplace mantels. The overall maximum dimensions including the lid are about 59" x 8 1/4" x 5 1/8" The latter dimension is where the lid extends out; the corresponding dimension of the case is about 4 3/4" Please see the Condition section below for information regarding the hardware and construction. The original instruction label is still in place. It is very darkened and discolored. My assumption is that this is due to many years of contact with the oils in the wood. I was not able to find any maker's mark or other identification. As you can see from a pair of photos. Each map apparently had a rod through it. One end was seated in a hole at one end, and the other was fitted along a channel at the other end to hold it securely in place as detailed in the instructions. ANTIQUE FURNITURE MAPLE FLAT FRONT CUPBOARD This is a original finish maple cupboard. Painted inside. Two upper doors have glass panels. Lower doors have wood panels, two drawers between the upper and lower doors. This measures 70" tall. 17-1/4" deep, 37-1/2" wide at the top and 36-1/2" wide in center. This one is fairly solid. By the time it gets moved around it may need a joint or two reglued. No major damage to wood. Finish on outside is original varnish. Inside looks like it has been painted a long time ago. The finish has started to dry out and turn dark. Paint on iside will most likely need a clean up or fresh paint. With the finish in the state it is and perhaps needing a little glue I am selling this to restore. This is fairly solid and will not just fall apart on you but with this type of furniture every time ... moreit gets moved you seem to loosen a joint somewhere on it. This will have a loose joint or two because of age. You could use this the way it is if you are after a primative look. This also wood look great refinished with wood showing or even completely paint for a country look. Antique Pine Ohio Jelly Cupboard, Large Heavy and Solid
This is a wonderful antique primitive jelly cupboard. It appears to be all handmade. It was purchased in Ohio and I was told it originates in Ohio. The bottom base and the top trim were replaced at some point in time. The original mid section appears to be pine. It measures approx. 52 inches WIDE x 62 1/4 inches HIGH x 13 1/2 inches DEEP. The top is flat. There are 4 long shelves inside(I provided a picture of 1/2 of the cupboard opened) I have owned this cupboard for a very long time. The card catalog measures 61" tall, 33" wide, and 17" deep overall. Each drawer measures 3 7/8" tall, 5 5/8" wide and 16 3/4" deep. It is stacked in interlocking sections and includes: stand, double sliding book shelves, two 2' x 5' sections, one 3' x 5' sections, and a top cap. Each 2' x 5' section has 10 drawers and the 3' x 5' section has 15 drawers for a total of 35 drawers. The brass pulls have patina to them and all the hardware is intact. I confess. I don't know a whole lot about this piece. I found it an an old flea market in the middle of the Missouri Ozarks. I have researched and researched it have only discovered the following info. The design is called Gold Leaf Lacquer. It has beautiful motifs of white roses and birds. I believe it is what was called a"Shoe Cabinet" or a"Foyer Cabinet" and was naturally intended for storing shoes in. I can't find any artist or designer marks. I don't know if it is Chinese or Japanese but I am fairly certain it is one or the other. It hast has that wonderful Asian flair about it! It stands at approximately 30" tall. Antique Walnut Shelve with 2 drawers
This wall shelve is black walnut and stands 22" to the top shelve and 28" to the very top of the scroll on top. It is 18" wide. It has two drawers that work. It hasn't been re-stained but has had a coat of linseed oil. It is a bit warped with age. I do not know the manufacturer. I did a pencil rubbing on the stamp which is on the back and could not make out who made this. It does have"STYLE 112 1084. It has been in my husband's family at least 75 years that we know of.

ANTIQUE HANDCRAFTED OAK DRY SINK BAR CABINET CUPBOARD WITH MARBLE TOP
This dry sink has been in the family for at least three generations. It's solid wood- oak I believe- with a red-brown marble top. It has seen some use and has a few scratched spots(see photos) but is a really nice serviceable piece of furniture; sort of a small gem. I've tried to capture it's character in the attached photos. Features: White oak(I'm pretty sure) construction« Maple( inlays on the drawer fronts« All original hardware. Including the porcelain casters« Dovetail joints on the drawers« Original red-brown marble top. I've been in the marble business for 30 years and don't recognize the stone; I'm guessing it's from an old eastern quarry. 30" wide x 16" deep x 38-1/2" tall to top of backsplash I can find no identification from the manufacturer but the piece is obviously ... morehandmade. While the front and sides are nicely finished. The bottoms of the drawers and the back panels are rough sawn. There are markings on the bottom of the large drawer which say"J.M.T. Macon City Mo, perhaps indicating a customer name as though the piece was being shipped to them. These are similar to the markings on furniture in the steamboat Arabia museum here in Kansas City, all of which dates from the 1850's. While I do sell a variety of items on eBay. I’m not an antiques or collectibles dealer. This is an item from my mom’s estate that we’ve decided to part with. Solid Wood Pine Dry Sink Wash Stand Vintage or Antique in good condtion
This piece is in good useable condition with normal wear. There are brass towel racks on each side which are hard to see in the picture. Dimensions are 33 1/2 inches wide. 15 1/2 inches deep, 39 inches high at the highest point on the back. For your consideration we have a very handsome 9 drawer Spice cabinet. This piece has lovely burled wood grain highlights. Also refered to as Curly Maple or Tiger Maple natural grain. It is not on every inch but scattered around the maple wood. Each drawer is beveled in a Bull's Eye shape. And over the top of each handle is a Ribbon shaped metal tag. There are: Almonds. Mustard, Nutmeg, Ginger, Allspice, Cloves, Cinnamon, Pepper, Bay leaves on the bottom larger drawer. The cabinet measures 19 1/4" tall by 9 1/2" wide. Each inner drawer has a tongue& grove assembled drawer. All drawers are working and in fine shape. The back and top are very nice and free from damage as well. There is a little staining on the top that we have not tried to remove. Antique WOODEN TRIANGULAR SHAPE dresser 39-1/2" tall very unique furniture
Here we have an antique 1940's hard wood TRIANGULAR SHAPE chest of 4 drawers. We were told it is from the late 30's early 1940's. This dresser/ cabinet measures 39-1/2" in height. 24" long across the bottom at the longest part- 1" at the top of the triangle- across the front. This is 17-3/4" wide. Made in Mexico. Has a veil of white overspray on the right side and across part of the front. There are some scratches and a couple of small chips out of the wood. See pics. Use the zoom feature. This is still in very good original condition. Would look great restored, painted or as it sits. Really unique piece of furniture. Antique European Spice Cabinet w/ Drawers in old Red Paint
An attractive antique spice cabinet with 6 small drawers. interlocking construction, as pictured) and a wider drawer across the bottom. The cabinet is done in old red paint, and the escutcheons on the drawer fronts appear to be opaque glass, with European print on them. The cabinet stands 11 inches high on 4 small feet, not including the crest on top of the cabinet. That adds another 2 1/4 inches. This was meant to sit on a countertop, but someone added a modern hook on the back to hang as a wall decoration. The cabinet is just as I bought it, and I've done nothing to clean it or alter the condition. This is for the new owner to decide. Three of the drawer pulls will have to be replaced, to be of use. No reserve once the opening bid is met.
