Panel shrinkage 1/8 to 1/4 inch(I love that, really show the age of the paint) Original feet and top cornage. Only thing I can find wrong is that it is missing it's lock. Bottom drawer is a foot high. It's measurements are to the top of the cornish 78.5" 50" wide and 18.25" in depth. If you want the best, then you just found it.
