Otherwise in fair to good condition. This Cabinet is 54 1/2" tall x 38 1/2" across x 17" deep. This is a Mississippi Estate piece. DOOR ISSUE: Looking at the pie safe it is the left door. The side board has splintered off at bottom where bottom board joins in at. When you open door the bottom board is swinging loose.
