Vintage Antique Matching LARGE Pair Cast Iron Horse-Drawn Buggy Carriage Stagecoach Steps Vintage Set of Matching RATHER LARGE Buggy or Carriage Steps I have had these out in the garage for a number of years. I just found them again and now is the time to get rid of them to someone that can use them. I have never seen Buggy Steps this large. Most of the ones I have seen are not even half this size. Probably off a large stagecoach. Such as a Well Fargo Stage Coach? What I have is what you see in the photos. These are rather large. They are 29 inches long overall from one end to the other end. If they were mounted. The step-down is apprx 10 inches from the T-shaped bracket to the foot pad. The squarish foot pads are in wonderful shape and are also equally large. Antique Forged Iron Farm Garden Row Stake Pole Tool Plant Rope Guide primitive I believe these are antique garden stakes or poles used to make straight planting rows in the garden. The forged iron stakes were used by a real English gardener on a wealthy estate in New Jersey during approx. 1940s-60s. The estate featured a farm and employed a blacksmith for decades. Therefore most likely these were forged on the farm at some point. Both stakes feature a spear at the bottom, one having an"eye" at the top and the other a"grid" to wrap the rope around- the grid is free to spin around, making winding up the rope easy. The simple stake measures 26" long and the larger one measures 28" long. The rope may be original, however I'm not certain. Vintage Pair of Urn Planters Heager\McCoy
Pair of 2 Vintage Urn Planters. Both in Olive Green shades. One in the left of the picture is a Heager Planter. Measures 7 1/2" tall. 6 1/4" diameter at rim and 4 3/8" diameter at base. No cracks, but there is a minor paint chip on the base near the stamping. Planter on the right(shorter one) is a McCoy Floraline Urn Planter, style#477. Measures 6 1/2" tall. Rim diameter is 6 1/4" base diameter is 4 1/2" No chips or cracks. Interior shows signs of minor crackling, consistent with the age of the planter.
