I have an unusual pressed or stamped. Nickel plated steel lot of 8 old door latches for your consideration. These could be in nice reusable condition with a little cleaning and lube. All the springs seem to be intact and work. A little sticky on a couple. I am uncertain of there age although my guess would have been from a wooden built in cabinet or cupboard door from the late 20's early 30's. They have a deco pattern on handles. Nicely, these appear to have had a flush strikeplate application so you will be able to find something that would work more easily. This listing is for a lot of 3 very nice vintage brass window locks. As can be seen there is some wear on them. But the carry a lot of character. The turn knob is just over 1.5" and the base of the turn measures 7/8" x 1/5" All 3 turn fairly stiffly as you would want, but are not bound up. Screws are not included.

~ BUY IT NOW ~* 2 vintage old time 1930s cabinet door latches. I believe these are brass. But it is hard to tell due to the ivory tone paint covering surface. Both latches function perfectly on a well made spring, and original screws are included. Paint is of course removable and has perhaps preserved the metal underneath nicely- I see some darkening on metal that shows, but no rust or corrosion. Each latch measures 1 1/2" long(tall) And screw holes are 1 1/8" apart(measured from mid-point of hole opening. These are getting very hard to find. Domestic shipping is FREE and via USPS First Class Mail. International shipping will be at the rate found using the Ebay Shipping Calculator. And buyer may want to contact me before bidding regarding shipping cost. Up on the auction block is a pine wood wall mounted hanging simple mission style finely crafted primitive medicine cabinet 15" x 21" x 5 1/4" off the wall with cubbyhole shelf under cabinet and top of cabinet can be a shelf also showing some stains as seen in pics. Mirrored door is 12" x 9" professionally framed corners securely attached with two 1 1/2" properly working brass hinges plus 1" clean no damage glass handle included. Vintage Hoosier Cabinet Left or right Hand Latch H motif Hoosier Nickel Latch
Vintage Cabinet Part This is a used vintage" H' latch from a Hoosier cabinet these rare to find in useable condition. This is a old original piece in used condition. This one looks like it could be flush mount there is only 1/8" from lever to what would be latch. I also think these can be use either as a right hand latch or left hand. this is spring loaded so lever always come back to center which is locked postion and will do it either way you turn the h. the h also looks same in either postion. Photos show more than 1 view of the same parts. You will recieve 1 latch. Latch seems to work. May need some adjustment moves lever but maby not as far as it originly did. This will show some wear from years of use. This will also show signs of aging. No Mounting screws. This measures 2-1/4" tall. 1-1/8" wide measured across ... moreback of latch. Photos show condition fairly well. Flash makes it look a little more shiny than it is. AS many of you know that work on these cabinets the original latch is heavier and better built than the reproduction latches. Reproduction works when there is nothing else to use but a original is a lot better quailty and is still somewhat diff. in looks. I bought these with some other things at a local estate sale. I believe these are from a Sellers kitchen cupboard. I don't know about the hinges. But they were together and might be for the same cupboard. The hinges are marked underneath NL Co. Rockford. One of the 3 that go the same way is loose and but still works. The single one has something dripped- maybe paint. I have not tried to remove it. One of the hinges is pinned with a nail. The biggest hinges don't have the same bends. Please ask I'll try to answer. Antique Vintage Clear Cut Glass Cabinet Knobs Set of 8 with latch mechanism.
These are not your run-of-the-mill average cabinet knobs. There are 7 compete sets and 1 incomplete set. 1 set is not complete because it is missing the spring that goes inside the tubular mechanism. These are all vintage/antique knobs. All knobs are matching and have 6 sides. The top of the glass knobs have been finely made and cut/polished to a shinny flat surface. Deep down inside the center of the glass knob is a silvery colored back plate. I don't know what it is actually made of. The glass knob is set in brass and has an oval brass backplate. It comes with the tubular latch mechanism. I took a picture of the parts of the tubular mechanism to show what the parts entail. The glass knob measures 7/8" wide. It is 7/8" deep from the top of the glass knob to(and including the brass back plate) The glass knobs are all in very ... moregood condition with no cracks. Chips or major scratches. The glass knobs are shinny and show very little wear except for the tarnished brass parts and the silvery plate at the bottom of the glass knob. See pictures. I have a nice lot of antique wrought iron and pressed/peened slide locks for your consideration. There are 3 matching slides that measure 3 1/2 x 1 1/8 inches. These look to be unused and in nice reusable condition where the slides move freely. Nice lot for any furniture. Cabinet or door application. There are no catches however you should be able to fabricate a custom strike plate quite easily for your project. Slide bolts are roughly a 1/4 inch square manufacture. I threw in some antique brass standard slot screws that you might be able to use. 18 of them. Nice hard to find lot for your repair, replace, or vintage renovation. LOT OF 10 VINTAGE ORNATE HANDLE DOOR CABINET LATCH LOCK HARDWARE
Up for auction are 10 antique cabinet latches and 3 drawer handles from the late 1800's. The bronze round handles are in good shape. These are very ornate. Look at the pictures carefully. You can see the bronze still on most pieces. They were painted twice and I stripped off the paint. There was some rust on the inside but I have removed much of it and oiled each latch. So they work easily. Being sold as is. Any bidders with less than 9 feedback contact me before bidding or I will cancel your bid and block you.
