The map is dated in a credit line printed in very small script in the left corner below the map which says: Entered according to the Act of Congress in the year 1860 by S. Hopkins in the Office of the Librarian of Congresss at Washington D.C. This dates the map nicely. The map is in nice condition, with clean seperation along the middle fold, and some of the paper is a bit folded there, if framed properly should look fine.
