Description Here is a large steel anchor for your inspection. It has been cut/sliced out of an actual ship anchor. The man that I bought it from told the story of how his father used a plasma cutter to cut 16 pieces/anchors out to give to his children. He designed them and put names on them. This one has"BILL" on one side. The other side is clear. I have another one that says Bonnie. It measures about 20" x 13 1/2" and is 3/8" thick. It weighs over 7 lbs. Up for sale is a very old bronze prop. This prop measures 15" across. We acquired this piece about 10 years ago. We were told that this prop belongs to a boat that had been sunk for over 15 years, so it had been in water for that long as there are quite a few places where pitting has started as it retains the patina. 1908 Antique Maritime Blueprint Tug Boat Ship WALLULA" & Lifeboat Full Detailed
I am selling these blueprints I'm listing here for my parents. Who found them in their 100 year old house/farm and are just now getting to looking at these. They figured someone who collects them should have them. I'm going to be listing several different types over time. So if you are interested, please keep watching. I am not a historian. Or a blue print collector so I don't know the official terms for condition and whatnot, I'll just do the best I can to describe them. What I do know. If the old man who lived there and did these was named Chas. W. Bale. He did all of the blueprints as far as we can tell, and lived in Portland, Oregon. He did some for Willamette Iron and Steel. Detroit Shipbuilding Engineering Company, Great Lakes Engineering Works and several others. They appear to be a lot of Ship cross sections and ships ... moreboilers. And lists of the different ships boilers and whatnot. Some are of some logging equipment, and some miscellaneous. I have no idea what the rest of the story is on these. I will have more different blueprints coming so keep your eyes out. I'm trying to take some time and care in photographing them. They are a really cool piece of history. And even not knowing much about these they are SO cool to open up! You just don't see stuff like this anymore. You are getting one blueprint in the auction. It says"TUG WALLULA" in big letters and has various viewpoints of blueprinted details. The side of the tug boat, looking down, looking through it, it gives. Boiler specs and also a detailed drawing of the lifeboat that must have gone on it. I'm guessing it is 1908 because the other two I have listed are that year. But this one doesn't say for sure(so please look at my other auctions. The color is somewhat faded. But in person you can see all the small details. Photos were hard to get the idea from. This an antique Perko brand 360 degree running light from and old wooden cruiser. It probably came off a boat from the 1930's/40's by the looks of it. The threaded glass globe is in excellent original condition this is an old running light in excellent original condition. The light itself is 6-1/4" tall and the base is 3-3/8" long and 2-5/16" wide and has'Perko' stamped into the top of the base. The glass globe is 2-1/2" in diameter at its widest and 2" in diameter at the threads and is 2-5/8" high and also says'Perko' on the top. The inside of the fixture is very clean. It is nickel plated bronze/brass and zinc I believe. The nickel plating is dull as can be seen but the light is in absolute excellent condition for its age with no cracks or broken parts. It would re-plate and be as new. ... moreThese were used on all kinds of boats from the 1920's through the 30's and 40's including Chris Craft. Antique Maritime Telescope Spyglass 19th Century Brass & Wood 2 3/4 lense 42 in
Up for bid is an antique spyglass/telescope and I'm guessing it was used for maritime. Fully extended it is 42 1/4 inches long which is one of the longer spyglasses I've seen listed. Both the eye piece and the bigger lense unscrew out. I do not see any maker names or markings on this telescope/spyglass. The wood veneer does have a crack in it but has a wonderful patina to the wood. The large glass lense has a round bubble in the glass that was there when the telescope was made and is not a crack just an imperfection when it was made and noted in my pictures. This spyglass does come with the original brass lense cap which are usually missing from these spyglasses. The telescope is 12 and 1/4 when not extended. This spyglass is pretty heavy and weighs almost 3 pounds. I havn't seen to many that extend this far or are this heavy ... morelisted.

Up for sale is a unique maritime hand stitched and brass sailors thimble recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia. PA area from the estate of an antique dealer. These items have been packed away and unseen for over a decade. It is constructed.of leather with a star decorated brass palm thimble. These were used in repairing sails. The hole is for the thumb. The leather is quite supple and nicely stitched together. An uncommon nautical tool, and this one is in very good to excellent condition. This piece measures approximately 4 1/2" x 2 1/4" although it is an irregular size as well. A very uncommon nautical folk art piece. Please see the other fine antiques and collectibles we offer. Hi. I am selling this pair of vintage original ship lanterns. They are in good condition. Could use some cleaning. The glass has no cracks. I taped the inside glass so that it wouldn't slide out. My research shows this to be a Masthead Light made by a Croatian foundry by the name of Svjetlost. They were a company that specialized in maritime navigational equipment. Dimensions measure: 23"h x 10"d x 10&1/4"w Materials: Brass and Copper Made in Yugoslavia. Now known as Croatia Condition: Obviously this is very old with the usual aging and oxidation of the finish.
