Hi. You are looking at a cast iron tinned meat grinder made by Enterprise. It features a wooden handle and'Pat. Jan.30.83 Apl.13.86, Philadelphia U.S.A. on one side. It has been left in its original condition with no restorations. It has more of a gray appearance than silver. There is rust throughout and some small spots of paint. The interior looks nicer but is also rusty. The strain plate has surface rust as well. The copper ring on the wooden handle has turned green and is loose. The handle turns but does make a lot of noise. It sits flat on a flat surface and is able to be screwed down. It is complete and appears to work properly. Pieces look much better when disassembled. Antique Enterprise Food Grinder #602, Cast Iron, Still Works, Very Heavy Duty
ANTIQUE ENTERPRISE FOOD CHOPPER/GRINDER. 602, CAST IRON, STILL WORKS, NICE This is a antique Enterprise#602 food chopper/grinder made out of cast iron. It is very heavy and durable. A lot of people still use these to grind up meat. Please look at the pictures closely on this one. It still turns, 1 blade attachment only, blade is slightly rusty only, a little cleaning wouldn't hurt any. The screw head on the end of the blade tightens down for adjusting, I will have it screwed tight, you will have to unscrew it to use it. The clamp to clamp to a table or counter turns yet but is stiff, a little oil on it would help. I don't like to mess with antiques too much, I leave that up to the buyer. Vintage Enterprise K-1798 meat or food grinder chopper. On the front of the stainless steel base it says"Enterprise" No clamp" On the bottom of the base it says"patents pending. Enterprise Mfg. Co. of PA. Philadelphia, U.S.A. Part No. K-1978" The base has 4 little round feet that would allow it to sit on a tabletop. The hopper, auger, handle, threaded ring, and grinding disc are cast iron. The cast iron handle has a black wooden handle. The diameter of the holes in the grinding disc is 5/32" It is 11" long, 5 1/2" wide and 6 1/2" tall. It is in good vintage condition except that it is dirty from storage for the past 30 years.

From the Enterprise Manufacturing Co. in Philadelphia. This is an old No. 10 cast iron meat chopper. It shows the maker's marks prominently. As well as the model number and what looks like an 1887 date on the inside of the handle. There is use-wear. Some light surface-rust blemish, and significant olive paint loss. The cast iron has no cracks or weld repairs. The handle has a wooden knob that does have a couple hairline cracks but they don't detract at all. All the moving parts work easily. Clean it and use it. Or display it in your period kitchen, home or restaurant. The bench or table clamp opens up to 1 1/2" With clamp open. The chopper is 14" tall. Including the handle. Chopper is 12" deep. These things last forever; many that are over 100 years old are still in use. I do not know the age of this piece, but its patina is perfect. The new version of this model under the Chop-Rite name, retails for over $120 and totally lacks charm. Set your kitchen or cabin up for hunting season with a piece of history! Vintage Enterprise / Chop-Rite #32 Meat Chopper Grinder Cast Iron V-Belt Pulley
This is an old cast iron pulley for use on the#32 Enterprise or Chop-Rite meat grinder. It measures 13" in diameter overall(12" bottom of groove) with a 1" bore tapering to 7/8" Good used condition; no breaks or cracks; has some light surface rust and a few small dings around the center hole. Needs a set screw. The threads in the set screw hole are clean and undamaged. This pulley is vintage. Solid and heavy, not like the cheap aftermarket ones made today.
