The quote of 245.00 for shipping is a guide and NOT set in stone should the amount go over for areas such as Manhattan where delivery is difficult, then it is the buyers responsibility to pay the shipping/deliervy whatever the amount is. We do NOT make money on the shipping we want to keep it as cheap as we can without making it difficult on the buyer. However we cannot take our of our pockets to pick up any of the shipping costs. So please work with us on this we will do all we can to get it to you without costing an arm and leg. Shipping is not my expertise. I am excellent at packaging large or small items however you may want to arrange your own shipper to pick them up. Happy to help with this as well.
