It is in good condition but does have some ... morecondition issues. I am unsure of the actual age of the dresser but would guess it to come from the mid to late 19th Century. It is made of walnut, with burled rosewood accents. The side mirrors pivot at adjustable angles. The bottom front of the dresser on the left side as you face it is broken off and needs to be repaired. Some of the original wooden drawer pulls are missing as well. There is a glove box inside one of the small drawers, and there are some spare parts that will be shipped with the dresser, including some extra casters. The dresser is very ornate, and quite heavy as well.

These need some repair(see the condition description) So I am starting the auction at only 99 cents with no reserve for the entire set. The doors measure 10" x 24" The drawers are 27" x 10" 48" wide x 37" tall to the glove boxes. 21" deep in the center. The upper part of the dresser is 42" wide x 48" tall. The Wig Storage 7" deep x 7" wide and acts as the arms to the mirror. The mirror frame is 27 1/2" w x 41" tall. The mirror is 17" x 30" The crown is 51" wide x 11" deep. The fit and finish of the banjo is excellent top to bottom and the banjo is visually stunning. Sounds like an old Gibson prewar banjo. Excellent volume. Bell quality up the neck and the higher overtones are very complex giving the banjo a lot of depth in sound. Banjo was purchased many years ago with binding missing.something the seller did not tell me about. I kept it anyway as the instrument over all is just a work of art with a sound I did not want to let go of. I currently possess 5 pre war Gibson original 5 string banjos and I play them exclusively. Beautiful table. And a REAL ANTIQUE. Just like you would see in a fine museum, but available to purchase for your home. Curators, Historians and Master Woodworkers will recognize all the fine, incredible hand crafted detail, the exotic veneers and careful marquetry. All made from hand tools, no power lathe used here. The top consists of burled walnut veneers with inlays of what appear to be butternut. in a symmetrical pattern that continues around the top. Highly polished, the wood just gleams! The outer edge of the solid top is then hand carved with detailing that repeats on the bottom of the table's center leg, which is carved into a tight, thick spindle, made from a solid piece of walnut. Absolutely Stunning! Finial on the bottom is also solid walnut. NOTE: it appears to us that the legs and board holding the top to the base may have ... morebeen replaced at one time. These would have been the areas taking the most stress and wear on a table of this type, so we are not surprised to see it. The replacements are solid wood, and in keeping with the style. They were also well done, as the table is solid. Some of the marquetry is missing, again, to be expected in a piece this old. Please notice the machined screws, those aren't original. Thankfully, they won't be seen, unless for some reason) you find yourself flat on your back, under the table. One more thing to point out, the top is NOT FLAT, but slightly wavy, but this has not distorted the patterned top in any way, and none of the veneer is loose. May have been made just like it is. Beautiful early Victorian matched set of carved walnut pieces with burled walnut insets. Has been reupholstered. But otherwise seems like original finish. Includes Settee, Gentlemans chair with arms, Ladies chair without arms. Upholstered parlor set has original feet with wheels on all four legs. Four dining/game table balloon chairs have wheels on front two cabriole legs. Excellent condition. Except for chip in one dining chair at joint(see photo) which could be repaired. Likely dates from 1870s. Has been in family for over 130 years, likely from western NY area, well cared for in a non-smoking home. On either side of the mirror there are two curved cabinets with a shelf in each. Picture 10 shows a small piece of veneer at the top left that has come unglued and a couple of marks. There are three large graduated drawers. On the bottom of each side of the drawers there are two curved cabinets with a shelf in each. The four cabinet curved doors are finished on the inside. All the drawers and cabinets have locks. I have the key for the top left cabinet. The drawers have the original carved wood pulls. It stands 79" high. 48" wide, and 25" deep. Antique French Wood Dining Table with Burled Walnut Inlay
Beautiful banding and rounded edges. Brass medallions at top of legs. Brass feet. Made in France. We bought this beautiful table in 1978 from a French antique dealer on Robertson Blvd in LA. At that time. It was over 100 years old. There is some water damage at the center of the table. But it is lovely and still very sturdy and in good condition. A crafty person could even do a fun new inlay, or even shorten the table by cutting a bit out of the center. This was once probably an expandable table, but if there was ever a center leaf, we never had it.

The cabinet is in wonderful cosmetic condition!Dimensions are 14" wide by 19" high by 9 1/2" deep and the radio weighs 32 pounds. I am not certain who manufactured the chassis.
