The marble top has a small chip in it at the back rim edge. I am unsure of the exact age or manufacture of the piece. I am unsure of the type of wood that it is constructed from. It has dovetail joints, a panel constructed back, and fluted trim accents at the front side framework. It is 38.5" long, 19" deep, ... moreand 33.5" tall. I am unsure of the age of the dresser. It is quite old, and most likely dates to the 19th or very early 20th Century. It is made of solid wood, and has a delicate inlay on the drawer fronts. The dresser has floral glass pulls on it that I am sure are not original to the dresser. They are very pretty, are larger in diameter, and are mostly in good condition but some of them have some chips, particularly towards the back where they are touching the wood. The dresser drawers used to have locks in them, but now only have holes in these areas. The dresser has dovetail joints that I believe are English dovetails.
