Two vintage flatware pieces in an original International Silver chest. One set is William Rogers'Exquisite' flatware set. The set consists of 7 forks/ 7 spoons/8 knives/ 4 teaspoons/1 butter knife/ 1 sugar spoon. The Oneida Community Tudor Plate flatware set consists of: 6 soup spoons/12 teaspoons/14 forks. The chest is made of solid wood and lined in blue tarnish resistant fabric. Some minor scratches to the top of the wooden box. I did not polish the flatware. Some of the Oneida pieces have a blue tint that will need some attention. The hole set weighs nearly 9 pounds.

1957~ROGERS & BROS 59 PIECE~PATTERN EXQUISITE ~SILVERPLATE FLATWARE~BEAUTIFUL!!
THIS IS A STAMPED ROGERS BROS. 57 PIECE SILVER PLATE FLATWARE SET THAT BELONGED TO MY LATE GRANDMOTHER IN THE 1950’s. THE FLORAL PATTERN—FLOWING GRACEFULLY DOWN THE HANDLE OF EACH PIECE- IS APPROPRIATELY NAMED“EXQUISITE” Like all of her belongings. This set is in wonderful condition. Some of the pieces look as if they were never used. but of that I can not be sure. The butter knife is still sealed in its original plastic covering. One of the teaspoons was definitely used frequently as were the 4 serving spoons as they show more wear compared to the other pieces. There are light scratches to some of the surfaces but nothing glaring and by far nothing that detracts from their brilliant shine and timeless beauty. When I received them. They were mostly grouped in plastic coverings and tarnished from lack of use. I did clean all of the pieces ... morebut the new caretaker might decide to apply some additional care. I have NOT used any of the pieces since they came into my possession two years ago.
