Here on auction is a very cool vintage 10 3/4 inch Century dinner plate by Salem. 23 karat gold decorations on the plate with 2 ladies in nice dresses chatting. Plate is in good shape. Has cracking to the glazing as many plates of this age do. Could use a light cleaning. Has a small rough area on the white section between the blue edge and the ladies. I don't know if this is a factory issue or if this came later. No chips noticed. A few faint areas where the paint in the blue section are nicked or flaked off. Solid Walnut Circa 19th Century 3/4 Bed w/ Matching Trundle Bed Made in NC
The bed was once a rope bed. Both the 3/4 and trundle bed has been restored by local restoration specialist who could also repair the worn place shown on right top. Foot board turn at your expense. The bed looks fine without being refinished. I put a bright light on the area so you would be able to see it well. It was caused by many of our 48 family members who have all spent their time jumping onto bed pushing it into the wall growing up. The caster wheels were put on the bed by my Great, Great Aunt Mary in Woodland, NC to make the bed easier to move to change the linens. As a child we would run with all our might, jumping onto the two step, step stool, hurling our young bodies through the air as if we were flying. We would land with the sound of a big puff of air being pushed through the feathers in the safety of the soft, thick, downed ... moremattress. That landing was as if I was being caught in the gigantic safe, strong, catchers mit God who watched over us as we slept. Three generations and my immediate family's 18 grandchildren and 2 great grand children have outgrown the beds. We all used it as our grow and go beds from toddler age through middle school, until we became to tall for the big bed. I have pictured the worst example of the scuffing along the chair arm backs. The other back arms are in better condition. Otherwise. There are a few miscellaneous pinhole size imperfections here and there, nothing noteworthy. First picture shows a dimple in the vinyl below buttons that happened in transport and will likely smooth out with time. The worst imperfections/repair marks in the wood are also pictured. An unusual and rare Persian 19 century underglaze decorated ceramic bottle figure of a man the bottle is approximately 11 3/4 inches high and is in fabulous undamaged condition. The white spots on his chest are under the glaze. Very strong decoration colors and the over glaze is exceptionally clear except a little yellowing by his feet. Am amazing example and a rare survivor. No reserve!

2 silver covered wax Buddha used as money in 18th C Thailand Hands are in earth touching pose. Buddha are seated with crossed legs in a lotus position. Both are seated on a pedestal. Both have damage to their head tops and have wear to the silver. The 4" has a tear on the pedestal; the 3" is missing silver on one corner. I welcome comments/questions.

Vintage Graflex Century Graphic 2 x 3 Folding Press Camera w/Optar 4.5 * Nice
Make sure to check out all of my auctions after you've looked at this one. I'm listing another eclectic selection of antiques and collectibles and I suspect that there will be something of interest to just about everybody. If you're heading out on vacation and would like me to hold your purchase for a week or two until you return. I'll be happy to do that. However, all purchases must be paid for as soon as the auction ends. Here's a Graflex Century Graphic 2 x 3 professional press camera that probably dates to the late 40's. Condition is very nice throughout. And all camera functions appear to work properly, though I have no way of testing the accuracy of the shutter speed. The ground glass is original and in good condition. The collapsible shade that surrounds the glass has part of a tiny tab missing, so the flap(one ... moreof five flaps) will occasionally spring out too far when the shade is opened/released. It can be remedied in an instant, of course, simply by the placing the flap in the correct position, but I thought I should mention it here. Otherwise, everything appears to be in good order. Camera folds up neatly, levers and knobs all work, spring back is still resilient, etc. A nice little camera all around. Shipping weight will be about 5 lb. That's about it. I will pack it carefully and properly. Auction participants with no prior feedback history should also contact me before placing a bid. Buyer prepays and includes shipping.

The interior of this piece features a handpainted floral decoration. The outside of the bowl features various handpainted floral scenes on a white background. This bowl was made in China in the late 1800s. It is marked on the bottom with a Chinese stamp. The bowl is in good condition overall. There was some repair done to the bowl. There is a chipped paint spot on the inside where the crack was covered over. The bowl shows general signs of use and wear due to its age. Otherwise there are no other chips.
