Here is an American Standard alcove tub from 1959. It is in'Regency Blue' with a left-hand drain. It is in good overall condition with minimal rust but almost every surface is lightly scuffed/scratched. The floor's enamel is worn with the remaining outlines of tread stick-on shells ... morefrom the previous owner. There are a few spots on the interior where the enamel is scratched, and there are a few small chips here and there throughout. Please check out the photos for condition. The drain hole has a little bit of rust showing but not much. A rust sealer should keep it from spreading prior to installation. The overflow hole shows a bit of cracking in the enamel, though that should be covered by the overflow assembly. There is a large chip on one of the edges. Though this should be covered by tile once installed(see pics) This isn't cosmetically perfect, but it's a well-used survivor. If you can live with some cosmetic imperfections and wear, then this is a great tub! And it's controlled by a lever that moves from side to side. All components are brass. Both the drain flange and strainer have lost most of their plating. But the strainer has a very unique design that I've never seen before(very Deco) The waste shoe has some dings on it from removal, but it is not cracked or distorted(pic 12) The overflow cover plate houses the lever. And both are fairly scratched/scuffed from years of cleaning. The lever itself does have some dings and there is one small gouge on the overflow cover plate(pics 4-8) The action on the lever is nice and smooth, there looks to be a spring-loaded pin that runs against a guide to give it a little ... morebit of drag. It just feels well-made! The set will be broken down into components for shipment. There are no rubber gaskets included. And I would also recommend replacing the packing at all of the compression joints. All of the chrome is in good shape, and it operates as it should. On the overflow plate and drain stopper. Soap Dish has a chip on the left side, 4 3/4" X 3 3/4" X 2 1/2" They are circa early to middle 1900's. VINTAGE FAUCETS Acquired at an estate sale are these antique plumbing fixtures. I am not a plumber so I will do my best to describe the items offered in this auction. I believe the base metal is brass or bronze with a chrome finish. There appears to be some paint splatter or other dirt on each piece so a good cleaning will be needed. I did a basic wipe down with a damp cloth to get the dust off and show the potential of these great pieces. Each one measures 5 ½ inches tall; 4 ¼ inches from the tip of the faucet to the back of the stem; 2 ¾ inches across the handles; water opening of the faucet measures ½ inch by ¼ inch; threaded pipe is ¾ inch and the base that would sit on the sink is 2 inches across. It is nice and clean and has achieved a nice color that displays well. This hook would be perfect to use in as a bath robe hook. This is a nicely decorated brass coat hook. The porcelain knobs on the hook have some age spots and specks in the antique white porcelain. The hook is in"as found" condition. It has some tarnished brown color on the hook. I left the paint remnants on the base of the hook because it helps show the age. Offered is a blast from the past: 2 sets of antique porcelain handles and handle base to complete your restoration job. Set is in excellent antique condition- no scratches. Chips or knicks. White with black hot/ cold letters. There is hardware on one base and stainless fittings on the two handles with Republic printed on both. The handle insides looks great- not stripped. As best I can measure, the stem opening is 7/16" and knobs are about 3.25" across. Very shiny, clean and just good looking!

Antique Vintage American Standard Ivory Bathtub Alcove Bath Tub 1940's Pembroke

My crating fee is $200(the freight charge is separate) or you can contact a freight company that will crate it for you; a reputable carrier that I prefer is'NAVIS Pack& Ship' This weighs approx. 400 lbs. Here is an American Standard'Master Pembroke' alcove tub from 1948. It is in' Ivoire De Medici' with a left-hand drain. The enamel is in very good condition. But the first 1 1/2" around the edges are worn and chipped from where the tile was installed. Otherwise. The floor's enamel gloss is just barely worn and there is a small crack in the enamel near the drain ... moreopening as well as about a 6" mark in the enamel on the back wall of the tub. Check all photos for condition. The drain hole has a little bit of rust showing but not much. A rust sealer should keep it from spreading prior to installation; there is also a small stress crack in the enamel that radiates from the opening(see pics) The overflow hole is very clean with barely any rust showing. For installation purposes. Plan on covering the edges and base of the tub by 1 1/2" to cover the worn spots. This was installed in a bathroom with a stall shower, so it appears that this didn't get a whole lot of use based on the condition and gloss of the enamel. Check out my other items for a matching toilet and sink! Dimensions are: length is 60" width is 31" overall height is 16 1/4" interior depth is approx. 15 1/2" distance from floor to overflow is approx. 11 1/2" Thanks for looking. Rare Mott Norman Bath.Cast iron porcelain over 5' bathtub. Has a molded pedestal base. The porcelain is in fair condition, there are 2 stress cracks along one edge one is 2" long and the other is 6" long. Also has a few medium sizes chips on the outer rim and a few rust spots and hairlines around the drain. Overall it is in fair usable condition. It measures aprox. 60"long X 28"wide X 20"deep. Faucet holes are 6" apart on center. Antique Vintage American Standard Bath Tub Drain Overflow Assembly 1950's
Here is an American Standard tub overflow/drain assembly that dates from the 1950's. This is the design where the stopper is a'pop-up' type that works more like a sink. All components are brass except for the overflow cover and control lever. Which are zinc/pot metal. It operates as it should. The plating on the stopper and drain flange are scuffed/nicked/dinged and worn from years of use. The overflow and lever are very corroded and pitted. As is common for these metals as they age. Check all photos for condition. The set will be broken down into components for shipment. I would recommend replacing all of the rubber gaskets and joint packing prior to installation. Antique Vintage Bath Tub Faucet Set 1940's Antique Plumbing
Here is a tub/shower faucet set that was removed from a 1940's-era bathroom. I'm not sure of the manufacturer. This is designed for directing the water down to a spout-only or up to a shower-only, there is no diverter. The upper outlet is plugged, since the shower control for this particular faucet was on the tub spout(not included) Of course, it could also be used in a walk-in shower. The spout that was installed with it was a Crane piece, though I'm pretty sure that this isn't a Crane faucet. The'HOT' cap is missing. And the'COLD' cap is a bit dull from wear(see pics) The handles are lightly pitted, and the escutcheons have just a few light scuffs here and there.
