Up for bid is an Lot of Antique White Porcelain Sink and Tub Pieces. There are Faucet Handles that read Hot and Cold. I believe one set is for a tub and the other for a sink. There is also two donut shaped pieces that I think are for the back of the handles but I am not sure(one has a tiny chip along edge that you would not see when assembled. See pictures) There are two metal pieces that I think goes to a pair of handles. There is a soap dish complete with the piece that slide on it back to hang on wall. The soap dish has crazing. Not a reproduction– was found in a turn of the century 1900 home- The old white porcelain has ridges in the center and back wall mount– can be used in a Victorian era bathroom with sink or claw foot bathtub or in a kitchen Size: approx. 4 inches long; 3 inches wide and approx. and the wall mount back is approx. 1 3/4ths inches high Condition: good. But does show a bit of age wear– there are a few brownish spots in the interior of the soap dish– I think these might be able to be removed with a product like Barmen’s friend– I only lightly cleaned it with a liquid dish soap– There is also a slight line crack along the bottom of the dish– not a true crack, superficial– the antique piece is still strong and useful– a great true antique porcelain soap ... moredish Well packaged will weigh a bit over 1 pound. This is a used sink but it appears to be in good condition; there are no cracks or dings but wear and tear. Some light staining, scratches, scrapes, etc. There is old paint on some of the bottom and on parts of the sides and edges which are clearly visible in the pictures. For sale is this small water fountain bowl. It is 9 1/2" at it's widest point. 11 1/2" from mounting point to farthest point. Bowl depth is roughly 2 1/4" Has a tag which reads The Halsey W. Antique White Porcelain Pedestal Sink - Early 1900's
Here's a great turn of the century pedestal sink for your home restoration project. This sink has aged very well with only minor chips. Blemishes, and discolorations. Should clean up even more with a thorough cleaning. There is crazing to the surface that is expected for porcelain this age. All of the original fixtures are included. The hot and cold valves are antique Kohler, and the faucet is marked Federal Huber Co. The sink measures 30" high x 24" deep x 32 1/4" wide. Due to the size and weight, this will be a pickup only item, but I can store until you can make arrangements to pick up as long as it's paid for ahead of time. This sink has a tall apron and a deep 5"basin and if you are standing at just the right angle you can see a very light pearlescent rainbow in the porcelain on the apron. Old sink has left side basin and right drainboard. The porcelain has pock marks. Scratches, paint splatter, and scuff marks, as well as a few small chips around the bottom edge. Most of the porcelain with the exception of the bottom of the basin still has its glossy sheen that is usually dull on these old sinks.
