I also acquired from the same estate an early claw foot tub faucet, SAN-O-LA Toilet Paper Roll Holder, nickel over brass claw foot tub soap dish and a bronze claw foot tub shower head which I will be listing next. There is also two donut shaped pieces that I think are for the back of the handles but I am not sure(one has a tiny chip along edge that you would not see when assembled. See pictures) There are two metal pieces that I think goes to a pair of handles. There is a soap dish complete with the piece that slide on it back to hang on wall. The soap dish has crazing. This is a rare find, straight from a very high end estate. This vintage antique Art Deco Barber's porcelain sink is from a local Brooklyn New York Barber shop and purchased by us here in Utah after the woman's father passed she decided to sell it. The chrome is outstanding and shines bright, one of the side faucets has the"C" for cold but missing the"H" for hot on the right, rarely seen handle. The interior of the sink and around the front top has some wear to the porcelain and the back end underneath of the pedestal has a few lines showing it's age. Otherwise in excellent condition and ready to install, and yes it works! Great gift for the barber ... morechair enthusiast or for the Art Deco collector that simply wants what very few have or ever will have. The sink is imprinted with date of manufacture as is the pedestal 1-11-1933 and 1-13-1933 by the Standard Sanitary Mfg. Antique Porcelain Bathroom Faucet-Spigot-Vintage-Sink-Brass
Antique porcelain bathroom faucet. I'm not positive what era this is from. I think the 1940's. The faucet is not in perfect shape but overall good shape for its age. The issues I see are the scuff mark on the fauces part itself. I did try some to clean this and got a lot of it off. I dont think it will come 100% clean or off, it appears to have sunk into the actual porcelain. The other issue is the screw for the cold side had rusted and broken when I tried to remove it, I was able to back the screw out but I believe the brass part will need to be tapped. I believe they are quarter turn handles. There are no chips or cracks in the porcelain just the scuff. No maker on it anywhere I could find. Please view pictures closely. It measures approximately 8 1/8 inches wide" center to center rear threaded holes" by 12 1/2 inches deep by about 5 1/2 inches tall. It appears to be a fairly unique configuration. I believe that this was originally on a porcelain Kitchen sink, although I am not 100% certain. We did not attempt to clean or polish the faucet and it is fairly dirty. I does show some expected signs of wear from age and use. The handles hot& cold handles turn nicely. Up for auction are a set of Porcelain faucet knobs and escutcheons. The knobs have the nuts and c clips to hold them to the stem and escutcheons have everything expect escutcheon nipple witch you can buy a universal one anywhere. They all measure 3 1/2 inches in diameter and porcelain escutheons measure 2 1/2 inches at the base and 2 inches tall. CooL Vintage 1920s/ 1930s Kitchen Sink Porcelain Handles Faucet Plumbing Fixture
Scroll down for more photos/ more views below description Cool old 1920s/30s kitchen sink faucet for restoration. Features a long spout that moves side to side. And old fashioned white glass/porcelain hot and cold lever knobs(note the"hot" one has cracks, including an internal crack area on the bottom side, and the cold has small hairlines(see photos of both) but still looks like they could be used. It measures approx. 7 inches from inside rim of each incoming water hole. This old fixture has not been tested in any way/ sold as it stands. The spout and handles do seem to move as they should. For its age, the chrome finish is pretty nice on the spout and main body, but does have some wear spots/ some pitting on the body, a small spot of missing finish on the bottom, areas around handles as shown, etc. See photos for details/ illustrative ... moreexamples. Many of the funny spots in the photos are just reflections, so be sure to compare from photo to photo. Has not been polished or cleaned so I suspect some of this would be taken care of that way, but leave this decision to the new owner. Sold as it stands/ as is. Antique Porcelain Parts for Restoration, Sink, Toilet, Hot Cold Faucet Inserts
This is an interesting collection of porcelain parts for a bathroom restoration. The original pull handle measures about 3 inches long. The"X" valve measures about 3.25 inches across. There is also a piece to cover a bolt and a hot and cold faucet insert set also made of porcelain. The inserts are 7/8" I have the inserts in other sizes if you are interested in them. The pieces are in great shape and I do not believe they were ever used. The ones that are stamped are from Czechoslovakia. This is a nice lot of stuff for someone restoring an old bathroom and seeking that vintage look with genuine original parts.
