The threads appear good, but I have not tested them, nor do I have a way of testing the inner workings of the faucets, so I am selling them"as is" Both handles turn. The outside diameter of the threads is approximately 3/4" and the faucets measure approximately 4.5" front to back. This is a matching set, unusual for their age and quality.

The San Carlos Hotel was built at the Turn of the Century and was very popular with many celebrities and dignitaries during WWII. The San Carlos has since been torn down. Each sink had a single leg. But if one needed they could incorporate these as a pair to a larger sink. These pedestals are solid porcelain(not porcelain glazed on metal) They are each 22 7/8" long x 3 11/16" at the top x 1 5/8" at the foot and weigh 7 lbs. each. Antique Vintage American Standard Sink Faucets Hot & Cold Pair 1920's & Trim Pc.
Here is a pair of old'Standard' hot& cold faucets that were removed from a sink that dated from the early 1900's. The plating is worn on both of them. And there are some wrench jaw marks on them as well. Both valves open and close as they should, though I would recommend replacing the seats and packing prior to use. The mounting nuts and washers are included as well. There are some mineral deposits on them and areas of the plating(knobs especially) is pitted. A brass chain holder is also included. The 3/8” dia. stems measure 1-7/8” long to the stops and each have a 3/16” hole near the bottom. There are no marks identifying the manufacturer. Both porcelain handles are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. These are two used bathroom sink faucets. They are a matched pair. They are solid brass with nickel plating. The plating shows wear and pitting. They are marked“ UNITED” They have handles with porcelain insert caps. The porcelain caps have“HOT” COLD” The handles measure 2 3/4 inch across. The measurement from the flange to the top porcelain is 4 inches. The center line of the stem to the spout tip is 4 inches. The threaded portion below the flange is 1 1/4 inches. They have new washers and stem packing. 20 psi air pressure was applied and bubbled checked for leaks. The washer and stem appear to be leak free. Being almost 100 years old.
