This bathroom sink is porcelain over cast iron and the has been refinished with porcelain so there is no blemishes on it. Before it was restored it had no chips. Cracks or rust anywhere and had its orignal drain and back stopper but no faucets. Standard made this sink in 1923, the pictures in blue show the maker and year it was made. Pror to 1924 Standard did not put an overflow in this production. This beautifull old sink is almost 90 years old and approximate dimensions are, Height 31 1/2" Top 24 1/2"X 20 1/4, Skirt 5" Bottom of pedestal 12" Hot an Cold holes 1 5/6" Center hole 1 1/6" Hot and Cold holes 12" apart on-center. It is about 30 inches tall. This is a very attractive in tact Cast Iron Drinking Water Fountain probably from the 1920s. I was told this once was at the Euclid Beach Amusement Park just East of Cleveland. Ohio.but now the Euclid Beach people cannot confirm it.but I had an old timer look at it and said that one just like it was in his public grade school. I do remember seeing drinking fountains like this in some of the old movies. If anyone can tell me more about this piece- I would really appreciate it. From an estate in NW Indiana comes this antique or vintage porcelain over cast iron combination soap dish and water glass holder. This piece is from a farmhouse in NW Indiana built around 1885; might possibly have been an upgrade when indoor plumbing was installed. Soap dish measures approximately 4.5"L x 3.75"W; overall. Combination piece measures 5.125" tall. The only place where the cast iron is visible is on the back, left side at the screw holes which would be facing the wall. There are some chips to the porcelain which look worse in the photos due to the magnification than they do in reality. No indication of manufacturer; most of the use/wear is on the glass holder; this is a heavy piece, weighing in at almost 2 pounds without packaging, so please check shipping costs. The twelve antique bathroom sinks with faucets include three square and one oval pedestal sinks. Seven sinks with rounded fronts, and two rectangular sinks with porcelain faucet handles, and drain handles. The oval pedestal sink is without faucets, and the seven other sinks faucets are chrome or nickel plated. They may show some dirt, but only because they are kept outside in my garden/ store and would clean up nicely. The oval pedestal sink measures 20 inches by 24 inches and 30 inches tall. We have applied some bin primer to these three spots to stop the rust. their is some metal markings in the basin and along the back splash. we think these markings are from modern flatware being tossed into the sink and left a small metal mark. They are very hard to see in the pics and they do not remove any of the integrity of the sink. The sink is 60"long. 22"deep, and 18"tall. It has a 6" apron. A 12" Back splash. Antique Cast Iron Black Porcelain Brackets Milk Glass Shelf Old Vintage
very nice pair of cast iron with black porcelain over shelf brackets. They are in good condition with only a few very small hard to find flea bites in the porcelain.They are complete with there original mounting hardware. The screws are not original to the brackets. I have added the piece of milk glass to complete the shelf. The milk glass is in fair condition it has a chip on one end that is slightly larger than a quarter. There are also a few small flea bite along the edge of the glass. The milk glass is smooth on one side and is textured on the other(the quarter sized chip is on the textured side. The sooth side has surface scratches and some light staining that come with age and normal use. The wood board is not included in this sale. I just remodeled my bathroom. This sink was original to the house. 1930's. The sink includes the original hardware. Porcelain Hot/Cold Faucets This is very very heavy. Cast iron. Was in working order while in the bathroom. Can be used for a restoration project or for bird bath. Etc. Condition: I had the bowl top professionally refinished about 15 years ago. Antique cast iron kitchen farm sink- light green porcelain in excellent condition. Double drain board surfaces flanking a large single basin with the original pair of adjustable legs. Included are the original drain basket/ strainer. Hanging brackets& screws and assorted drain pipe fittings. Also, a newer high-quality chrome over brass industrial faucet(barely used- I salvaged it from a renovation project) I do not know who manufactured this sink, Kohler or American Standard would be my guess. Vintage Antique Crane porcelain over cast iron kitchen farmhouse sink
This is a rare Crane"Kitchen Queen" cast iron over porcelain kitchen sink. Crane sinks of this style with the arched faucet mount area are hard to find. Finding the original Crane"Dial Eze" faucet is almost impossible. They don't make the faucets anymore. This is your chance to transform your kitchen back in time with an unusual sink with the original faucet. The sink shows some expected wear like dings(pic# 12 is an example) Some scratches, and a some spider cracks(pic# 10) that can be patched with a kit but overall a very nice sink. I believe the sink was made in 1948. The stamp mark under the sink in pic# 9(8 48) I believe it stands for the month and year manufactured August 1948. These sinks were made from the late 40s through 60s. The faucet may need a couple of new cartridges(around $15 each) and a new set of ... morewashers that can be picked up at a hardware store. I've never had the sink hooked up. If you dont have any plumbing skills, its best to hire a plumber to hook everything up and make sure everything is ok. I have taken a photo(pic#11) of the clips and where they should be installed to hold the faucet on. It would also need silicone underneath the plastic grey curved plate where the faucet attaches to the sink. Sink needs a new sprayer. It goes in the whole shown in pic#7. The sink measures 72" wide by 25" deep. It has a 4" backsplash. The basins are 15 1/2" x17 1/2" and about 7 inches deep. Dont miss out. This is a very heavy sink.
