They are marked Pat. 1.856,088. They are very heavy and solid measuring about 4" tall and extend out about 4-1/2" with a base diameter of 2" They appear to be in good used vintage condition with the expected tarnish, scuffs, and a little bit of caulk and rust. I have not cleaned them or tried them- being sold"as is"The additional pipes and pieces look to be cast iron but I don't know much about plumbing so please let me know if you have any questions. This is a Hot and Cold faucet handle. They came out of the same collection of the other faucets that I have listed in other auctions. I assume that these are Chicago as well. But cannot find any markings. All of the other stuff I have listed IS Chicago, so I am assuming these are as well. I am unsure if these are a matching pair either. Up For Bid: Antique Pair of Hot& Cold Porcelain Water Faucet Knobs. Nickle Base See photos. If you could only see the area that we picked a lot of these architectural items that we are listing from, a very neat group of log cabins way back in the woods in SW Penna. from a man who kept most everything to keep it from being discarded. The knobs are in excellent condition other than a very tight crack though the handle on the HOT knob. I don not think it has been repaired I think it is just a tight old crack, the nickle plated base is worn through to the brass metal underneath, very neat.
