Here is an old vintage water pump. Embossed in raised letters"F.E. MYERS" Sold as a collector item. Untested for operation. I do not know if it would work. Plunger does move back and forth(photos#6& 7) Size is about 19 inch long. 6 1/2 inch wide, and 10 inches tall. Heavy, Weight is about 41 pounds. I do not see any breaks. Damages, nor repairs. There is NO handle included. Some wear and aging. See photos for cosmetic details. It is in as found condition. Has been cleaned lightly, and will look even better with a proper cleaning. Antique Vintage Collectable Cast Iron Hand Water Pump W&B Douglas Middletown, CT
This old cast iron hand water pump has W&B Douglas and the number 2 on one side and Midd Conn on the other side. Handle moves up and down and there is part of the pumping plunger on the end of the rod as shown in the pictures. Don't know if it could be reconditioned to pump or not but would make a great display piece for your garden or mounted on an old cast iron sink. It measures approx. 15 inches tall. Base is 4 inches, mounting flange is 6 inches edge to edge. The handle is approx. 22 inches long. Weights about 20 pounds. Very little rust as shown in the pictures.

For your consideration is this Antique/Vintage Cast Iron& Brass Manual 18" Water Pump. It is stamped into the cast iron on the top"Peter's Pump Co. and"Kewanee. IL. In 1888 Mr. Peter Wistrand founded the Peter's Pump Co. in Kewanee. IL. In 1890 Mr. Fredrick Guenther bought an interested in the company. Peter Wistrand sold his interest in the company in 1904, and two of Mr. Guenther's relatives joined him in the venture. I am not an expert on old water pumps. So I can't say exactly what year this was made, but the small amount of information I could find indicates it's probably early 1900's. The handle moves freely, but I'm not sure it actually pumps water at this time(not sure it has all inner workings to do that) it has not been tested. This Hand Operated Water Well Pump. Model NS4, from the Fairbury Windmill Co. Fairbury Nebr. was pumping water when Bonnie& Clyde were roaming the plains. It is from the 20s or early 30s, It is a true heirloom antique. It has a beautiful natural patina, from years of use. There is a small crack in the spout which probably occurred in the casting process, and was not noticed until the original red paint had worn sufficiently away. It has been there some 80 or 90 some years and is not likely to get any worse. This pump has been completely disassembled, and painstakingly cleaned and inspected. It is complete and in perfect working order. This is one of the largest of this kind of pumps. It is 20" tall, base diameter is 8 1/2" cap diameter is 6 1/8" and the width from spout to handle is 10 5/8" Weight is 25 pounds. Antique Monarch Engineering Cast Iron Electric Water Pump Vtg 1920's Steampunk
Old cast iron water pump with"The Monarch Engineering Co. Dayton, Ohio" cast into the base along with six patent dates ranging from 1917 to 1922. Cast iron cover for the electrical connections has an old decal with a lion's head and reads"Monarch Automatic Electric Water Systems" Has it's original 1/8 horse power electric motor made by Leland Motor"Built Special For The Monarch Engineering Co" Nice brass tag says the pump is Style#100, Serial number 13347. Red cast iron base for the electrics also has Monarch Engineering Patent Pending cast into it. I believe this type of pump would have been used in the basement of farm houses to pump water inside from a cistern. This one has obviously been well taken care of- original paint is very good and I see no rust other than to the insides of the pipe fittings ... moreand some of the screw heads. I see no cracks. Chips, breaks, or repairs. The plugs at the top of the primer( bowls didn't move with the 8" Crescent I was using- these will need some soaking. According to the brass tag. The electric motor is designed for 110 or 220 volts. I used jumper wires to connect it to 110 and ran the motor for a few minutes. It sounds good with no bearing noise, but I'm sure a few drops of oil in the oiler caps would be a good idea. Pump turns easily but with some resistance- like it should. I'm guessing there are leathers inside that should be looked at before the pump is tried out as they may need some leather treatment if you want to use this. You will need to find a flat belt to run the pump. Threads inside the pipe connections look good. I can't guarantee the pump to work, but I see nothing broken or missing that would prevent it from working. There is an old mud dauber nest inside one of the pipes that needs to be removed. This wasn't terribly dirty when found, but there is still some old grime under the electric motor and other hard-to-reach spots. This is sold AS IS! This unique item is a custom constructed solid wood base cabinet with a cast iron sink and hand pump. The cabinet is 42.5" long x 25" wide x 35.125" high. It has a hinged door with Hoosier cabinet latch on the front. And is open in the back. The vintage hand pump stands 12" high from the cabinet top. The vintage sink interior is 27.5" wide x 17.75" long x 5.25" deep. The interior of the cabinet space is 25" high from the cabinet floor to the bottom of sink and is 35.75" long x 20.75" wide. Red Jacket Cistern Power Pump Cast Iron Water System
My Dad is cleaning out his barn. He is a retired electrician and he removed this from a customer's home a LONG time ago and it has sat in his barn ever since. Neat looking piece. We don't know the year of it. Serial Number looks to be LA526. Each piece of this is marked with a different number beginning with WL Needs a little elbow grease to remove all the grease and dirt. Vintage Antique #2 B Red Cast Iron hand water pump 364 361
Hello up for auction we have a vintage red cast iron hand water pump. It is in great condition. It has a#2 B on the bottom base and has 364 on the top and 361 on the handle, I was told it does pump water but would need new leather to work better. It measures 18 inches high.
