The applied trim is coming loose over much of the upholstery, however, it is not torn, and could easily be refastened. The upholstery has some light stains on it, however, there are no tears or holes. It is quite worn where the trim is coming loose, however. The setee is about 34" wide across the back. It is 34.5" wide across the arms. It has an inside diameter of 32" across the arms at the front, and about 30.25" at the back. The seat is 15" high. The back is 34.5" high at the sides and 37" high at the center.
