It is 82" long and ... more39" high to the center at the back. This sofa is ornate with hand crafted hard wood decor about 2" thick in dark brown color of the grape and leaf patterns. The cushion is about 4" at highest point. 58" long without arm, and 20" deep. It is an original tanned upholstery with the small mauve flower pattern. It is decorated with some fabric buttons on the cushion. The cushion is very firm. There are 3 light water stains on the cushion sitting area as shown in the pictures. There is a small worn area on the fabric of the left arm. No major damage on the cushion. The cushion is 5" high from the floor. It has the brass rivets stitched along the cushion all the way around the front. The arm is 24 1/2" high from the floor. Each arm of the sofa has embossed hand crafted grape leaf design. There is a wooden surface damage on the top right arm. The stitching at the back along the left arm has come detached about 2" The legs are very stunning with the hand carvings on wood about 2 3/4" thick. The end of the legs have brass wheels about 1" diameter. There is a tear at the back on right foot area of the upholstery about 2" but it is not noticeable. The back felt cover is purple/ blue, it is faded. There are rusty nails holding back cover, that is partially torn off. The bottom of the couch covered with the fabric, it is old, has no tears. All the tears mentioned can be fixed. All is in great shape. This piece is really classic antique look, was kept well by our grandmother circa 1800's. Sold as is. Local pick-up only. The fabric has been replaced along the way with an antique beige that is all buttoned and pleated. It must have been done in the last 10 years or so as it is in lovely condition. The sofa is all tight and sturdy. The overall size is 68 inches wide on the outside of the arms, 48 inches wide on the inside of the arms, 28 inches deep, 38 inches high to the crest, 23 inches high to the arms and 16 inches high to the seat. This is what looks to be an original but its hard for me to date. It has a deep red velvet brochade uhpholstery that is in fair condition some fading and wear. One seat springs in chair and one side of couch are busted. Back fabric is particularly faded and worn, and is torn on one chair but the bones and guts are in great shape. Original upholstery tacks, wood carved and heavy sturdy frame, with gilded gold finish. Unusual Maritime symbol of"mermaid" playin a flute. This came from an Estate Sale in Savannah Georgia. Here we have an absolutely beautiful couch. it's very comfortable as well. I'm not sure of age but it's definitely old. It seems to have a very heavy silk type upholstery. There are a few stains as shown in the picture and the one cushion has some wear going on but not very noticeable. It just needs a cleaning but I don't know much about cleaning that type of material so I'm selling as is. A beautiful piece that can be picked up only.

The arms/wings of the sofa and chair have button detail. Sofa measures approx. 85" long from winged arm to other winged arm and height is 3'to top of carved center. Chair measures approx. 3' wide from winged arm to other winged arm and height is 3' to top of carved center. I think the fabric is original but I'm not sure. Vintage antique couch grey
Length is 5 feet. 3 inches. Height at it's tallest is 3 feet. 1 inch. The width is 2 feet. 4 inches. The body and frame of the couch are still in great condition. Frame was an ugly bright red and repainted white. But some red still shows in small spots as seen in pictures. Was well preserved in a clean. Smoke free home since it was purchased at an antique store three years ago. We are moving cross country and can't bring them with.

Fabulous Victorian. Edwardian or Hollywood Regency beautifully styled sofa with carved mahogany or walnut back, arms and legs Considering how old it is and being well traveled in its lifetime. It is in exceptionally good condition. Pure class and luxury! The solid wood finely carved floral crest creates an incredible accent for this sofa and makes it such a unique piece that it would be difficult to find anywhere else. It does have a very comfortable cushioned back and seat. There is a richly carved grained wood frame of the entire perimeter along with a fabric gold inlaid ribbon. Supported by cabriolet legs. It had been reupholstered in a rich dark cocoa brown velvety type of material that would blend in well with many decors. The newly upholstered seat cushions have zippered covers for easy washing along with arm rest covers which can be ... moreseen in the photos. This is an older sofa in very good condition. When I had it recovered I was told that it looked to be from before 1900. I however have no way to track its history. It is very unique. The frame is completely separable from the cushions making it easy to recover. Its proportions give the sofa a tailored back about as high above the seat as the seat is deep. With arms much lower than the back. The pitch of the sofa’s back allows your back to rest at a comfortable angle, not too upright. It has 3 matching footstools that were certainly carved with it. It has 3 seat cushions, 3 backrest cushions, 2 round pillows for the ends, and the cushion that sets into the frame. The dimensions are 73” long, 32” high, 33” deep. The footrests are 17” square with a 10 1/2” height.
