What appears to be 1107(possibly a model# 63(possibly the year of production) and a couple of other letters or numbers…not sure on these· Difficult to describe the shape. So I ask that you carefully look over the photos…believe that this is a pedestal ... moremount· This the fountain bowl only…there is no spigot/faucet for this· Measures about 14” at its largest length point and 9” at its largest width point· Believe that this may be from the 1960s as there is a 63 marked on the underside and assume that this is the year· The hole openings on the bottom measure 15/16” for where the water faucet would go and 1 5/8” where the drain would go· Weighs nearly 11 pounds WITHOUT the box and package material and thus. TRIO PORCELAIN VINTAGE CERAMIC BATH FIXTURES-SOAP & GRAB, TOWEL RING, TOOTHBRUSH
My tile-setter husband had this trio in storage for many years. Thinking we might one day use them. But we haven't, so perhaps someone else can. The soap and grab weighs almost 3 pounds and it measures 4 3/4 x 6 1/2 inches. It is in good condition. On the back: What looks like"WLLETTE. The towel ring is ceramic and acrylic and measures 5 x 2 1/2 inches and is also in good condition. On the back appears: A C P Made in USA. I'm assuming that stands for American Ceramic Products? The toothbrush holder is what my husband tells me is called"gold dust. as there are brownish flecks in the porcelain. Some flea bite chips around the back edge, and a hair line in the porcelain on the back right side bottom corner. It has a large 21 1/2"wide X 17 1/4"depth X 8 1/4"deep basin on the right side. They have a few tiny chips on the top surface as would be typical of such fountains, the rest is dust and mineral deposits that will need cleaned off. They're definitely need a good cleanup, but it's a matched pair which is pretty rare, so you could install a high and low one to conform to today's code! Here is a pair of toilet paper holder posts which mount using the old fashioned"keystone" metal clips which affix to the wall and the ceramic fixture slips over the"key. Vintage ceramic shower head with jadeite green glaze. 3 3/8" diameter with tiny radiating holes, threaded end has interior diameter of 1" Small chipped area and a couple of faint hairlines on the threaded end, small unglazed spot on the head end. We debated about what exactly this was- could it be for a garden hose? was it off of a watering can? Both of those seemed possible but not practical and since a lot of bathrooms were tiled with this very popular color during the time period, we concluded that this was a shower head. Up for auction is a vintage white porcelain bathroom tissue or toilet paper dispenser. It measures 5 3/4" by 6 1/4" by 2 3/4" There are no chips. It has over all fine crazing. A 2" long crack along the front right(but it is still solid and hard to see) and it has a small amount of old adhesive on it that needs cleaned off. There is no wall mounting bracket.
