Vintage mid century brass fish bathroom 5 piece set japan original finish screws
Up for auction is a brass fish bathroom set made in Japan. I would guess it to be from the 40's or 50's. This came out of an elderly ladies house that is remodelling her bathroom. It is the original patina and i have not cleaned them in any way. They show the usual wear a vintage item would. It also comes with the original screws. There is a soap dish and a cup holder. There are two towel bars one measuring 17.5 inches and the other measures 12 inches. The hand towel double hoop measures about 9 inches in diameter for the larger hoop. This is a Beautiful. Very high quality mid century tub and shower set manufactured by Harmony HOUSE, and sold by Sears. Unlike late model thin tinny fixtures you pay hundreds of dollars for and dent if you drop a bar of soap on them. This set is very heavy solid brass. The handle set weighs 3 1/2 lbs, tub spout 2 1/2 lbs. and the shower head is 1 1/4 lbs. Also included is a mid century Hall-Mack Coronado soap and grab with removable soap dish for a complete original retro mid century tube and shower set of the highest quality. This set is quit stunning. The sides of the handles and the inset of the back plate are a frosted textured chrome. And the top of the spout is brushed chrome with the remaining areas of the pieces and shower head being finished in a mirror bright chrome. This is a vintage wall mounted toothbrush and tumbler holder. Holds up to 4 toothbrushes. There is no tumbler included. Somewhat unique in that it has a"grate" type design in the center. Which could also accommodate decorative round soaps, etc. This item is used and definitely not perfect. The chrome shows"pithing" but could easily be re-chromed. True vintage- removed during remodel from a home built in approximately 1920.

Vintage Solid Brass Mounted Cupholder? Wall Mount, Mid Century, Estate
Picked this up at an estate sale and I'm not entirely sure what it is. It is a solid brass mounted fixture that looks like a cup holder. It is made very well and weighs 10 ounces. The total length is 4 inches. The inside diameter of the circular holder is 2 3/4 inches. The depth is roughly 1 1/2 inches. The screw holes in the mount are 1 3/16 inches apart at the center. Cosmetically the condition is excellent although it is uncleaned and remains dusty. I don't like to clean any vintage items. Shipped FREE via USPS with appropriate care. Thank YOU! Up for auction is this Mid-Century/ Vintage BLACK porcelain toilet paper holder/ dispenser tile. It has a plastic dowel. And is slightly recessed for the back of the toilet paper roll. The handles are a nice half-hexagon shape. It doesn't have any chips, dings, nicks, cracks, or crazing, and is in EXCELLENT condition. This is not a salvage/reclaim! This piece appears to never have been used. Measures 6 1/4" x 4 3/4" on the outside. And the inside(raw porcelain where you would insert into wall) is 5 3/4" x 4 1/8" The back is marked with-1772- Perfect for any vintage bathroom remodel, or to replace a broken one!
