This bathroom sink is porcelain over cast iron and the has been refinished with porcelain so there is no blemishes on it. Before it was restored it had no chips. Cracks or rust anywhere and had its orignal drain and back stopper but no faucets. Standard made this sink in 1923, the pictures in blue show the maker and year it was made. Pror to 1924 Standard did not put an overflow in this production. This is a rare find indeed. I found this sink in an abandoned house and with great effort retrieved it for sale. It is not in the worst of condition. Being that it is nearly 100 years old. There are plenty of places that restore sinks and tubs, found in the yellow pages and would love to help you in restoring this item. I would rather sell it in it's original form, then restore it and try to get top dollar for it. It is made of cast iron, and is a Crane Corner sink. Manufacture date places it in 1929, which is around the time of the great depression. Which is astounding in it's self. Especially since there were not many things that were made during that time. Antique cast iron farm sink. Single basin left hand drain board. Most of the porcelain is good with the normal small chips, pock marks, and rust spots. But the basin is rough the porcelain is still there but it is very heavily pitted and there is and old porcelain patch in the basin as well. Here is a porcelain-over-cast iron'shelfback' American Standard sink from 1964. The color is white. This also includes a set of legs, though this sink can be installed without them if you prefer. Overall the sink is in great shape with just a few scuffs/scratches in the enamel. There are some signs of light rusting along the bottom of the apron. Antique High Back Farm House Cast Iron Porcelain Sink 60" Old Standard #2376-13
Very nice Standard double basin cast iron porcelain sink. This sink is in great condition. There is a few chips on the front apron and one on the side. We have applied some bin primer to these three spots to stop the rust. their is some metal markings in the basin and along the back splash. we think these markings are from modern flatware being tossed into the sink and left a small metal mark. They are very hard to see in the pics and they do not remove any of the integrity of the sink. The sink is 60"long. 22"deep, and 18"tall. It has a 6" apron. A 12" Back splash. The basins are 17" X 18" X 7"deep. The faucet mount holes are 8" apart on center. This auction features a rare 20" Standard" D& M(Dawes& Myler) cast iron sink mount. Embossed in the cast iron is: Standard" Patent Applied For, D&M Works. It has seven holes for mounting. American Standard was founded in 1875 and merged with several other small plumbing manufacturers in 1899 to form Standard Sanitary Mfg. Co. They became a major producer of enameled cast iron bathroom fixtures. Bathroom fixtures that were made of china or ceramic were not a part of the production until 1929. This sink mount is pre-1929. I have here a beautiful. Original finish, 1957, American Standard wall mount sink. The original finish is still very good with only marginal fade and discoloring to the inside of the basin. Also included is the original factory fit wall mount piece and the original chromed legs that can be adjusted to level it out once mounted. The original knobs, drain, faucet are all also included and worked perfectly with no leaks when the sink was removed. Date of 2-20-57 is cast stamped on the bottom, as is"American Standard-American Radiator" and"Made in United States of America" They do not make them like this anymore. 1939 Standard Cast Iron 20 X 18 Bathroom Sink And Hanger
Up for auction this week we have a vintage 1939 Standard 20 X 18 cast iron bathroom sink and bracket. The bracket reads: 10 1/2 Standard B. The info on the sink is: P3867 20X18 1 20 39 MADE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA STANDARD SANITARY MFG CO BALTIMORE. The sink is missing the spigots and the linkage to operate the drain plug. There are scratches. Scuffs, and stains in the porcelain. There are also a few spots where the porcelain is chipped off. There are no cracks in the cast iron that I can detect. These are great sinks in that they not only look cool, they also act as conductors for the water in the basin.

It has 3 screw holes in the center section and 2 screw holes on each end for mounting. Possibly for a smaller bathroom sink since this wall mount is smaller than some I've send listed/sold. Overall length from end to end is 13 1/2" Between the 2 mounting brackets approx. 6 1/2" to 6 5/8" along edge and 6 7/8" if measuring at the top part of the brackets. Here is an old'Standard' utility tub that was removed from a home that dated from the 1950's. This is the'Lakewood' model. According to the stamping on the underside of the tub, this was made in 1953. This was mounted in a cabinet, though these were intended to be mounted on a pedestal(the pedestal is not included) using the tabs on the bottom of the basin. There are also tabs that have been removed on the underside of the rim, they would have originally allowed tubs to be ganged up. The porcelain is in good condition. Vintage American Standard Cast Iron Porcelain Bathroom Sink with Faucets/Drain
This vintage corner sink comes out of a house built in 1914 so I am guessing that it was manufactured about the same year. I have a set of four matching sinks. This auction is for one. All four sinks are in exceptionally fine condition. The porcelain has even retained its original shine. There is a small amount of wear around the drain bezel, no dings. The sink includes two faucets and a drain assembly. Please note that this sink does not have the typical overflow holes cast into it that one usually sees but relies instead on an internal overflow hole that is contained within the drain. I have not tested the faucets and drain and make no guarantees as to their condition. Included as well are two cast iron mounting brackets. Vintage White Antique Cast Iron Farm House Sink No 2 Standard
This was pulled during a renovation on an old farmhouse located in New England. I do not have details on this sink as I do not know much about it. It is extremely heavy so is a pick up only item. It is obvious that the previous owners used this to clean paint brushes or as a second sink. The sink has a washboard/drain on the left side and some rust spots and scratches on a couple corners. I would say it would need to be refinished. I am able to get a lot of the staining off by scrubbing but it would take a boat load of elbow grease to get it clean. Antique Standard Cast Iron Wall Hung Sink and Faucets Porcelain with Bracket
Antique"Standard" wall hung cast iron sink almost 100 years old! It is dated Feb 1923. This sink is in good overall condition and really is a beauty for it's age. There are no chips or heavy scratches in the porcelain. The faucets are not original but are in excellent working condition and come with new braided supply lines. The original star shaped nuts to secure faucets are still there. The drain will need to be replaced which is a common part at a plumbing supply. The porcelain is nice glossy condition on the apron and backsplash however. It is a little dull and pitted in the basin area. This can be touched up with repair paint or the be used just the way it sits.There is also a chip on the bottom cast iron corner where it bolts to the wall however, this is not necessary for mounting this sink to the wall as it hangs on a ... morebracket. The original cast iron bracket is also included. Dimensions are 24" wide by 18" deep and 14" high. The sink basin is approximately 6.5" deep. Up for sale is this 1935"standard" double basin farm sink& legs. The sink is approx. 51 1/2" wide at widest by 24" front to back by 16" high. The apron is 8" and the back splash is 8" The basins are 21" wide x 19"There is a super deep basin on the right at approx 12" deep and the left is 6" deep. The faucet holes are 8" o/c and are standard size wall mount. The sink is approx. 80+ years old with its original porcelain and has been used. It shows signs of wear and tear, sm nicks, chips, scratches, staining,etc etc. but overall is in excellent condition. There is a grove in the lower deep basin, more than like likely from a metal dish rack. See pictures. Included are the set of legs& wall hangers pictured in the last couple pictures. Up for consideration is a Vintage American Standard Cast Iron Drinking Fountain with Mount& Hardware Condition- Vintage New Old Stock in original box and packing. Box is in bad condition but company name still legible. All parts are absolutely new old stock and are in condition just as it would have been when purchased new. Other than dust, dirt from years of shelf storage. Any defects would have been present as part of manufacturing process. I could not detect any physical damage to any of the pieces. It just got moved outside. sink size: outside measurements: 32 1/2 x 22 1/2 inches. Inside measurements: 18 x 13 inches. Stands 30 1/2 inches tall. Base size: approx 18 x 11 inches. I m guessing it's over 100 pounds in weight. It comes with the original faucet. This antique pedestal would look fantastic if you can get this refinished. This is a pick up item only. Please contact me prior to purchase if you are interested in shipping or delivery. Here is a cast iron utility tub that was removed from a home that was built in the 1950's. It is an American-Standard'Lakeview' model that dates from 1953. It was installed in a custom wooden cabinet that was too far gone to save. These were typically found with cast iron pedestals that attached to mounting tabs on the underside of the tub. This is for the tub only, there is no stand included. The porcelain is in fair shape with some dull spots and wear/scuffs as well as a few spots of discoloration ... morefrom mineral deposits. There are tabs that have been removed on the underside of the rim(so that it could fit into it's previous cabinet) But these were only used to attach multiple tubs together so it shouldn't affect anything. For less than a new plastic tub you can get a sturdy cast iron tub that has many years of use left in it!
