Antique bathroom or kitchen milk glass shelf. Comes complete with two porcelain over cast iron hook brackets. Overall condition of this shelf and hooks is very good. Glass shows normal wear and a few flea bites. Some porcelain chipped on one hook. But not visible when mounted. We tried to show the slight raised lip around the edges. Probably meant to keep items from rolling off the shelf. Unusual to see one like this with the hanging hooks. Measures approx. 30" x 5" overall. Approx 1/4 thickness. Antique Cast Iron Black Porcelain Brackets Milk Glass Shelf Old Vintage
very nice pair of cast iron with black porcelain over shelf brackets. They are in good condition with only a few very small hard to find flea bites in the porcelain.They are complete with there original mounting hardware. The screws are not original to the brackets. I have added the piece of milk glass to complete the shelf. The milk glass is in fair condition it has a chip on one end that is slightly larger than a quarter. There are also a few small flea bite along the edge of the glass. The milk glass is smooth on one side and is textured on the other(the quarter sized chip is on the textured side. The sooth side has surface scratches and some light staining that come with age and normal use. The wood board is not included in this sale. SET OF FOUR ~ RARE 1920's Art Deco Milk Glass and Porcelain Vintage Towel Rods. These have just been removed from my bungalow bathroom. A very classy pure white milk glass rod suspended between two porcelain brackets. The Beautiful opaque milk glass rod has no chips or cracks. There is a small chip on the opening side of one of the brackets and one bracket near mount hole has stress line(dark line) possibly manufactured flaw. I have pictured this for you to see. Pair Nickel Plated Cast Brass & Milk Glass Towel Bar 15 Inch Glass Rod
These antique bathroom towel bars are not marker marked. The ends are made of nickel plated brass and the part that fits to the wall is 2 1/4 inches in diameter and sticks out 3 inches. The glass rods are held about 2 inches from the wall when they are mounted. The glass rod are a little over 3/4 of an inch in diameter with tapered ends that fit into the holders part way, 16 inches long and when mounted you will have about 15 inches of glass bar to hang your towel on. Minor wear or tarnish to the nickel plating, minor wear to the glass rod and no cracks. Please scroll all the way down to see all of the pictures as they are a good part of the description. Nice old milk glass bathroom shelf with cast iron black porcelain brackets. The brackets have a couple small fleabite sized chips and some scratches and scuff marks. The set screws on the brackets for both the glass and the mounting brackets turn easily. The milk glass is smooth on one side and textured on the other. The smooth side has some staining and a couple small chips. The textured side has a quarter size chip on one end. This piece still has its original mounting brackets and will come with 4 screws for installing. Overall it is in good usable condition. Vintage Heavy Milk Glass DRINKING FOUNTAIN BOWL Similar To Dental Rinse Sink
This is a vintage milk glass bowl from an old drinking fountain. This thick. Heavy piece is 11" in diameter and 5" tall overall. There are no other surviving fixture parts. The neck would accept a fitting of about 3" dia. x about 1 1/8" depth. This may be similar in appearance to some dental equipment rinse sinks, but I do not know if it would be compatible. The bowl is in very good condition overall, but there is some chipping to the bottom edge that would be hidden by whatever fitting holds the bowl. Please zoom the photos for a closer look. RARE! Vintage Major Heater MFG Co. New York. 110 Volt, 1.4 amp electric hot water heater. I think. But am not sure, this is an early instant hot water heater designed to be placed over a tap or faucet handle for instant hot water. I don't know if it was marketed for home use or industrial or what. Perhaps hospital or military? I was not able to find information on the device or the manufacturer, if anybody has more info, feel free to educate me. Regardless, this is a very neat piece, the cylinder looks to be milk glass, and the color label is in decent shape. This item is sold as is without return option.
