VINTAGE FAUCETS Acquired at an estate sale are these antique plumbing fixtures. I am not a plumber so I will do my best to describe the items offered in this auction. I believe the base metal is brass or bronze with a chrome finish. There appears to be some paint splatter or other dirt on each piece so a good cleaning will be needed. I did a basic wipe down with a damp cloth to get the dust off and show the potential of these great pieces. Each one measures 5 ½ inches tall; 4 ¼ inches from the tip of the faucet to the back of the stem; 2 ¾ inches across the handles; water opening of the faucet measures ½ inch by ¼ inch; threaded pipe is ¾ inch and the base that would sit on the sink is 2 inches across.
