Here is a'Youngstown' metal kitchen sink base complete with 2-basin sink top. Based on the hardware I would date this from the 1940's or early 1950's. All drawers and doors open and close freely, it even has the original pull-out chopping block! The top is in fair shape with most of the wear in the bottom of the basins. Where the enamel has worn to a dull finish. There is also a spot on one of the basin rims where the enamel has worn all the way down to the metal beneath. See photos for condition. The cabinet has rust in the usual spots. Under the sink and along the base. The base itself has completely rusted away near the back, though it is removeable. I can have a replacement made if need be, I can give the buyer the details if interested. The rest of the cabinet finish shows years of wear to the finish, though it is relatively rust free. The floor under the sink shows rust, though it is not as hacked up as these tend to be. This is a vintage 1930's white single basin. Double drain board, porcelain over cast iron farmhouse sink. The sink's dimensions are 60"Lx22"D. The basin measures 21"x17"x5" and the backsplash rises 8" above the drain boards. The sink has a 6" apron. The faucet spread is 8" The sink is 80+ years old with its original porcelain and has been used. The sink is in good condition, porcelain is not chipped, but some wear in the sink bowl with minor surface rust under sink. The wall mounting brackets are included. Vintage Farmhouse White Porcelain Double Drainboard Kitchen Sink w/ Cabinet
Great example of a 1950's Double Drainboard sink with Steel Harrison Cabinet. This unit has been in storage for 40 years after removal from the original home. Overall good condition. 2 small chips in the porcelain. The steel cabinet has some minor rust at the bottom edges, but nothing structural. The cabinet is from Harrison Steel Cabinet Company out of Chicago(very similar to Geneva brand) I am not able to verify the maker of the sink.
