I believe the base metal is brass or bronze with a chrome finish. There appears to be some paint splatter or other dirt on each piece so a good cleaning will be needed. I did a basic wipe down with a damp cloth to get the dust off and show the potential of these great pieces. Each one measures 5 ½ inches tall; 4 ¼ inches from the tip of the faucet to the back of the stem; 2 ¾ inches across the handles; water opening of the faucet measures ½ inch by ¼ inch; threaded pipe is ¾ inch and the base that would sit on the sink is 2 inches across. Very nice. Heavy, fancy vintage bath sink fixtures. They are in good vintage condition, many more years of use! They have a patina but sure they would clean up- solid brass. The drain pull is 10 inches long. The faucet handles are 4 inches long. The bases are 3 inches across. The pull is a koi fish. The handles are a chinese fish/sea dragon? and on the base there are various symbols- koi dragon fish, mermaid, shell, seahorse, cherub face? and a snail. This is vintage chrome plated heavy brass faucet for a early cast iron claw foot bath tub. This faucet is very unique with great design. Very cool hot and cold knobs, and even the original soap dish. This faucet is stamped by the manufacturer which is Gopher. The condition is good with honest wear for age, there is some chrome plating missing, and it may need new seals,and some polishing wont hurt, but with a little love this piece would make a great authentic addition to any antique tub. The item that you are purchasing is a Vintage/ Antique Heavy Brass Faucet that was rescued from a very old and fancy house. This is an excellent piece with a great look, the faucet weighs in at 3.042 pounds, the middle faucet is approximately 14 cm from front to back, and the base of the faucet is approximately 18 cm across from left to right and approximately 8 cm from front to back, and the one handle is approximately 7 cm across, the only detail to note is that there is only one faucet handle on the item, the other one is missing, you can try and find the other one or you can add your own 2 new styles on the item if you wish, the faucet is showing some usual wear with the age, and a green tinge all over along with a little patch of rust at the back of the faucet base, this is still a great find, believed to be brass, look at images for ... moreconfirmation of condition.

Hello and feast your eyes on this vintage Kohler hardware. This auction is for a Chrome leg and Towel Bar set circa 1930's by"KOHLER U.S.A. These chrome pieces were removed from the sink(and there is no sink included in this auction) The legs are meant to"hold up" a bathroom porcelain sink of the same era. Or a modern remake. They are each three piece construction with pointed feet and 6 gleaming sides. There is some wear or scratches, and a marked dent or two as is evident in the photographs. No rust. They are nice and clean and has achieved a nice color that displays well. The nickel has a few blemishes and small tarnish areas. The nickel is in original condition and has been washed with water. A 3/8” thick and 6” deep shelf will fit the brackets. Just decide what length shelf you want. Very nice antique nickel plated brass shower head decorative Victorian Plumbing. It is not marked the manufacturer is unknown. The nickel plating does show some wear and scratches but it is in very good condition. All holes on this soaker appear to be clear so it should function. You still may need to add washers or maybe some teflon tape to seal everything when installed. The body of the head has a few small dents but nothing bad. Overall very good condition. Vintage Antique Bath & Shower Set Heavy Solid Brass Chrome New Faucet Plumbing
This is a Beautiful. Very high quality vintage antique tub and shower set from Harmony House. Unlike late model thin tinny fixtures you pay hundreds of dollars for and dent if you drop a bar of soap on them. This set is chrome plated heavy solid brass. Also included is a mid century Hall-Mack Coronado soap and grab with removable soap dish for a complete original vintage tub and shower set of the highest quality. The sides of the handles and the inset of the back plate are a frosted textured chrome. And the top of the spout is brushed chrome with the remaining areas of the pieces and shower head being finished in a mirror bright chrome. The H and the C for hot and cold is etched into the back plate. Nice design suitable for many decors. Package weight 11 lbs.

The knob or stem that is sticking up out of the top of the faucet is not an outlet for a shower attachment. It is not open to the water mix.
