Rare Set of 6 Nickel Bathroom Shelf Brackets 3 Pair
Remarkable set of 6 matching nickel plated brass shelf brackets. Brackets were salvaged from two bathrooms along with several other nickel plated accessories. Each projects from the wall 8 3/4" and measures 6 3/8" tall. Original nickel finish remains largely intact. But there are areas where the brass has become exposed over time. 5 of the 6 brackets retain the nipple on the insets into the bottom of the shelf, but one was shaved off at some time. See images 9 and 10 for a visual. I have other period appropriate nickel plated bath accessories currently listed that were salvaged from the same property. Ready for installation. The sink is 26" wide and 19" deep, but the brackets make it stick out from the wall another inch. Nice old milk glass bathroom shelf with cast iron black porcelain brackets. The brackets have a couple small fleabite sized chips and some scratches and scuff marks. The set screws on the brackets for both the glass and the mounting brackets turn easily. The milk glass is smooth on one side and textured on the other. The smooth side has some staining and a couple small chips. The textured side has a quarter size chip on one end. This piece still has its original mounting brackets and will come with 4 screws for installing. Overall it is in good usable condition. The soap dish measures about 4-1/4 inches by about 3-1/4 inches. There are several small flea bites along the edges.
