Pretty Wooden Three Drawer Small Chest w/ Brass Accents
I found this wonderful chest at an old house here in Charlotte last fall. My plan was to use it in the house but I never did I am passing it along to someone who can put it to good use. I am not sure of the wood but love all the detail.I have taken lots of photos so you can see detail. Please note. It needs a good polish/cleaning. I will allow local pick-up but you will need to meet me in South Charlotte Southpark Mall area. The chest measures 18" in height-it bows at the front and is 15" in width with a depth of 11" I am guesstimating the age of this piece but the people that owned the house did a lot of international travel so I am thinking late 50's to early 60's

Vintage Drexel Mahogany 5 Drawer Chest
Here is a great example of the beauty and quality that Drexel builds into their furniture. The fluted. Angled corners and graceful kneed bracket feet really enhance the classic elegance of this piece. This 5 drawer chest is in overall very good condition. All of the drawers have tight dovetails and operate smoothly. There are a couple of issues on the top including a split that is a few inches long and some small dark spots that are clustered together. While noticeable, these spots are greatly exagerated by the camera. They could be repaired without too much difficulty. Vintage 60s style Drawer chest
I bought this credenza and the matching side chest in 1996 in a trendy downtown Vintage furniture store. Which specialized in 60s/ 70s. I used it in my 4 downtown apartments since then, so it has definite wearmarks. The top of it is fine, and the small chest as well, but the door n the right came off( is fixable) and the plastic plate from it fell of and the inner part broke, but it can be glued back on. On one of the drawers are visible crack marks, where i glued the pieces back on. All is fixable and the drawers work very well. Size: small drawerchest( 2 drawers) 21 1/2 x 14 depth x 24 height big drawerchest: 6 drawers and 2 shelves) 62 incehs long x 18 inches deep x 29 inches high these pieces are ready for pick up only. I am located in the Lower East side/Manhattan in an elevator building with good parking around.
