This is a GORGEOUS set of RARE antique porcelain figural candle holders! They are dressed in French attire. BEAUTIFUL FACES! The lady is wearing blue/green gloves and is in an ELEGANT low cut dress with matching blue/green design. She has gold plate trim and her shoes are also gold plate. The gentleman is wearing a ruffled shirt and his pants and jacket have the same pattern as the lady's dress. His long jacket has the blue/green cuffs. And inside is blue/green too. He is wearing blue/green shoes. They both have the BEAUTIFUL ROSEBUD LIPS! Lots of GOLD PLATE trim all over. Nothing identifiable on base. BEAUTIFULLY MADE! They both measure 7 1/4" tall. 4" wide, by 2" deep. They are in really good condition with no cracks or chips and the man has a few places that are missing a very small amount of paint on his collar and ... moreon the jacket inside there are three small areas with paint missing. Hel lo There! I have this Gorgeous Unique German or French Tapered Candle Holder. The Candle Holders themselves are shaped like what I'd call Tulips. With Le aves underneath to catch wax.The Figurine is either a Victorian Man or B oy.This piece is almost Perfect. Except for 2 Very Small Chips on the Back of 2 Leaves. On the Left Side on the Reverse.Pics are attached. They measure less than 1/ 8" and do n't show from the front. My guess is that they may have come from the factory this way as I think the leaves would have broken off i f done afterwards. Anyway. This came from the east of France not far from the German border. We believe it to be from Les Islettes or from one of the faience factories of the east of France. Compleatly hand painted and marked with"Made in France. Handpainted" the best age we can put on this is that it was made after 1922. It has been used and has some white candle wax that is hard to see but can be felt with the finger so you might want to clean it. Or not. Antique Pair Of French Sevres Candelabra/ Candle Tree- Ormolu Mounted
I am pleased to present to you an absolutely gorgeous pair of Sevres style Candelabras/Candle Trees. They are a pastel pink color with some gold colored trim. Typical of french design of that time. They each have different portraits that have been hand-painted on them, one is of a woman and one is of a man. They are very old. My guess would be mid 19th century but I am not expert. They are in good condition. There is no major problems with them. There is however one small chip on one of the portraits that I showed in the photos. Also the part of the gold trim seems to have come off at the base of one of them, small area but worth noting. There is some crazing but that is common with their age. The bronze is in good shape, could use a cleaning, but I left it alone. Some of the bolts may need to be tightened or loosened, which looks easy but ... moreI do not want to mess with them too much. PAIR ANTIQUE FRENCH PARIS 18C CHINESE STYLE PORCELAIN W GILT BRONZE CANDELABRA

This listing is for an exceptional pair of porcelain and bronze candelabras. The porcelain appears to be French in origin and is hand painted around the exterior in underblue and overglaze red Chinoiserie style decoration which was also accented in gilt. There are various scenes around the exterior with much of the gilt still remaining. The porcelain most likely dates to the 18th century and is marked on the interior in underglaze blue. We were unable to identify the mark as it is most likely an artist's mark. They stand on bronze pedestal bases and have inserts which hold up an elaborate array of flowers. Leaves, vines, and size candle holders. They are finished in a gilt finish, some of which has ... morebeen worn away over the years. We are not sure if the bronzes date to the same time as the porcelain, or if they were made for the set later. We were unable to find any marks to the mounts. Overall the condition of the pair is very good. One of the candles is missing, and some of the stems are a little loose which could easily be fixed. Also as mentioned earlier there is wear to the gilding on both the bronze and porcelain. The porcelain appears to be in excellent condition. The white residue seen in the photos is wax from when the set was used in its past, and could easily be cleaned. Antique Vintage French Candlestick Holder Chamberstick Set of 2 White with Gilt
Two Romantic. Beautiful, Antique Chambersticks. The Candlestick holders were my Great Great Aunt's. Simple, yet elegant, they are just lovely. Made in France. The base of each of the holders is about 5 1/4" in diameter. Great condition(a little wax residue inside. But no chips or cracks) Happy to take a return if you don't love them!

Authentic Antique French Faience, Fan Shape, Candle Holder,Tin Glaze.19th c.
This colorful tin glazed chamber type candle holder is a rare form in French faience.The fan shaped saucer measures about 6 x 7"and the predominate colors are an avocado green. Blue, bright yellow and orange. I am unfamiliar with the mark but the close up shows it well. The piece is in remarkably fine condition with only a few very tiny glaze flakes( hardly noticeable) on the outer rim.This piece likely dates in the early to mid 1800s, and is guaranteed to date well before 1860 and it is very eye appealing.
