The bottoms have the metal gliders as well. They measure 5 5/8" long and are 1 7/8" square at the top by 1 1/4" square at the bottom. The screw on each is just over 1 1/2" long Condition is near perfect with only a few minor pinprick sized stain misses and a sliver of wood loss near the top of one and an extremely faint scratch on another. Very unique all-wood folding chair bench. It is rare to find a set of 4! Thought to have been seating in an old school or theatre. Measures 23" from front to back of seat. 73 1/2" long, backs are 33 1/2" tall, and folded up measure 6" thick at widest bottom part. One seat has a small chip in venire and loosening towards the edge, another seat has some slight flaking of venire at edge, and there is a split below one of the seats in the legs,see pics) but does not affect functionality. Titanic movie set: First class chair leg & 4 - 8"x8" floor tiles from 3rd class
This first class dining room chair leg has been in my Titanic collection for many years. I am including it with four floor tiles from 3rd class. These third class floor tiles were recently recovered from Rosarito Beach. Mexico. They can now be yours, there are 4- 3rd class floor tiles. The tiles were from the third class lounge area and the third class cabins. Like the one Jack Dawson stayed in. They were also planned for use in the dance area where Kate and Leo danced. They are like new and measures 8" by 8" and an eighth inch thick. They are made of a composite material. They have a distinctive pattern that some Titanic specialists say was used in second class as well. They are very attractive. Yours will come to you numbered from 51 to 995 on the back.
