Hammered, and engraved. if you look closely it is much more detailed and is quite eye-catching. the pot has a hand carved wooden handle and wooden finial they are held with silver mounts. the pieces are nicely footed with 4 ball feet and both signed on the bottom by maker"S.P.C. with maker mark the top opens and closes on a hinge by the wooden handle and has a great spout on the opposite side. the sugar bowl has a dual stylized handle and ribbed trim at the top. they are in nice shape with a shiny silver finish. they both have copper shining through at some raised spots but gives it a wonderful look. the pot measures 10 1/4 inches long by 6 1/2 inches tall and the sugar bowl measures 7 inches long by 4 1/2 inches tall. the wooden handle has two hailing cracks that are very hard to see. Three kettles with a stand for one of them, and three small pots or bowls for creamer and sugar. Some pieces are more tarnished than others. Most of them have normal wear on the inside of the pots; however a couple of them are more blackened by fire. Most of them have maintained a majority of their silvery or gold color with smaller sections that have been colored a blue or copper metallic look. There are some though. That have primarily taken on this color. Evens still. The set is beautiful and well kept. The tray is 23” 59cm) long without the handles and another nearly 6” 14 cm) with the handles and then 18” approximately 46cm) wide. The blue metallic colored tarnish on the tray is mostly on its handles and raised edges that surround rather than the flat center portion. The largest kettle with an attached lid on hinges is about 11 ½” 29cm) tall and approximately the same in width as well. The diameter of the mouth is about 4” 10cm) This kettle has quite a bit of the blue metallic tarnish on the outside. The kettle with the stand and no legs is 14 ½” 37 1/2cm) tall with the stand and 10 ½” just over 26cm) without. It stands about 9” 23cm) wide and has a 4” 10cm) diameter for the mouth of the kettle. It has a lid attached with hinges and a handle that wraps around the top of the kettle. The blue tinted tarnish only seems to affect the appendages of the kettle and not the bowl. A nice Remembrance creamer and covered sugar in the large size measuring 6" and 6.6" tall respectfully. 1847 Rogers silver plate over copper(you can see a little of the copper on detail around lid of sugar and barely a little around base of sugar) No pitting or cracks. On the left side of the crown are the numbers"18. and on the right side"83. The numbers stand for the year"1883, the year the company was founded, and not necessarily the year this pot was manufactured. Underneath the crown and year mark, it says: F.B. Rogers Silver Co. Silver on Copper, 2311. The creamer and sugar have the same marks but no number designation. In my research I wasn't able to ascertain the years this mark was used by F.B. Rogers Silver Co. so I can't state for ... morecertain that this set is an antique(100 years or older, but I'm sure it is at least a vintage piece(20 years or older. Condition: All three pieces. Especially the sugar bowl, are tarnished and need polishing. I am leaving the polishing to someone who has more experience in polishing silver/silverplate. The pot has a dent in the bottom and some bumpy spots near where the spout attaches to the pot. All three pieces have some surface scratches. The creamer does not have a lid. VINTAGE FOLGATE ENGLISH SUGAR SHELL - SILVERPLATE ON COPPER
This lovely little Antique Sugar Shell was made in England by Folgate. It is 3 1/2" tall. 4 3/4" long and 2 7/8" wide. It is Silverplated on Copper and it is in good condition; no dings or dents but there is a small spot of Plate loss where the Copper is showing on each side of the bowl.

Vintage F B ROGERS Silverplate Creamer, Open Sugar & Etched Tray - Silver/Copper
Vintage F.B. Rogers- Silverplated Creamer. Open Sugar Bowl and Etched Tray- Silver on Copper- Marked on Bottom- 1087. The pieces came from an estate sale auction so I do not know the history or age. They are in good vintage condition. They are quite tarnished so they need to be polished. There are some pitting type marks inside both the creamer and sugar. I do not see any major issues such as dents. The tray is about 10" x 5 3/8" The creamer is about 4 3/4" across the top(spout to end of handle) x 2 3/4" across the top rim(side to side) x 2 5/8" tall(spout to table) The sugar is about 5 1/4" across the top(handle to handle) x 2 3/4" side to side x 2 3/8" tall(top rim to table) NOTE: SHIPPING will be reduced if you live in a state close to Maryland. Birmingham Silver Co. Silverplated Silver Over Copper Sugar Bowl and Creamer Set. Gorgeous silverplated creamer and sugar bowl are of matching pattern with detailed swirling handles and feet and maker's marks are included on their undersides(please see photos) In good condition with no major scratches or dents. Estate sale finds, I do not know the age or anything else about thees items. I have not cleaned or polished them, you can so that if you wish. They do show signs of tarnish and oxidization, but that does not mar there beauty, but gives them more of a Shabby, antiqued' quality if you choose to display them as-is. Sugar bowl measures 7.5in tall, 7in wide from handle to handle, 4.5in deep on the inside, and feet are situated 3in apart. Creamer is 7in tall, 3in wide from foot to foot on the bottom, 5in deep on the inside, and 6in ... morewide from handle to spout. Please email me with any additional questions. Silverplate on Copper PSCO Cream and Sugar Set
These are from my grandmother's estate. They look to be vintage if not antique. There is some interesting soldering around the pour spout of the creamer. Not sure if this was original or a repair. The numbers on the bottom match both the pieces as 206. I'll have to let the pictures tell the rest of the story. From what I can also tell is that most of the silver came off and now the copper is exposed. There is a small dent on the bottom of the sugar bowl as noted in the last picture.

This is a sugar and creamer set that my Grandfather gave to me. He had bought it at an estate sale in Indiana. On the bottom of both pieces are the words"Silver on Copper" and a stamped picture of a lion standing up on the left of a shield with a horse standing up on the right side.
