The sugar comes with matching lid. The tray is marked Roman Creations– not sure if was part of the original set or if my Uncle’s Mom bought separately and used together. The sugar and creamer are in Fabulous condition and the tray is too though it does have slight tarnishing. Beautiful addition to your table. Collection or décor! This sale is for a c1872-1894 Henry Wilkinson& Co Ltd Sheffield silver plate cream& sugar set. The sugar bowl has a few minor nicks on the bottom. The creamer does not. Both display minor tarnish. They weigh approximately 10 ounces combined. The creamer measures approximately 3 inches tall and 2.75 inches across the body. The sugar bowl measures approximately 3.25 inches tall and 4 inches across the body. Each one has the proper hallmarks on the bottom to support the 1872-1894 date range of manufacture. Vintage Sheffield Silver Plate Sugar Box/Casket/Pot with Scoop
This interesting piece dates from about 1920. It is shaped like an old fashioned coal scuttle. Of a time when coal was one of the main methods to heat a house. This whimsical piece is meant to hold sugar or it also could hold small candies or even caviar, to be served by the scoop. The piece has a lid with a rounded lip for opening and four small feet. The top and sides are nicely engraved with garlands. The top has a small handle and the back has a loop where the scoop rests. We found a nice little sugar or sweetmeat basket, with a delightful twisted handle, glass bowl liner, and silver plated spoon. The spoon is stamped Sheffield, but the basket is simply marked"England" I am assuming they go together, but am not sure, and am also not sure of the age of this set, although all of the collectibles at the estate sale were 1895-1950. Vintage 1900-1940 Sheffield Made in England Silver Plate Art Deco Sugar Bowl
I will be listing several pieces of vintage 1930's- 1940's. Gadroon style, Sheffield silver plate tea set I inherited from my mother's estate. I was advised to list these pieces separately because many people are looking for replacement and/or missing pieces to existing Sheffield tea sets. I also was told to leave the pieces tarnished as they were found because the new owners may want to leave them as is or polish the pieces themselves. If you are interested in these pieces or are looking to fill the missing pieces in your existing tea set, please take a moment to look at the other silver pieces I currently have listed. For auction is this beautiful. Vintage 1930's- 1940's, gadroon decorated, made in England, Sheffield silver plate, sugar bowl. The bowl is made from the Sheffield pattern#8000 series. I believe this piece ... morewas passed down to my mother when she and my father were married in 1949. The sugar bowl is very well made. Heavily silver-plated and features"hard soldered" pieces. The bowl measures approximately 6-1/8" across, 3-5/8" tall and 3.0" wide. The bowl has an approximate opening of 4.0" by 3.0" I see no damage anywhere on the sugar bowl. On the bottom of the sugar bowl there are six lines of manufacturer's stampings that read as follows. SHEFFIELD" SILVER PLATE" MADE IN ENGLAND" HARD SOLDERED" 8000" D" The surface of the sugar bowl has tarnished over the years as can be seen in the description photos. This tarnish can easily be mitigated with a little silver polish and a soft buffing cloth. The bowl features ornamental oval fluting or reeding style decoration(gadroon style) along the sides. The sugar bowl has a natural and even tarnished patina finish across the outside surface with minimal tarnishing on the inside of the bowl. Please note; a s previously stated. Sheffield Silver Co Sugar Bowl Creamer & Small Tray Set Engraved Silver Plate
This silver plate sugar bowl. Creamer, and small tray came from an auction in Vermont. The bottoms are marked Sheffield Silver Co made in USA. There is also a sticker that reads- Bohm Allen Co Denver, which is where I believe the set was sold. I do not have a lid to the sugar bowl. There is tarnishing and tarnishing spots that may not come off, a rub mark(see the 5th picture) and some use/wear marks. The tray has quite a few rough spots, see the 6th and 7th pictures.

I'm offering a vintage silver plate tea set. The markings on the bottom of the tea pot are Sheffield. Capacity Six Cups, and 42. On the side of the pot is the mark EPNS. The marking on the cream and sugar are Sheffield and EPNS. The pieces are in nice condition with normal wear and tear. There are a couple of black marks as seen in the picture by the EPNS stamp.
