Vintage Deco Era Royal Rochester Fraunfelter Coffee Pot Urn Service Lusterware
Today. I have for auction, a beautiful 3 Pc. Coffee Service by Fraunfelter China of Ohio for Royal Rochester. Features a large urn measuring 15" in height by 11" wide(from handle to handle) Lovely yellow roses on a lustre ware and irridescent finish on the inside of the creamer. I don't believe that this was ever used, as the paper insert is still on the bottom of the urn. There are a couple of issues. The sugar bowl is missing its lid, the cord has a strange end, that I have no idea how it would plug into anything, and the urn is missing the metal basket and outside rim that fits into the top. There are also some specks on the chrome from storage, which would benefit a polishing. Otherwise, this is a gorgeous set, with no damage or wear. Vintage Royal Rochester Fraunfelter 1930s Art Deco Percolator Creamer & Sugar
Fraunfelter was a company also known as Royal Rochester. It manufactured electric coffee pots and coffee pots between the years 1923 and 1939. This is the Golden Pheasant model( B-31) It is white porcelain with a beautiful art deco transfer ware decoration of a pheasant on a branch painted on its front. It has wonderfully stylized greek urn revival handles. The sides of the handles are also painted with delicate flowers and leaves. The pot sits on a platinum base with four feet. Measures 15" high and 9" wide.Very good condition. No cracks or chips in the porcelain. All original parts present.Porcelain sugar bowl and creamer have pheasant transfer ware decoration matching that on the coffee urn. They also have stylized greek revival handles matching the urn. Vtg Royal Rochester 8 Cup Percolator Coffee Pot Maker Urn
This Royal Rochester percolator makes up to 8 cups. The glass knob on top is without chips or cracks and the spout does not leak. I tested it and it works perfectly-percolated hot coffee. The spout handle is made of wood. The insert is made of aluminum. In front on top is a dent-pic 6-it's very narrow and about 1/3 inch-very hard to see but it's there. And there are age spots in the finish all over-coffee pot looks nice about a foot and a half away but up close you can see it-pics 5& 6. The cord has an on/off switch and also has electrical tape on it. While it was percolating I touched. Held and grabbed the cord all over-it is safe-I assume that is a frayed spot in the cloth. Vintage Dunbake Guaranteed Casserole Dish/Lid in Royal Rochester Stand
You are bidding on a vintage Dunbake Guaranteed casserole dish with lid in a Royal Rochester stand. My guess is this is a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. There is a small chip along the rim of the lid and a small chip on the edge of the casserole dish. The only markings I can find on this dish is"DUNBAKE GUARANTEED" The casserole dish has 2 scalloped handles. The lid has no handle. What a great late 19th century American lustre jug. Completely intact, right down to the spring in the cap. The identification on the underside is Royal-Rochester, from the Royal-Rochester Stamping Co. Syrup and cream jugs from the 19th century were a prized and necessary kitchen item. We find the lids particularly charming with no further thought as to the necessity of a lid. Life in rustic Europe or America was a fly-riddled as any African documentary. 20 years ago. I visited friends at their 2nd home, one in the Perigord region of France. Their home was fabulous, ready for a photo layout in any of the most sophisticated decor magazines, yet flies were an enormous issue. There were no screens and that wonderful romantic blending of the indoor and outdoor living areas meant that flies were EVERYwhere. Waking to the distant lowing of cattle ... moreand whinnying of neighbors' horses guaranteed that flies were always present in quantity. We used net and mesh coverings for the dishes at all our meals. Whether in a rural area of the largest of cities, having a lid on your syrup or cream reduced the likelihood of critters doing the backstroke and the amount of floating grit from dusty living. The most beautiful of claret jugs has a beautifully shaped hinged lid for the same purpose. Today. I am listing a number of syrup jugs from a Connecticut collection. The folks brought them here to West Texas, waited to see which collections their new home could display, and are turning loose of things that just can not fit. This is your lucky day. Beautiful Art Deco crumb pan by Royal Rochester. Seems to be a copper blend alloy under chrome plating. 7.5" across the opening and 6.75" deep. Marked Royal Rochester on the backside. Perfect for clearing up crumbs from the table. Desk or kitchen counter. Good used vintage condition. Shows signs of wear. 1 ding. 3 greenish spots. No attempts have been made to remove these or clean and polish the pan. Handle shows some wear. See pictures for exact condition. The pictures are of the actual crumb pan.

Antique Tea Set Royal Rochester Hand Painted Ohio
Vintage Tea set made in Ohio. Perhaps 1930's-1940's. I am not an expert on these things. Very pretty and nice condition. No chips or cracks that I could see. They are trimmed with silver with some wear around the edges. The handles and lid are nickel plated I believe. The tea pot has the original tea ball inside attached to a chain which goes up through the lid to brew the tea. The sugar has a lid and the other piece has a nickel handle and I'm not sure what that was used for. The tea pot says Frankenfelter China, Ohio in the glaze on the bottom. There is also"T-61" in the glaze. Perhaps the artist signature. There is a paper label That says Royal Rochester, Hand Painted, Guaranteed Heat Proof. This is a silver. Silverplate, or some type of brass(or even stainless steel alloy) tray. I believe it to be older, but i have no idea how old. From the wear pattern, it has been used and shows no tarnish, so if it's old with no tarnish(i didn't polish it) then i would think it's NOT silver. But it has no gold toning to it, so it cannot be standard brass, maybe"white" brass? Beautiful ART DECO DESIGN Electric Coffee Pot Percolator by Royal Rochester in the late 1920s through the 1930s that makes a great cup of coffee. Ceramic parts were made by Fraunfelter/ Ohio China Co. until it went into bankruptcy in 1939. Made during the Depression. Royal Rochester products were considered top of the line luxury goods and produced in small quantities. This coffee pot has all of it parts(inside metal parts has some coffee stains) and a accompanying cord. The ceramic parts have no cracks, chips or scratches and are in excellent condition. This waffle iron was made by Royal Rochester. Robeson Rochester Corp, Rochester, NY; it was model#12840, Pat. Applied for, as is marked on the bottom. It also says 110-120V-560W. My research indicates that the ceramic was made by Fraufelter Co. in Ohio. This came from another Ebay listing. I do not want to misrepresent. It is a beautiful waffle iron from the mid-1930's. It has a ceramic top with red poppies on it. The wooden handles are in fairly good shape but the paint is starting to peal(see pictures) The handles are white painted wood. The base is about 10 inches in diameter. The inside of the waffle iron is about 8.25inches in diameter. The ceramic top is about 6.25 inches in diameter. You're bidding on a vintage percolating coffee pot manufactured by Robeson Rochester Corp. Under their upscale"Royal Rochester" product line, manufactured and marketed in the late 1920s& 1930s. I found a reference to the model number, E7506, in a 1930 retail trade catalog. The pot is white porcelain, made under agreement by Fraunfelter/Ohio China Company, with chrome base and lid. Beautiful Art Deco style with a transfer pattern known as"Red Poppy" Nice big glass knob atop the lid for full view of the perking action. Very good overall condition, no chips, cracks or crazing of the porcelain or wear of the transfer design. Some very slight scratch wear to the chrome, but no rust, bubbling or flake and it retains its lustrous shine. Complete with all parts including cord, and tested working perfectly. Note that there ... moreis some slight gapping between the chromed ring that the lid fits into and the porcelain on one side of the pot which may be due to some glue or adhesive loss, but the chrome fitting seems to still be fully attached and it does not appear to affect function or stability of the appliance. I have provided a photo for review. Pot stands 12" tall and about 5 1/2" in diameter at the widest point. Capacity of about 48 oz. which translates to about 9 cups at the period standard 5 oz. cup size including boil-down. Nice example of high-end Art Deco period style- please review photos carefully to make your own determination of overall condition and appeal and don't hesitate to ask any questions prior to bidding. The chrome finish is quite presentable on this very stylish waffle iron. Made by the Robeson Rochester Corporation. Rochester, New York. This is a model E-6473, made in the late 1920s in a classic Art Nouveau style. It heats up quickly, but I haven't attempted to make waffles. I did not find any chips or crazing issues with the syrup pitcher or batter bowl. Most Royal Rochester pieces are quite collectable, and this is a very nice collection of serving pieces in the Golden Pheasant pattern. Up for sale is a stunning rare Royal Rochester Percolator. It has its original basket and rod. As well as electrical cord. The main body appears to have a pink tint to it with a beautiful rainbow luster as pictured. It has a black handle and a black tip on the spout. The top is silver plated, as well as the base. It still has it's original rubber feet, although they are hardened with age. The patina on the base has some wear, as shown. It is a stunning piece. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs. Royal Rochester pie plate bird flowers royalite ok for baking
Very high quality. Nice pie plate. It say it can be used for baking. The only problem I see is that the silver paint used to circle the rim is wearing off due to use and washing can easily be fixed or leave the way it is. Beautiful either way. There is no chips or cracks.
