This late Victorian silverplated set is marked with the design number 1938. The gorgeous design features bold florals in deep relief and reeded curved handles. The creamer has a parcel gilt interior, the sugar has no gold wash on the interior. Both pieces stand 5 1/8” 13 cm) tall at the handles. This pair has no monogram or inscription. Up for bid is this antique WM Rogers Silverplate 817 water pitcher. Creamer, and sugar bowl. These pieces have been in the family for years and the actual age is unknown. I didn't spend too much time polishing, but did remove some tarnish with Tarnex and lightly polished with Wright's Silver Cream. There are no visible dents, however several fine scratches. This vintage but gently used set is dainty yet substantial and functional. The sugar bowl with lid and open creamer weigh about a pound altogether. This is a footed set with intricate etchings on the feet and the handles. The bowlf of each piece is smooth. Both the sugar bowl and the creamer are about 3" wide at the top and about 2.75" tall. The set is silver plated copper and has a flower and leaf pattern engrave on it. This is a old set but I’m not sure exactly what the age. The set does have markings on all pieces that read Made in Japan with a Goose emblem that has a T inside. Approximate Size: Creamer measures 4 ¾” Long x 2 ¼” Wide x 2” Tall. A Derby Silver Plate Company Creamer and Sugar Bowl. Each piece is marked Derby Silver Plate Co in a circle surrounding a crown and anchor. The numbers 1111 are etched below the mark. The pieces each measure 2 3/8" in height and have a grape pattern. CONDITION: Nice. Obviously tarnished. And the handles show some wear. A few rough spots along the rims and some fleabite nicks along the bottom edge. I didn't want to clean or remove the tarnish, so both pieces will need cleaning. Apollo Silver was founded in New York in 1885 to 1899 before being purchased by Bernard Rice's Sons who continued to use the Apollo name. I believe these to be early Apollo Silver items which are in well used condition and have a beautifully original dark grey patina. There is a rippled like appearance to the metal which makes it look primitively made and there is some discoloration around the rims. Sugar Bowl is 5.75 inches wide(handle to handle) by 2.75 inches high and the creamer is 4.5 inches wide(handle to spout) by almost 3 inches high. A beautiful addition to any collection. Description UP FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION; Antique Victorian era Silver plated sugar bowl and creamer. Measures 3 1/2 inches high and diameter is about the same, sugar bowl is 6 inches wide at handles. They have some dents but display nicely. Flower etching are very detailed and quite stunning in my opinion. Quadruplate stamped on the bottom along with102. Quadruplate is a process were the amount of silver used is 4 times normal. 8 troy oz per 144 teaspoons as opposed to 2 troy oz per 144 teaspoons what ever that means. Process began in 1848 the height of the Victorian period and most pieces are from later part of 19th century, Further information I obtain from the INTERNET was. This set consists of: 1. a highly decorative oval tray with scalloped edge and an etched flower and flourish design in the center. 9-1/2" x 5-1/2" On the bottom: ART S CO. SPC 79 2. Open sugar bowl. Footed and two-handled. Ribbed on sides. About 3" diameter, 3" tall On bottom: ART S CO. SPC 81 3. Creamer. Same shape and design as sugar bowl, these are a matching set. On bottom: ART S CO. Atq Vtg Reed & Barton Silverplate Creamer & Sugar Bowl (or Waste Bowl) set 2710
This silverplate Reed& Barton creamer and sugar/waste bowl set came from a Vermont auction. The bottoms are marked mfd& plated by Reed& Barton 2710. They have a wonderful border design of flying horses. Flowers, and bugs. There are no dents. The sugar bowl may be a waste bowl. I do not have a lid or even know if it ever had a lid. The opening to the sugar bowl measures 4 1/2 by 4 1/4 inches. It measures 3 5/8" high. The creamer measures 5 3/4" high to the top of the handle and 6 1/2" from the handle to the tip of the spout. There are some scratches, see the 8th picture, wear, and tarnishing. I have not cleaned them.

Antique Wallace Silver Plated Nickel Creamer Sugar with lid & Waste Bowl
This is for a nickel silver plated creamer. Sugar bowl with lid and a waste bowl. It is made by Wallace. Marked on bottom with Wallace hallmark NS and number 6675 N11. The sugar bowl shows dingon both sides of bottom. The creamer has a few little pin size dings and a little crooked on bottom. The waste is ok. All shows surface scratches. I see no silver loss. It does however have some tarnish and need cleaned and polished. The waste bowl does have a tiny black spot that I'm not sure will come off. The creamer has a small black ring. The sugar measures 5 3/4" high x 7" across handles, creamer 5" at highest point on side of spout x 5 1/2" at widest points, waste bowl 3 1/2" high on sides x 5 1/2" across top.

Cheerful embossed leafy design with wing-like filigree handles. Refreshing. Actually. Each piece measures about 2 ½ inches tall. 2 inches in base, and 4 ¾ inches from to end. The opening across top measures about 2 ½ inches across. This style does not have a lid. See photos of identification hallmarks on bottom. There is a crimp on the face of the creamer to the left of center if you were to hold the creamer with spout pointing left. I can best describe it as a fan shaped ... moreripple of dents. You can feel this crimp on the surface through to the interior. The sugar bowl has two more pronounced 1 inch dents both left and right of center that you can also see from the surface to the interior. The bottom of the sugar bowl has a couple of small dents on the side. But there are no problems with balance. Shipping cost includes insurance.

The set is Gorham Bernard Rice and Sons(BRS) The tray is oval shaped and measures approx 10"L x 6"W by maybe 0.25" T(it sits almost flat) The sugar bowl measures 3.5"T x 4"W x 6"L and is stamped Y 409 on the bottom. The creamer measures 4"T x 3"W x 5"L and is stamped Y 410 6oz(see photo) on the bottom. All 3 items are mono-grammed with the following letters appearing on the front of the creamer, sugar bowl as well as the tray. Beautiful 1940's Warren QUADRUPLE Silverplated Creamer and Sugar Bowl They were produced by the Warren Silver Plate Company. Which is stamped on the bottom of each piece as well as: Quadruple Plated New York#553 on both of these pieces. As you can see in the photo. I have not polished them since some do not like them polished. I will leave that up to the customer. Quadruple plated is the Highest Form of Silverplate you can get. They have the same Flower Design on the other side of the Pieces. Would be Great to use for the Holidays. A Wedding, Anniversary, or Tea Party. As well as a Very Nice Gift for one. Or to keep for yourself to add to your Collection.
