There is a nice"M" monogram on one side of the pot but no hotel. Railway or other institution wording. The creamer is in good conditions with nice casting marks and a nice darker patina. I have not cleaned or polished the pot. It looks great the way it is. On the bottom. A company started in the mid to late 1800's, with the"spiderweb with W" logo. Marked quadruple plate as well as the number 127 on both pieces. A few small dings here and there indicative of the age of this set. Also one foot is impressed slightly as seen in pic, on the sugar bowl. Creamer: approx 3.75" H. My research finds it to be Ellis Barker or Barker Ellis, Birmingham, England from 1912. Please correct me if I am wrong. A nice rope edge goes around the openings. Each is monogrammed on one side- looks like G A H. The sugar bowl is 7" across the handles x 3⅞" to top of handles. The creamer is 5⅛" across handle x 4" to top of handle. From a historic Kentucky Estate.please scroll down for larger photos. An antique silverplate large sugar and creamer silver set made by the E. G. Webster& Son company of Brooklyn. New York. This matching pair has a wonderful raised floral decoration, blown out side panels, and paw shaped feet. Heavy pieces with quality work by a very collectible silversmith. They both have the desirable early mark with the W in a spider web on the bottom, and each is numbered 60 1/2. There is a faint monogram on both that looks like an M.the engraving is so shallow you can barely see it. A gorgeous high Victorian ornate set, circa 1895. CONDITION:VERY GOOD.any dark and shiny areas on the pieces that may look like plating loss are in the photos ONLY.there are no plating losses.The creamer has two minor dents in the handle. Otherwise fine.The sugar bowl ... morehas two areas where the beaded edging around the top edge is missing. If you look at the close up photos, you can see that the areas are plated. I believe this was done in the manufacturing. I've never seen damage that looked like this.you be the judge as it will be that way when you get it.other than that the sugar is fine.
