This piece is quite shiny! There are no scratches. Dents, and only minor polishing marks I noticed. It measures 2 1/2" in height and about 3 1/4" at the widest part of the body. The outside silverplating is 100% the inside seems to be slightly gold plated. The bottom of the Creamer is stamped with the"Eagle" and"Star" and"W.M. Selling a beautifully aged sugar bowl from Middletown Plate Co. The trademark on the bottom(see Photo) Middletown Plate Co. Quadruple Plate" circling scales places the date between 1864-1899. There is no Lid. It appears that one was originally with this piece. I found this in an estate sale awhile back and purchased it because it looks really different. There is some wear on the banded pattern which is slight considering its age. Very interesting research on this piece and it is very rare to find an exact match. You are looking at an antique handled and footed silverplated floral engraved creamer and sugar set. The creamer stands about 4" tall(top of handle) x 2 1/2" wide while the sugar container stands 4" tall x 3 1/2" wide(not including handles) They are in good condition with minimal wear. The markings on these pieces are worn and I can not make out the complete mark.

The sides of the small teapot/ creamer have wheat designs, while the spout has flowers carved. The very top of the lid(which raises upwards) has worn off a bit, and so there is a sharper edge- nothing that could hurt you. The dish is stamped on the bottom, Pairpoint Mfg. Co. New Bedford, MA, Quadruple Plate, 1705. There are no chips or cracks. The creamer has the original patina, although you could polish it if you prefer a non-rustic look.
